DO NOT ORDER ANY EQUIPMENT FROM THEM.I ordered 10 trailers in January and provided them all my information including my personal SSN. They checked and got me approved at 7.99% interest with BMO and I singed an invoice with all units VIN#s and been promised to get the trailers by the end of March. I bought trucks, hired people, rent the parking and office space and was just waiting for these trailers. After I checked with them (Jamie Thompson and Chris were my contacts over there) Chris told me that they will NOT have my trailers on time but offered more expensive trailers with 3 months delay(almost $2k+ each trailer). I agreed to take these 10 trailers and get them in mid June and after that they just texted me that they will not get me ANY TRAILES AT ALL this year. So I just wasted 3 months waiting and got nothing but my time wasted and lost money for preparing everything for my business. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO A FRIEND.

RecommendedBest place to get your work done with minimal cost and time. I went in for my trailer door. Front desk guy with smile got my data and ask me to back up in bay-11. Mechanic guy JIM spent only 5 minutes to solve my problem. 15-20 minutes and i m out. Thanks guys

Ive been bringing my trucks here for close to 4 years now. Never once have I received anything but friendly and professional service. They do a great job any time I come in weather Im just picking up parts or needing repairs. Sometimes I stop in or call just for a professional opinion or have a question about repairs Im doing myself and they have always helped me as much as possible. I trust them completely and wouldnt take my truck to anyone else. Highly recommend wicks in Omaha to anyone. I feel very comfortable with everyone Ive dealt with. Thanks to everyone at wicks!
