Utter disaster from beginning to end. We scheduled a time to pick up a truck weeks in advance. Just a few hours before the pick up time, we were informed the only truck available was on the other side of town and that we should just take an Uber (rather than being able to walk to our scheduled location). Customer service was extremely unhelpful and unapologetic.I made arrangements to pick up the truck later in the day since our initial plans were out the window. We get 5 minutes away and they told me the truck would be at 3rd location and that location closes in 30 minutes. So we drive there. Finally get the truck, and the tire pressure light is on. The representative on site rudely told us to call roadside assistance WHILE WE WERE STILL ON THE PROPERTY.So now, 8 hours after my scheduled pick up, I still can’t depart and am waiting for roadside assistance to arrive to fix a truck they should have never rented out. This has been the most frustrating experience and some of the worst customer service.

Got hitch wiring appointment for next morning and they got it done super quick (was in a bit of a time crunch and they were understanding) and they were helpful and knowledgeable!

Went to book a truck from Omaha to Summerville, they want $3,470 so I decided to see how much it would cost for the same truck from Summerville to Omaha & it was $1422 .... thats a huge difference in price. I even played around with it in different states & theres was in the $1500 price range as well. Nebraska Uhaul is doing some serious price gouging. Over $3,000 is a down-payment on so many things. Im paying to rent the truck not buy it. Now all of a sudden they wont offer military discount here in Nebraska as well but yet the other states are. We move every 2 to 3 years & have never had this much of a price goug. Its the middle of covid & yet they are taking advantage of people.

Had an appointment to get a trailer hitch installed on my truck. They told me over the phone it would be around $300 and take a few hours. They had it installed in 10 minutes and it was half the cost I was quoted. Awesome customer service and extremely fast. Couldnt be happier with these guys.

Returned my tow dolly at 2:30 in the morning. Went to Uhaul.com to do the after hours return, 15 minutes later I had my receipt and was heading home. Good service.

Very Bad experience but i guess you get what you pay for. Online Check In said i wouldnt have to wait in line well guess what had to wait in line. Had 2 employees however only one was helping customers me and 2 other people standing in line. The 2nd employee seemed to have NO CLUE what was going on and was more worried about stocking shelves instead of helping the customers. I will say checkin after i brought the vehicle back was WAY better and should have been the sane for check out. Will not use U-Haul again and would not recommend anyone else using them.

I had to store a majority of my belongings here for a year, including some items that were very sentimental. When Ive been opening/unpacking items over the past few days, everything is in pristine condition.I was aware when I visited a few times that I was fortunate to be Caucasian. Staff were curt with hispanic customers ahead of me and mocked them after they were gone.There were also an issue where this location accidentally took my unit out of the computer system at one point, showing that Id moved out. They compensated by fixing the paperwork snafu and giving me a month of free rent. Rent is somewhat high for not being climate-controlled, but location is clean, secure, and had no signs of pests I could see.Overall three stars.

Really weird. Got some propane in an empty 11 lb tank that holds a max of 2.6 gallons of propane when empty and they were able to put 3.3 gallons in it. People filling tank were nice and helpful but the calibration of the tank is cleArly off. Mentioned it to the workers, but I didn’t care enough to make an issue of it. You will be overcharged when getting propane here u less they fix it.

The 3 gentlemen that helped, were kind, helpful, and gave great advice on which trailer would work best for my vehicle.

Staff was friendly and on the ball. My girlfriend and I were able to pick up the van immediately and return it with no problems. The van itself was great. Easy to drive and load, with a surprising amount of cargo room. Hopefully I wont need to move anything again anytime soon, but if I do this is where Ill get the vehicle to use.

We got a rental U-Haul. The service is outstanding. They helped us moving our stuff. They went above and beyond.

We were driving our UHaul across the country, we had a tail light out, needed new wipers and needed some help with our trailer. We found this location on google map. The two men working came out and helped us immediately. We were in and out in 10 minutes. Such a great experience and a huge relief to have great help along our long journey. Thank you guys!!!

To save money on my recent move, I rented a U-Haul and hired a couple of guys from a business called Smooth Moves. I created an account and reserved the truck online. The pick-up process for the truck was quick. They provided the correct size of truck. It was clean and ran well. They charged exactly what they said they would. The staff was friendly and helpful.If you have a move coming up and are looking to save money/move on a budget - I recommend getting a U-Haul and hiring some movers.

