Amazing customer service and products! We were in the other day to pick up some chemicals to prepare for the upcoming rain. It seemed like everyone had the same idea as the store was very busy, but the staff was on top of it! After they finished assisting the guest in front of us, we were greeted by a staff member who helped us find exactly what we needed. The free water testing is also a life saver! We always want to make sure we have safe, beautiful water for our guests to swim in, and outdoor living makes it easy! If I could give a 10 star review I would! The employees are always so welcoming and friendly. I always recommend friends and family who are needing pool/spa supplies!

We purchased a home with a pool, and never had owned a pool previously. The team at Outdoor Living have been extremely helpful in getting our pool up and running. They have answered all our questions and have provided us the tools and chemicals, etc. that we need to keep in running smoothly. They also have a very cool store with super cute pool floats and toys. We would love to get a hot tub from them too!

Wow! Blown away by Tim and every other person we have come into contact with at Outdoor Living! We went back and forth for a few years on putting in a pool, Tim was so patient with us every step of the way (and there were a lot) including a lot of changes and questions. We were over impressed with the responsiveness, professionalism, efficiency, communication, and care we got from the entire team. We did have an issue with our new pool this year during a stressful family emergency, and after one call to Tim, he reassured us and told us not to worry about the pool, that he would figure it all out. The amount of stress that was lifted in that moment cannot be described. He and his team went above and beyond to resolve our issue for us during a time of need and we are forever grateful. We would recommend them a million times over, and have! And the finished product of their work speaks for itself. It was a great addition to our home and look forward to all of the memories it will continue to give us.

Cameron did a great job explaining the features of the Hot Tub we purchased. He orchestrated the delivery and set up, then personally came to our home to do a walk through of the operations. From the moment we walked in, the team at Outdoor Living were extremely welcoming and very knowledgeable about the spas. After talking with Marshall about what my wife and I really wanted in a hot tub. Marshall helped make the decision really easy. We actually went to a competitor up the street from Outdoor earlier that day and almost bought something there that was three times the price as the unit we went with from Outdoor. It’s good to shop around and we are EXTREMELY happy that we did. Delivery was on time and no issues. Once the electrical was ran we did run into some electrical issues with a defective board, but the team at Outdoor rose to the occasion and handled the issue quickly so that we could enjoy our hot tub for our youngest kids bday. Mike came out and replaced the board, Cameron helped me fill the tub over the phone and Marshall came out and did the orientation and installed the cover lifter for us. A+ Customer service. Poor customer service . I was in the building for over 5 minutes and none of the staff even said hello , can I help you or nothingWe walked in and looked around on our own and talked to another couple and left.I sure hope its wasnt because of my color because they were not busy unless you count the male and female staff talking to each other.

Initial (a few years ago) experience was great! Very helpful but now customer service is mediocre at best including management. Twice before my husband was told someone (manager) would call him back and that never happened either.

The Outdoor Living crew have been amazing. Fast, courteous, answered every question I had prior to and during the construction process. They are the only pool builder that my home builder recommended. I see now why that is.

They are always so knowledgeable and helpful in the store. Opening and closing the pool is a breeze and everything I need for the pool and hot tub is in the store. Ive had my pool for over 5 years and everything they sold me is as they said and it was the best decision I could ever make.

So we bought a Artisian swim spa from Outdoor Living and it’s amazing. We have had stellar customer service. Mike did a great job goes above and beyond. Really the only negative is the shipping and production was delayed because of Covid but you cannot blame the service. They could’ve just drop off the spa and walked away but they made sure helped out the hydraulic covers on showed us the chemicals. Told us to come weekly to get the water tested to ensure clean great water all the time. Totally recommend this place

Almost a year since we got the indoor exercise pool—it’s been fantastic during The Quarantine. I really appreciate the help I’ve gotten re: pool chemistry. Also, I’m grateful the store has been able to remain open since they provide the best supplies (Pleatco) re: filters and wash. Its been great both for exercise and physical therapy.

We went to Outdoor Living to purchase a swim spa. We knew what we wanted, so it was a matter of signing on the dotted line. By all accounts, there were two staff working. One was showing a family hot tubs. The other was working at the register with two people. Unfortunately, we waited 20+ minutes to even be acknowledged. No greeting. No Ill be with you in moment. We left. We will take our business elsewhere. I wish we had had the same customer experiences that are described in the 5-star ratings.

