I bought an awesome pool a few years that came with a house…. The pool was built 40 years ago by Continental Pool & Spa and the previous owner directed me to stick with Continental for all my service needs. Over the years they have helped me with service, water testing, openings and closings and even will take my call when I have a quick question. Time and time again they have come through when I needed them and they make my 40 year old pool feel brand new. It shows how good they are that a 40 year old pool is still running the same as it did the day it was opened and the company is still around to service it. Thank you!

We purchased our pool from Continental several years ago. They have been very helpful with all of our questions and concerns since then, as new pool owners. They are knowledgeable and have a lot of advice. Always courteous when we are in-store. They have a good amount of pool items in stock, as well.

Workers are helpful, they test the water we bring in and show us what we need to put into our pool to keep our unclouded and clean. We appreciate it sometimes the home test strips arent the easiest to match with exactly what you need. Its much appreciated. Been going here for over 5yrs now and we dont have to use nasty chlorine.

I seen nice reviews by other but dont even come close to sending a good review myself .I have had a leak that there service department said they would send someone out and a few weeks later he showed. The tech told me they would most likely would need to pick it up and repair under warranty.I didnt hear from anyone again, unless I called. As of today its been several months and we are going elsewhere to purchase another unit.I wish I could say better things about this company but sent a message to them this last Monday 8-16-2021 and let them know I am tearing it apart to see where the leak is and did not , repeat did not get a reply.My best Terry

I was having problems with other vendors and there analysis of the water in my pool. So I decided to come into Continental Pool & Spa and give them a try. I went in the Friday of the Labor Day Weekend. I was assisted by a young man named Zack. He took my water sample, provided the analysis and directed me to the Chemicals I would need. He also gave me instructions on how to place the different Chemicals in the pool in a certain order. He said to wait two days and then come back if I was having any problems. When I walked out to my pool on Monday morning the water was crystal clear. Thanks Zack and Continental Pool you are now my go to for my pool. Thanks Again, Dave

This place is not exactly the most convenient for me because I live in Council Bluffs, but it has been worth it and I will continue going here as a result. I’ve gone twice now and both times they have been extremely helpful with my hot tub needs. They helped me get my hot tub back on track after switching to well water, and their solution didn’t involve dumping a bunch of chemicals in either. I previously went to a couple of other places trying to address the issue and neither of those places were really willing to help. Continental Pool & Spa did not treat me any different because I didn’t buy my hot tub from them. They treated me like a regular customer, helped me find answers and they steered me in the right direction.

He approached me in the store to introduce himself and asked if I had any questions and then allowed me to stroll around without feeling pressured. Im not sure there isnt anything he doesnt know about their products.Installation went great and I was surprised to see that CJ finished the install once the hot tub was in place...no wonder he knows everything about them. All three guys took great care in getting the tub down the hill to my backyard and getting in place on my patio.They were very accommodating when asked to turn the tub to face a different direction. CJ took the time to go over all of the features and provided great instructions for taking care of my new hot tub.Thanks Continental Pool & Spa! Im extremely happy with my purchase!

Great customer service and products.

This was our first time to purchase a spa and Emily made this a very easy process from start to finish. They had a good selection of products to choose from. They delivered the spa about an hour and a half away and the setup guy realized they sent him with the wrong cover. He got on the phone and they delivered the correct cover so we would be able to have it all in place that same day. Above and beyond! We are really enjoying it!

Brian has gone absolutely above and beyond for my family. I knew from meeting him once that this is exactly who I wanted to work with because he took the extra time to help a newbie looking to spend a decent amount on a new tub! I strongly recommend this company to do all of your spa/pool needs. Our family will not be going elsewhere and we are grateful to have found such an awesome FAMILY run company.

Emily was awesome to work with! It took longer to get our hot tub with all this Covid-19 stuff going on but they always communicated with us as to what was going on either through email or phone calls. Also when they deliver it they stay out till it is full to ensure everything is working properly & also run you through the controls & how to care for your new hot tub. I would highly recommend them! I had CPS build my pool in 2004. They have been wonderful with weekly service and maintenance through the years.This Spring was the first time we replaced the liner since we built the pool.CPS staff was amazing and professional explaining everything when we selected our new liner. They had a well oiled crew that removed the old liner and had the new one in and pool filled within 8 hours.Its is absolutely beautiful. Thanks CPS!!

