AWESOME experience from start to finish!!! Staff was extremely helpful & VERY nice! Also, sevice was EXTREMELY fast even as a fist tine customer. I was out the door and on my way to make the move in minutes. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Employee at this location was pretty rude and not wearing a facemask. Parking is terrible if you need to leave you car while using a truck.Cancelled my reservation here and went just up the street to the 144th st location and the staff are fantastic.

The staff member (manager, Dan) we spoke with was rude and customer service skills were very unprofessional. From the time we walked in he spoke as if he were better then us to say the least We could not get the uhaul app to load so we asked if manager (Dan) could come check out a dent on truck before we left. No big deal if it’s against policy to do this, which we have never had a problem with at any other location. But he immediately became irate and threatened us. I would not recommend this location to anyone, especially if you are of color.

Went in today to pick up bubble wrap and the debit card machine was not working. The guy working wanted to take a photo of my debit card with a phone and came from around the counter. Not sure if it was his or the ups store’s, but found this highly odd and did not let him take a photo of my card and told him I would come back. He said “Are you kidding me?” As I walked out of the store. There were two other customers in the store at the time. I’m glad there are cameras in the store...

Wanted to Rent a 26ft. Truck, did a Confirmation for Truck Rental 1 month in Advance. Truck they wanted to rent was a Local Only type truck for short distance moving. Trucks engine was at least 2 quarts of oil short, and radiator fluid nearly a half gallon short. I was moving from another state back to Omaha NE.,. This was the Only Truck this size for rent. Recommend You GO Anywhere Else to Rent a Truck.

If I could give this location zero stars, I would. I placed my order online and picked the time I would be picking it up. I assume the point of ordering online ahead of time is so when you go in to pick it up, they have your order ready for you. I walk in the store and there is nobody else in there other than the two employees behind the counter. I told them I was there to pick up my online order and told them my name. The girl prints out my order on a sheet of paper and hands it to me and tells me to grab my stuff. So then I’m aimlessly walking around the store trying to find all the things I ordered and paid for already with absolutely zero help from either of them. Once I finally find all my items, I’m struggling to carry it all out the door to my car. Neither of them offered to help or at least grab the door for me. I dropped a couple things right outside the door and it got all wet and muddy from the snow. What a horrible experience with absolutely zero customer service. I will never be coming to this location again.

1 star is far too high but since its the lowest i can give thats it. They will not rent a truck to you unless you give them someone elses phone number that they can contact for whatever reason they wish. This is a violation of my privacy

Should have gone with someone else. Went to pick up our truck at 1 pm (reservation was for a 17 truck). They had the time incorrect and no truck available. We had movers scheduled for 2. Their response was nope we have you scheduled for 2pm. The email reservation was shown to them showing that we had a scheduled pick up of 2pm. The only options we were given (and rather rudely) was a 10 foot truck (to move our stuff into a 3 bedroom home??? 10 foot trucks are made for 1 bedroom apartments!), we could take $50 and find another place (how the heck do we do that, especially since we had movers already paid for today...and no other time to do it and $50 would not cover to reschedule) or see if we could move our mover time and pick up a truck maybe a 2 since a truck might be available at 2. I quote I cant guarantee anything around here.We had a good experience last year with these guys, but after today and how rude everyone was AND not having the truck at our scheduled time we will be darn sure to NEVER recommend them.PLEASE do yourselves a favor and DO NOT GO HERE!

I will never rent from U-Haul again..I staff at the millard location was very rude to me when I went to pick up the truck I reserved..I was deciding if I wanted to keep the rental because of the large pre-authorization against my card. When a gentleman came in and asked if I wanted to cancel..I began to explain my situation and that I was unsure..And he very rudely decided to expedite the conversation by canceling my order..This enraged my to the point I had to leave or get thrown out for what I was about to say..This person, whose name I did not get, is solely to blame for the permanent loss of my business..

Great service! I use this location every month for truck rentals for my home staging business. Jerry and Angel and the staff are great and the trucks are always clean and well maintained. Easy and quick check-in.

MAKE SURE YOU Understand the contracts because they tend to change when you drop off the vehicles and take pictures with your phone of mileage and gas gauge. My rental of $19.95 a day plus .29 cents a mile ended up being $79.00 day plus $78.00 for the first 100 miles and then .29 mile .....Totally blindsided and disappointed with the whole experience.. I have rented several vehicles here at this location in the last 9 years but I will not be back...

