Premier is absolutely the best. I should just end the statement there. They built my dream pool. Full grotto unlike anything you have ever seen. These guys do great work. But do even better custom work. Dont be afraid to push the boundaries with these guys. I mean it I have the freaking coolest pool and water falls and it all started from the back of a piece of paper.Trust in these guys and they will make your dreams come true. Sounds cliche but its the truth!

We had hired Premier out of 4 other builders because of their high responsiveness. They always answered the phone and more importantly were always pleasant to talk with! Gabby is always a pleasure to talk to on the phone. We were fully aware of all the delays we could experience, because lets face it, who is not experiencing delays these days? Despite having some delays Premier did an outstanding job with a quality installation. Highly highly recommend them.

We had one of their reps come out to look at renovations/work that needs to be completed on our pool. The guy was very nice and said he would send us multiple estimates/quotes for the work and things seemed optimistic. Unfortunately, It has been over a month now and we have not heard anything from the company. My husband has left phone messages and emails with no response at all. I’ve tried calling and when you click on an option to speak to someone the call fails. Extremely unprofessional and we are greatly disappointed.

We are currently having a fiberglass pool installed by Premier Pools and, although I will later write an overall review covering the entire experience, I wanted to provide a mid-installation update on how the process has been thus far.Bottom line, Calvin and team have been fantastic to this point! From the moment we broke ground to where we are today (backfilling), Calvin has kept us informed and up-to-date, and his team has been phenomenal at execution. The small details, such as cleaning up any trash each day and making sure the safety fence is put back up, are things they just instinctively do. Answering all of our questions, and even reassuring us at times, Calvin has gone above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable with how things have progressed. You can tell he and the team truly care about professional execution and a superior customer experience. I am confident they will finish this project strong and to our complete satisfaction.

Received 2 quotes on an inground pool and even had someone from the company come to our home to meet with us. Found out a few months later after being quoted on a pool, that they will no longer come to our home to install the pool. We were never contacted by anyone being told that they would no longer come to our home. We learned this when we contacted the company to follow up.

Jo is amazing! I had Premier Pools and Spas install a new liner in our pool last summer. It was a bit of a challenge and she absolutely nailed it. We needed several worn out valves replaced just this week and she came out with a couple other guys and they fixed the issue. Theyre always quick to respond and you can tell Jo genuinely cares about getting your pool up and running.

Jo has been great to work with. She has always been responsive even after business hours and has had the patience to teach us how the pool equipment all operates. When needing a part she has always attempted a cheaper fix to try and help save us money.Youll be hard pressed to find a better and more knowledgeable person when it comes to pools and their maintenance. We have had our swimming pool for a few years now and had nothing but problems with it and had no luck getting the original company back out there to fix the repairs and damages.. that’s when we found premier pools and spa and Aaron and his team. They where able to answer all my questions and concerns and him and his team did a great and quick job at doing all the renovations that need to be done on our pool to get us back to swimming and enjoying our back yard. I would highly recommend them for all your renovation needs.

Bad service, dont show up when they say they are going to, poured concrete on top of of unprepared soil. Said they would have a ten day turn around, three months later still not even close to finishing.