Rented auto transports from this location twice. Both rentals were terrible. First they lost my auto transport reservation then found it after I mentioned the $50 reservation guarantee. Ended up giving me the biggest hunk of junk trailer w/broken tie down straps and a poorly functioning ram brake. Not safe at all. Upon return of the rental I mentioned the unsafe condition of the trailer and they all ignored me and acted dumb. Rented another auto transport 2-3 weeks later from the same location and got stuck with the EXACT SAME TRAILER despite them having at least a half dozen much newer and nicer trailers sitting there. This time it had new straps but the whole trailer was covered in what looked like a mud/concrete mix. This mix was packed into the ratcheting mechanisms hindering their safe operation. I actually had to chip this stuff out with a screwdriver to get them to latch properly. When I returned the trailer I made more comments about the unsafe condition of their equipment and was ignored like it was nothing. All it takes is one guy being in a hurry or missing these issues to cause a very serious accident. Use a different location.

Super clean and friendly staff. My mom moved from Arizona and had her stuff here for 6 months. By the time we were done the staff knew our names and the manager came out and gave her a hug because she was going to miss her. Great experience here.

I am a regular customer of this location.I cant count how many time I called them for misreported Odometer mile. I always return a truck back with the same or more than the previous level of fuel. they charged me $15 for fuel, knowing that I returned the truck with the same level of fuel. After I spoke to the manager, it is clear that he doesnt apply or know what is a courtesy service. For this last reason, it is inconceivable for me to use this location again, they wont see me there anymore.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. Rented a truck, took it back and apparently I shouldnt of trusted them for mileage or gas. The man at the counter said the truck has a quarter tank of gas. I dropped it off with a quarter tank of gas. Then tried to tell me I drove 63 miles and charged me for 33 miles over, when from where I came to where I went was 18 miles and maybe 2-3 miles to where I dropped the truck off. Crooks! Beware! Dont use them! A manager wont call me back! From other reviews theyve done this before!!! Will never use again!

I reserved 2 trucks 1 month in advance! We moved out of state and wanted to get it done in 1 trip. They did not have both trucks like I reserved and the truck that we did get was almost falling apart. They need to do some serious cleaning and mantiance to there trucks. I am highly disappointed in everything. They wouldnt let us drop off Uhaul to another location when finished and to drive it all the way back to Omaha. Reservations mean nothing for Uhaul dont bother!

Needed a vehicle to move a couch. Quick, easy rental of a moving van. Advertised price of $20 came out to $50 after mileage and optional insurance charges.

Horrible customer service. ! Made an appointment and they didnt keep it. They said they would reschedule me and did but at their convenience. Jim the manager is extremely rude. Would not recommend this place they priced me higher than I was quoted on. Went to another uhaul and got a cheaper quote for the same job and way better customer service !!!

I would give this place zero stars if I could! Rudest most unprofessional staff I have ever seen. Having never been to a storage auction before they did not explain the process or the rules. We felt like the whole auction was rigged. Would never recommend using this facility to anyone.

Poor management of outdoor storage. On multiple visits I was unable to access my trailer. I also had my my gate privilege suspended, with no call. ( I received a new card, not trying to dodge paying). After paying and repetedly asking for my gate privilege to be resolved, I terminated my rental of space. Not that they cared, complete jerks about every incident, will try to make you feel responsible for all of their mistakes. I would give 0 stars if possible.

They always have what you need and are pretty efficient. It is an awkward location as its not the easiest to get out of when driving a truck/trailer.

If you rent a storage unit, you only have access to your stuff during the hours of operation. Theres heated storage.

Dont bother coming here if you have ANY questions about their policies or procedures. These guys are bumbling idiots and can really only take your money and send you on your way with basic rentals.I will never be using uhaul again because of this location. Budget, here I come!

Made a reservation a month in advance and did not keep the appointment. Had to travel to another U-haul location to find the correctly sized moving truck.

We get our gas for our grill here, they charge by how much they refill instead of a flat rate.

First said they didnt have my reservation then found it and gave me the oldest truck in their fleet. The whole dash actually fell off because almost all the bolts were missing.

Trailer was not attached properly by employee and came off right down the road and large orange cone was under trailer and popped out on street ... Before trailer came off.

I THOUGHT I HAD ACCESS TO MY THINGS 24 HOURS A DAY. BUT I DONT. I WASTED A TRIP, GAS, AND TIME. I HATE THIS PLACE, PLUS THE GUY THERE WHEN I WAS THERE THE FIRST TIME TODAY WAS A BIG JERK TO ME AND MY KIDS.

Been here multiple times. The manager (owner?) is always quite gruff and short and very impatient. Rushes you through the truck rental process.