We got rashes from chemicals we bought either online or at a local hardware store for our new hot tub. My husband went to Outdoor Living Pool & Spa to discuss what he had done and what he needed to do to get the right chemicals. The salesperson was very helpful in explaining what had happened and suggesting what chemicals he needed to purchase to make sure this doesnt happen again. He was very pleased with the service he received and we will return to purchase our chemicals from them.

Outdoor Living has done an excellent job from puchase to install to support after including closing of pool for winter etc. Marshall and Mike the manager are amazing. With covid , there were supply challenges for pools. Marshall kept in touch with me from when i placed to order until after install. He even visited the site during install and talked after to ensure i was satisfied completely. Rod williams construction installed and did an amazing job. He also walked me through backwash process and filter settings et . Recommend them as well! Because i was a new pool owner...never done it before i was green...but Marshall has helped me understand how to balance chemicals easily and how to properly maintain it. I can call anytime they are open and they are happy to help. You can also take water in for testing anytime. Definitely recommend them for your pool needs. Very Personal service not just trying to sell as many pools as possible. I did visit 2 other pool companies and they were a quick in and out and didnt take time to answer my questions at all and were more expensive. I definitely recommend outdoor living over others. I typically always give this location 5. Can’t do that atyesterday’s visit. I was needing to get my items and get out, time was of essence yesterday, that was not the case and I almost put my stuff down and walked out, but I don’t live in the area so had to impatiently wait to checkout. I will still use this location from time to time but this visit was the greatest! I do appreciate their knowledge and expertise either way.

Worst experience ever. Either they are incompetent or just don’t know what they are doing. Without vacuuming the pool they kept shocking it when I told them that they needed to vacuum! How do you a shock a pool repeatedly with no vacuum. The crud is just going eat up the the shock and chlorine. $660 later the pool looked like sh!t. You’ve heard the expression you’ve tried the rest now try the best that is basically outdoor living and spa! If you want the best contact continental. After two weeks (after the pool was vacuumed and cleaned) it is ready for use! Quarter the price. Wow! And nothing has changed. The retaining wall is still the same. The pool filters are still the same. The pool liner is still the same. Only thing that has changed is the pool company.

My husband and I give this place a 5 star rating. Bought our pool from them had a few problems with the filter Mike was so kind and he cares. Very honest and he went out of his way to help us. The staff also is awesome! Very friendly people.

Requested green to clean -they left huge algae growths on bottom and sides of pool. Told me it was swim ready. Had to hire anothercompany to clean up the mess. They repeatedly send communications to my deceased husbands email, even after calling them, talking to them in person and emailing from my account. Called late husbands phone to schedule cleaning, even though I used my phone and email on the request form. They complained that I didnt respond, wonder why? Worst customer service experience ever.

Service was great only thing was guys that drop it off did great job putting it in place but when installer came to install lid was to close to house had to drain and move at least 18 inches from wall to install lid that was only problem.

Tim is always good about answering questions and getting back to you. They do a good job at the store with customer service. They have always been prompt with get services scheduled.

Paid over $5000 for a Jacuzzi and was told 3 weeks to get it buiilt and installed. 4 weeks go buy and not a word so we call and the 1st excuse is that they cant get to it because of the 4th of July holiday but we will be 1st on the list after the weekend. Spoke with the store over the weekend and was promised to get a return phone call from Mike by the end of the weekend. No phone call so another phone call asking to speak with the owners if Mike cant return a call. Then they promise that it is getting delivered on Monday and can install it 1st thing on Tuesday. Get a voicemail at 5:30 Monday evening saying they have another problem and now they dont know when it can get delivered or installed. Call in again on Tuesday morning to try and figure out what is going on and nobody in the store can tell us anything other than Mike is unavailable. Again ask to speak with the owners and they are also unavailable. Call back in and tell them that we are extremely disappointed and would like a refund. Again nobody can help with that either. 30 minutes later get a call from Russ who proceeds to laugh at my wife over the phone and says that he can only refund part of my money and needs to keep $500 for shipping when the Jacuzzi hasnt even shipped yet.