Delivered as promised and couldn’t be more pleased with the hottub. Corona virus put everything on hold and they handled the situation as best as they could. Once things were back in operation the tub was built and shipped ASAP. Maybe a pool down the road?? Will definitely contact them for that as well!

Our pool got cloudy over night. I took a sample of water to Continental pool and spa, chemical level were great. Instead of pushing products after products they suggested real fix it ideas. As told by Continental we changed the sand in our filter, brushed pool and shocked it. Woke up this morning to a clear pool!This is our first year with a pool and sometimes the maintenance with chemicals is intimidating. We had an unbelievable experience from the moment we walked in to Continental pool and spa. We were greeted by CJ who was pleasant and allowed us to walk around and look with no pressure for a sale. Once we gave him the information and price point he directed us to our options. He was upbeat and friendly through the whole process. Wow. What a great purchase, just prior to the pandemic. We use our 7-person hot tub daily, if not twice per day. Not so bad being stuck at home when you can sit in the tub and relax. Our family, which includes two teenagers, are having much more in depth conversations, as they are kind of a captive audience. I highly recommend CJ as a sales consultant. He was honest, direct and very personable. He is the same guy who installed the tub at our home. Great customer service. He walked us through the tub operations and gave us a tutorial on maintenance; which is very minimal. You won’t regret it. We sure don’t.

What a great experience. Listened to what I wanted and directed me to the perfect hot tub. They made the entire process so easy - from getting the electrician set up, to delivery and to answering questions I had about maintenance. My Jet Setter hot tub was electronically dead when I returned from a trip. With freezing weather due that evening, it was imperative that it be fixed. Continental Pool & Spas maintenance technician, C.J., responded. He was very thorough and quickly analyzed the problem and got the system working. Although a new control board was not available, he installed a used board so that my system would not be lost to the expected temp of 20 degrees. Even though the used board or my control panel would notallow the LCD screen to be read, CJ was able to contact the factory tech and working together, they manually set up the system to function with jet activity, heater, and proper temperature. It was not an easy thing to do manually and required diligent attention to detail. CJ was very professional and dedicated to success. We purchased our Tiger River spa back in 2002, and it’s been an absolutely wonderful investment. It has been Very reliable-all we have had to do is replace the cover a couple of times and maybe have one service call over the many years. Very helpful people. We purchased a hot tub 18 months ago and recently had issues with the lid. Brian was very helpful getting the lid replaced. We use Continental for testing both our pool and spa and helping us keep both clean and relaxing. Today we had the pleasure of working with Emily to help us figure out the best option for an automatic pool cleaner for our new pool. My wife and I moved to a home with an in ground pool two years ago. Since we knew nothing about swimming pools we used another company in Omaha the previous owner told us about. Pool ownership has been a breeze ever since we moved our business to Continental! After making our first mistake of buying our pool from a competitor, our first three years of owning a pool was a nightmare at times. Instead, Emily & CJ patiently rummaged through a parts book to figure out if they had what my archaic valve needed & they made my day by telling me that I did not need to buy a new valve because they could fix my old one -- which they did on the spot, avoiding any potential wait time & saving me something in the neighborhood of $200 or more.How refreshing it is to see customer service that actually provides service and not put-offs or excuses!

I chose Hot springs because of the quality of hot tub, and you just cant beat the Moto massages, and their filtration makes it incredibly easy to maintain. Continental put our pool in 2 years ago and we have been very happy with it! The pool went in quickly as they said it would, about two weeks from start to finish! We have our pool and hot tub serviced weekly by Mike and he does an outstanding job and is very responsive to any questions or concerns we have. Employee sold friend pool vacuum and told him if it doesnt work bring it back and exchange it. He brought it back and in the middle of exchange manager reminded employee if it was used they couldnt take it back. Insane business practices...for a $60 exchange they will lose 2 family pool maintenance and toy business and bad reviews. Dont understand the logic of narrow minded manager..Ben Diggs I got you....

