I have known Mr. Ortiz (Insurance agent who worked here) for more than 15 years and can confirm that he is a highly responsible individual. As we have worked together in the Boy Scout program, I have observed his leadership qualities and commitment to society as he mentors young men. I have witnessed his spiritual and academic development; therefore, I can confirm that his human quality in dealing with clients is exceptional. When I applied for life insurance, he was able to recommend the solutions such as, how to efficiently save money, and where to apply for the best insurance, according to my needs in an efficient way.

I have been with Allstate since I was 16 (nearing 10 years) and unfortunately I was transferred to this agency after my previous agent retired. Within probably 6-8 months of being with Rich, I cancelled all of my policies and left this month and went to another provider entirely. I had two homes, 3 cars and 3, ready to add 2 more drivers on my policy for a total of 5. For someone my age, I think thats a pretty decent policy for an agency to completely ignore. I was paying over $515/month for all my coverages combined.Its just about impossible to reach Rich, and the only people you can get half way in contact with is his staff which is extremely rude and acts like they have no time for you and that youre some bother to call. I had to call corporate to even cancel my policy because I waited almost two weeks, followed up a few days in the middle, and again the morning I cancelled, and STILL no response. BUT, trust me, there is no lack in them sending you anything related to them wanting payments.I truly cannot figure out how this branch/agency has so many positive reviews, and I am disappointed to not have received the same service everyone else claims to have had. I have had nothing but communication and service issues. Insurance is a gray area for so many people, and not being able to get, not even quick, but ANY answers from your insurance agent is probably one of the worst things.I am looking forward to my new provider, I have more coverage for less money and the best part: they are SO quick to respond and are very pleasant to work with over the phone.I would recommend you do your research and check out either 1) another agency with Allstate, or 2) find another provider entirely.

It has many great people working at this office. Their is one agent named Jenn that bent over backwards for me. She is amazing. I hope I can meet her in person. To personally thank her.

Used to be insured elsewhere but I got referred by Yoshi. It’s the best move I’ve made yet. He’s very informative, professional, and seemed to have all the answers I was looking for. I’m definitely saving money now and I’m so thankful for it.

Ive known Rich for over 10 years now and he has been the best insurance agent in my 20 plus years of finding and using insurance for my home, car and life insurance policies. He has always communicated with me in a professional and friendly way and has recommended to me certain policies which if needed would alleviate the burden and stress involved with car accidents, property claims or life insurance claims.
