It’s fine until you go in after hours then they do not have the part you need for your trailer. Went in for them to replace a missing marker light and they ended up rigging a light that didn’t fit or work too well. Something that should take 10-15 minutes, took almost an hour.

They replaced 5 crossbar & roughly 4 feet of my trailer floor spent 20 hours on it ! The most they have worked on my trailer 8 hours ! Appreciated it for ripped me off& for unprofessional work done.

My experience with them was fantastic and my review is over due. my driving partner and i had issues with our trailer not airing up at all. we had 2 other companies come to us on the rest stop we were at and they all threw parts at it with no fix. we was able to limp to your shop where one of your mobile guys met us and was able to have the problem tracked down in about 10 minutes. after multiple valves and even our air tank your tech was able to figure out it was a brake chamber in only 10 minutes. fantastic work!! highly recommend you guys!

Mid-states usually works on big rigs, but when I called needing help with a broken bearing on my dual axel closed cargo trailer while traveling from Texas they were quick and courteous. Jumped right to the job, checking and repairing all of my bearings and getting me back on the road the same day!! Thanks so much!

Picked up a trailer here for my company. They are a really busy place, apparently. Trailer was supposed to be ready to go but took an hour to check out. I guess thats not the norm but that was my experience.

This has got to be the worst customer service I have ever had. They ordered in a axle for me and told be it would be a few days. Then I never got a call after 5 days so I called them Clint told me that he would call me back and never did. Then he told me it would be here on a Tuesday and that he 140% guaranteed it guess what it never came. Then he told me that it should be here on Wednesday and guess what it never came it finally came on Thursday and he didnt even call me when it came in I had to call up their and ask. The front desk girls are nice but this place is definitely not a place to go if you need anything done quickly

I was very impressed with the way they backed up there work.There was a mistake made , and they totally took responsibility for the mistake.we all make mistakes but it was so refreshing to have someone stand by there work. , VERY RARE in todays world. Fast servive in and out

Came in to have multiple items checked for inspection and minor repairs. One marker light on the top needed to be replaced all others worked. Got it back with the one out fixed and the next one down the line out, and Im told its not related they have to charge me for another light. They also wasted most of our day, by not doing stuff they already had approval on, just the wiring needed the estimate, not all, rest had set price for parts and labor. Now they want to charge us for something that happened at their shop. They claimed its a coincidence, they go out whenever. I claim it came in working because I know it did, its a slow night and theyre looking to make whatever commission they can. AVOID IF POSSIBLE.

Been here several times but today I worked with Ari. I have never seen a customer service person so willing to help. To me she went way above and beyond to make sure that I got what I needed.

We came in with a weird abs problem which they figured out and fixed! Even though they worked on it for 6 hours they only charged us for 2 hours! Excellent customer service!

Needed a very strange part they had it fast cheap and easy

I was traveling from Utah to Indiana when I broke an axel. I found this place that said they could fix it and quoted me about $300 for the axel. I had my phone on me all day and not once received a call saying that the axel was actually $700 or that they were going to replace bearings that I had asked to only be re-packed. After 6 hours I went to pick up the trailer and found a bill that was for 9 hrs worth of labor when they only worked on it for 6, parts that I did not authorize, and a part that was $400 more than quoted. I asked for the bill to be fixed. I was told the office was gone for the day. The mechanic got on the phone with someone and he was told to bad the bill is what it is. So basically I was given the finger and the out of state discount. Not happy at all about the dishonesty of this shop. I was basically at their mercy and they knew it.

A few weeks ago called Mid-States Utility Trailer in Omaha, NE., and spoke with Zack Fritz from the Service Department about the repairs performed in that shop., immediately took care about the situation, investigate the repairs paperwork and call me the same day approving the repairs under warranty., looks like a bearing failure or human mistake happened., the whole front axel including accessories was covered from them under warranty., Appreciate your help Zack., Utility Trailers from Omaha is the No. 1..!!