I visited literally every dealer in the Omaha area and spoke with many reps both in person and via email. I wont mention other brands here but I looked at lots of hot tubs locally as well as online dealers not based in Omaha.As I mentioned, when it comes to items like this it is important to me to know I am getting a high quality product but also equally important is the service behind the product. Do they stand behind what they sell and how is their service before, during, and after the sale?I can tell you in no uncertain terms that Continental Pool & Spa surpassed their competitors by a long shot in all categories. It is THE place to go if you are interested in a pool or spa. Brian and the gang were more than friendly and helpful before, during, and after, the sale. They answered all my questions. I had never before owned a spa but no question was too basic or simple and Im sure some of mine probably were but it didnt matter they always were very friendly in answering all my questions.As for service they were very helpful going out of their way to accommodate my schedule on the installation of our hot tub. Their technicians made sure I knew how to operate all the features and instructed me on the care and maintenance of it too. I should mention too that when I bought our hot tub they allowed me a special offer they were running the following month even though it was not slated to begin for another 2 weeks! They could have just as easily not mentioned this and I would likely not have ever known. Now thats customer service!The hot tub itself has been awesome! We have one of the Envoy series tubs and it has been fantastic! One of the best purchases I have ever made! The care and maintenance has been relatively simple and we have had zero problems. I was a little apprehensive regarding their ACE salt water system but it has thus far been amazing and working fine! We bought our tub in early May. I wanted to wait a while before reviewing this to see how it went and it has been working just as promised with no issues whatsoever! I will review this again at 6 months and 1 year.In short, if you are considering a Hot Tub then Continental Pool & Spa is where you need to go! Customer service (its not just lip service here folks, their customer service is the real deal), experience, technical support, and a quality product are all there! We ran into some unforseen problems during the construction of our pool, but Kevin was able to work with us to find a resolution and the result was a beautiful pool that Im sure my family will enjoy for years to come.We talked to and got bids from nearly every pool builder in town. While Continental was not the cheapest, we definitely felt the most comfortable with them after talking to Kevin. I purchased a pool water heater from Continental and it broke. Continental told me it isnt their problem and call manufacture. Poor service!

I recently went into Continental needing repair for my newly bought (used to us) hot tub. I had a very short deadline due to my daughters graduation party and was admittedly pretty desperate for the repairs to be completed if possible. The staff was incredible to say the least. Their knowledge of my 20 year old hot tub actually blew my mind. They not only knew my hot tub, but were able to see what was wrong with it from a few pictures that I had took. The service was setup and the technician was there to fix the issues, fill the hot tub and advise us on what chemicals we needed for our first use of the tub. I sincerely appreciate their customer service, knowledge and promptness for assisting us in having a flawless hot tub party. 5 star recommendation and would recommend them to anyone. We are EXTREMELY happy with our finished product and with the customer service provided by Continental.

I bought a E500 swim spa from CJ and Continental Pool and Spa. The process was very painless and the staff was very friendly and very knowledgeable about what to expect. I highly recommend before you buy any hot tub or swim spa that you talk to these guys. They are super helpful even if you are not as serious as me about my new pool.

CJ Green patiently worked with us every step of the way, explaining the differences between the models, answering all of our questions and not pushing anything on us. He made us feel very comfortable during the whole buying process. We are very happy with our spa - the HotSpring brand is everything they say it is. I also have to give a shout out to the install crew - they were great as well. We will recommend Continental to anyone looking for a pool or spa.

From the first day we met Mike and Kevin, they were friendly and honest. They werent going to sell us on using them, but made sure we had all the information we needed to make a good decision and make sure things were done the right way.The customer service is outstanding. The Continental crew worked hard and efficiently in the brutal heat of 2012 to get our pool dug and installed. We are two weeks into enjoying our new inground pool installed by Continental and we couldnt be happier. We chose to work with Mike and Kevin over several other local companies because once they start your pool, they do not stop (excluding weather) until it is done. Their quality and craftsmanship is second to none. You can also tell a lot about a company based on how they treat their workers. We were so impressed with the crew that installed our pool and how they were treated by Mike and Kevin. Overall, it was an excellent experience and we had ZERO complaints. That usually isnt the case when you partake in a huge project like this. Definitely recommend Continental Pool & Spa.
