Tyler takes care of my pool and lawn during the summer. He always does a great job, is on-time, and is very friendly. Even on the hottest days last summer he always seemed to be enjoying what he was doing. My pool was clean, blue, and working great all summer long. And best of all, even with the high quality of services I received, the pricing was very affordable.

Wow! When I first peeked out my window this morning I thought I was still dreaming. My driveway had been cleared, as well as my sidewalks and the area in front of my mailbox, and I hadnt heard a thing! If Im not dreaming, then this is the best service Ive ever experienced from snow removal companies! I feel badly I wasnt up to make them hot chocolate! Tyler, come back sometime during the daylight hours and Ill make sure you have some hot cocoa (with marshmallows!). Thank you for a job excellently done! I appreciate how quickly you took care of the snow so that I could get out this morning to go on about my life! You are the BEST!

***WARNING - DO NOT TRUST!***Very rarely do I leave a bad review, however I was extremely disappointed when after asking Tyler to make some adjustments to my 2 year old automatic pool cleaner that wasnt covering the whole pool, his employee infact broke the wheel. I was pleased that his employee confessed and brought it to my attention and of course figured Tyler would make it right. I could tell Conrad (the employee) didnt want me to say anything to Tyler, but he did come to me and let me know that the fix would be simple and it was an inexpensive part. When Tyler showed up to fix the cleaner a week and a half later, he brought to my attention that the wheel was in fact Broke and the plastic was snapped off of the wheel Conrad was adjusting. Tyler then said he could glue it, which I was not excited about since I just paid nearly $700 for this not even two years ago, but he insisted it would work fine.Tyler left after gluing the wheel back on without saying anything. When I noticed he was gone, I texted him and asked him when the glue would be cured so I could use it(we had a graduation party for my daughter the next day) Tyler told me the glue set in 10 minutes even with being used in water, but to wait 30 minutes. I waited 2 hours just to be certain and put the cleaner in the water. After turning it on, I noticed the wheel Conrad broke and Tyler fixed wasnt moving. I sent Tyler another text informing him and attached a video.Tyler informed me that he couldnt make it out again that night, although I told him I had a graduation party for my daughter the next day that I told him about weeks before so it could be up and running. I was having issues cleaning it with just the manual cleaner and needed the help of my auto cleaner. He told me he could take another look at it another day. This immediately sent red flags up. I told Tyler I didnt understand what he meant by take another look at, but I told him I expected him to FIX or replace my cleaner. He told me that it was already broke and that he was fixing it for me at no charge.I want to be clear, I have video of the cleaner working after the pool was opened to show Tyler what I meant when asking for adjustments to be made to the cleaner. I installed the cleaner and thought he could make adjustments so it would cover the whole pool including up the sides. The wheels were turning and it was effectively working only needed an adjustment! When I pulled the cleaner back out of the pool after Tyler fixed what Conrad broke, the wheel fell off in the pool. Tyler has refused to return my calls and texts and has left me with a broken cleaner.I am a business owner as well and I hate to call him out on this, but it is just wrong and I dont want him to do this to someone else.

Dont waste your time.....I called Tylers Pool & Home Service 3 times requesting a pool opening, I was told I would be called back each time (never received a call) I called a 4th time and was able to schedule a pool opening service. The appointment was not kept at the time set, they showed up hours before removed the cover and left, after speaking with Tyler he said he would be back the next morning ....he did not show up. I have called multiple times and there is no answer

Hired for lawn care, sent kids out a couple times who never did a good job then completely stopped showing up with no warning. When we tried to call his phone has been turned off for a week with a full voicemail.

Unfortunately, my experience with Tyler & co. has been less than stellar. I cant really comment on his actual work he or his team did as they never got truly started. We were looking for a pool guy to verify if we needed a new liner, estimate how much it would cost to replace if needed, clean and open our pool.Tyler was contacted on a Wednesday 7/1 who said he would be out that next day after 4pm to look at pool. Tyler never showed up and no call. I called and no answer.I waited a couple of weeks and called again on Wednesday 7/23 and spoke to Tyler. He apologized for not calling back. He said he misplaced my number and asked if he could still come out to look at pool. We agreed he would come out on Saturday 7/25. He asked a good time for me and I said any time before 4pm on Saturday. He said okay I will be out at 10am. Took down all my address info, etc.7/25 Saturday morning 10am came and went. I called him 3 times before noon. I left a voicemail for him stating if I dont hear from by 1pm I would just cut my losses and move on to another pool company. No response. At 335pm that evening Tyler called. Stated he was in Iowa when I called that morning and did not get any service. He asked if I was at home now, I said no and would not be for another 40 mins or so. He said he would just go to my house and wait then as he was almost to Bellevue. We got home and he was there and looked at pool. He took off pool cover, said liner looked fine. He asked to fill our pool completely. Said once pool was full he would have someone come back in on Monday 7/27 to begin that process with pool.Monday 7/27 came and went. No one showed up and no phone call. I called Tyler and left a VM at 6:14 and no call back.Wednesday 7/29 Tyler and I played phone tag and did not connect.Thursday 7/30 10am Tyler left a VM stating we were on schedule for him to come out to begin pool process that day or Friday morning the latest.Friday 7/31 Tylers associate showed up that morning to begin pool cleaning process. As he started the pump was plugged into an outlet in back of house that over loaded and breaker shut off. After breaker was turned back on, associate came back saying pump seized up and he could not do anything more with it. He said I would need to call Tyler to see what to do now, but he needed to leave to go onto next job. He also said he would call Tyler so he is aware and go from there. Before he left he did say to me Make sure you stay on Tyler. If you need to, keep calling him until he responds. I texted Tyler that I was not going to be available that day but if he could call my husband regarding the pump situation. No response.Called Tyler on 8/6 as we had not heard a word from him or anyone from his company. Left a VM stating that if I did not get a response back from him within a day that he should no longer bothering trying to reach out to us. We will be moving on to another pool company. No response.Unfortunately, we had no communication at all from this company. Gave him more than one chance to step up and he did not. I would not recommend this company unless you are willing to chase this person down to even find out if he is worth all the time and effort. My patience wore out before that even happened.