I have used this location a number of times for renting trailers for local work. The team there has always been helpful. Im not a Regular by any means but they treat me like one. Im sure its hot grubby work, regardless of conditions or appearances, I have always been treated like they want me to come back for my next rental. Never tried them for anything other than the occasional trailer but I will continue to go to this location if possible.

Great location!!! Very convenient! Love these guys!! I always continue to return!! Today I moved a sofa for $30 including everything! So much better than paying an $80 delivery fee!!!

I’ve been getting propane from this location for over 10 years without a problem. Yesterday I was refused service of filling my 100 lb tank. The hero employee informed me I could not transport the tank on its side and with my truck topper it could not be transported upright. I’ve had this same tank filled over a dozen times at this location and even by the same clown as yesterday maybe half of those times without issue. He even helped me load it every time. Not wanting to argue and technically him being correct about hauling it on it’s side, I thought no big whoop, i’ll Just stand it upright in my cab as it fits perfectly. “Nope”, the General wasn’t having it and stated it was unsafe and told me to take it elsewhere before walking off. Unhaul management, please properly train your minions that it is perfectly legal to transport propane cylinders in the interior of a vehicle. Google is your friend and by searching the regulations, which I did in under a minute, you could of kept a loyal customer and avoided this 1 star review. I proceeded to another provider that was open on Sunday and had the tank filled with zero interagations or problems. Same price and a little further of drive, but they now have a loyal customer.

I was in there today and The lady work was unbelievably rude. Whenever we would ask questions she would make snide comments and then was unnecessarily aggressive when giving us advice. Overall she ruined our experience here. The other members of the staff were kind but she was awful. I’m shocked she’s worked there for 13 years.

Uhaul itself is fine I am sure, but the people on todays shift 1/19/2019 are absolute garbage. I needed a quick jump right in their parking lot and they wouldnt do it. One of them even said well I dont want to waste my gas. Make what you will of this... Im waiting for my wife to come with her car, its 9F outside lol...

Went there for a simple propane refill and the staff were rude. When I asked a question the overweight individual who was filling the tank acted like he was in too bad of a mood to answer. Not my fault your having a hard time finding clothes that fit and probably a hard time affording them too beings your the propane guy at u haul. Man must be a hard life.

I have rented from this location several times. Each time I had a positive experience. Employees were nice and professional, and were as quick as the long lines allowed.

I never refer this location. They charged me 150$ for scratch on car as it was not done by me. As he already know there is scratch on truck and he charged me 150$ saying it was done by me. I give 1 star because google doesnt accept without a star.

Employees are very rude. There was no one at the counter and when I found someone the woman uttered, what do you want, under her breath. I dropped off my car to get a hitch installed, and was told it was going to be a maximum of 3 hours and when 4 hours passed with no text message, I called to check on the progress on my car and I got the response well, its obviously not done yet. This is the one time I havent used Penske and I will make sure to not use U-Haul in the future.

Carefully designed to rip you off. I have rented vehicles multiple times in recent years, from this very place, and the experience keeps getting worse. I just wish they had more competition. I want better.You rent a truck, and they provide it with the tank half full, so you are supposed to return it half full. Of course, you can never exactly estimate the amount of fuel to put in, so you end up filling it more than half way, just by accident. One more way to clip you for a few bucks. Aggravating, especially since you know it is by design.Today, I stopped to put in gas before returning a truck, and was determined to get this right. I decided to put in a few gallons, look at the gauge and estimate the half-way point. Tedious, but I guess its what you have to do to keep from getting ripped off. So thats what I did. I put in three gallons to start and checked the gauge.Still short of the half-way point, I added three more gallons. Again a bit short, by the needle on the gauge, so more gas. The needle was not moving much each time, so I kept putting in a few gallons and checking. Suddenly, after another three gallons, the gauge went from just shy of half full, to nearly full. Crap. Suddenly overshot by nearly half a tank.Defective gauge? Or working precisely as planned? Many gallons of gas, free to the rental agency. Pissed me right off.I want to know where they find those fuel gauges that rip you off so neatly. I mentioned this to the guy who checked me in, and got just a blank face in return. Utter indifference, which confirms to me, this is not an ethical place to do business.Looking for a better truck rental agency.
