Roy went above and beyond good customer service Hey is customer service Hey pick me up within a few moments from when they told me he would be there the car was nice and cool and ready for me to get in while it was so hot I did have to go in and we had to verify some information with the 3rd partys insurance but it was all in good time and he kept me up-to-date with everything that needed to be done and got me on my way with record time

I confirmed the morning of my pick up that they would in fact be there at 5pm. The representative confirmed this. By 520 nobody had shown up. I called 10 times with no answer. By the time I gave up and called an Uber it was passed 6pm and they had closed.

Online I reserved a compact car. But when I got there all they had was a pickup truck and no cars available due to cars being returned with damage. I had taken an uber to get there from the airport. So they gave me a free ride back to the airport. No other compensation. Only said they would upgrade me to a pickup for free. Very disappointing.

My grandma is literally on her desk bed asking to see me but I dont have access to a reliable vehicle to make a trip to Sioux Falls safely. Got online to book a car for rental and the downtown location had just about every class of vehicle available. Or so the whole pick your time and location process to check availability online said so. Thank God I didnt proceed with renting the car online because when we called the only vehicle they actually have available is a van that costs $90/day to rent. What I dont understand is, why would all these cars be available for rental online when they obviously arent? Whats worse is that the guy who answered the phone supposedly checked every Enterprise in Omaha and as it turns out, they dont have ONE SINGLE car available to rent anywhere until noon tomorrow. Seems like extremely poor business practices to me.

Horrible experience with this incompetent staff. They were late to pick up, then they charged for something they were not authorized to charge for and didnt refund when they said that they would. Trying to get a hold of the incompetent staff is almost impossible, prepare to be on the phone for over 30+ minutes! What an atrocious waste of time!

Went to pick up a reservation, my chip malfunctioned when making a payment, they told me I cannot attempt to make another payment with my card until another 24hrs. The worker was rude and did not offer any assistance. I am done attempting to do business with this company. I recommend avoiding Enterprise.

Always accommodating, very helpful and friendly. Ordered a Nissan frontier, I was several hours early truck not ready, but they work a Nissan rogue into the same rental agreement. I needed a cab...they took me to the airport, a pleasant trip with a very nice driver. Really no reason to go anywhere else.

Use this location at your own risk very dishonest people. Worst experience ever using a rental car company, and I travel quite frequently due to business never will use enterprise again, long story short i extended the rental twice then told them I was going to turn it in the next day to pay with my debit card they said there system was down so they were unaware of the communication but instead reported the car stolen so when I walked in to pay the rental with my debit card only to found out my credit card was charged anyway after I just told the guy yesterday I wanted to pay with my debit card when I returned the rental. Now I’m stuck out of town with no way to get another rental car to see my mom in which I just found out she was sick until three more days when there charges clear that were unauthorized.

The service is usually good, however on this particular rental the car was clean but the seats were very wet. I couldnt ask for a different car because they didnt have any. For some reason I also continue to keep getting these go-cart cars.

“Shak” and Beth at the downtown Omaha location are dynamite! They get you in and out in a flash with all the friendliness and professionalism anyone could ask for. Enterprise is consistently the all-time best! Won’t go to any other car-rental company.

Enterprise was pretty good. They were able to pick me up from the hospital when my husband crashed our only car. They were very kind and professional. Enterprise did convince me to get insurance on the rental. I asked doesnt my insurance already cover that. They said no. Later that night found put from the Insurance that it is covered. Had to go in to have them take it off and reimburse me my money. Paid one days worth of insurance on the car though. They reimbursed me within 3 days. Paid for the option where I could return the car with whatever gas is in it. Worked out great and was no hassle. They even picked up the car from the car dealership I left it at. Overall this place was great and work recommended anyone needing a rental to go to Enterprise. Especially the one on Harney Street.

Ive used this location 6x in the past 6 months, so my review and opinions are founded. Ill be happy to update this review once its earned., not through comps, but improvement. Here we go:-positive first- Shaq is a driven, polite, professional assistant manager. I can clearly see that he isnt the issue here, hes a keeper.-5/6 times Ive reserved an economy car, they dont have one available, and I get offered free upgrades to suvs or pickup trucks. these are 2-3x more in gas, which is why i reserved a small car (work), and budgeted for such-4/6 times i had to wait 20+ minutes for a vehicle. I waited an hour one time. this isnt great for business people on schedules-they do not answer the phone. you will NOT get someone to answer the phone if you are calling with concerns. i have waited 10, 20, 30+ minutes. I honestly dont even think the call goes to an actual phone-my last rental reeked of pot from one of their staffers, of course, i couldnt call to discuss this concern, because they dont answer the phone

Worst experience.. hands down .. spoke with Dillon at council bluffs location who obviously thought I was funny attempting to file a complaint. Spoke with John in “escalations” who stated he would escalate, however; he simply sent my reservation back to council bluffs location. The spoke with “escalation” agent Terri Marie who also apparently thought I was funny and all but asked if I was stupid.. same with Dillon.. seems a company wide behavior that is the only consistently within Enterprise. That and overbooking. I guess their sky high rates are due to having reservation agents on top of having in house employees at fleet locations.. not sure why I would call reservations to confirm a reservation and then contact the branch to confirm yet a second time.. this was a ridiculous experience: sucks that there is no resolve..

I have been renting at this location ever since I moved to the area six years ago. Every time its a new set of employees, but every time I am provided amazing service. They are always prompt, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. There have been a few occasions where some unexpected snag occurs, but they always work with me to get it figured out right away. I wouldnt rent anywhere else, these employees keep me coming back year after year!

I will probably NEVER rent from this location again. Downtown location was horrible, the place was closed because someone had COVID-19 and no one called to notify me. Last week When we picked up the car, the person was rude and had I known with a major credit card, they was going to tack on a 200.00 deposit, I would have never rented from this place.

They advertise that they provide a discount for geico insurance customers (if your car is at the auto shop for works). But when you call in for a discount they will tell you the current rate they provide is better than the geico rate - Classic sales tactics. Bait and switch. How are normal rates better than the geico discounted rates? False advertising. Avoid.

October 2 2015,It took me roughly 15 minutes in and out the door in to my rental. I received a call to let me know the driver was at my door and from there it was smooth sailing from that point. Ryan was great. If I had know Enterprise rental service was this quick and efficient I would have called a lot sooner. From here on out Enterprise is the way to go!! Thank you all who took care of me.

I was all set in my rental car. Drove away, around the block and went back. The car had a very strong smell of smoke. I am sensitive to smoke and knew there was no way I would be able to drive it for a week as it was already bothering me from the short time I had been in the car. The man helping me was great! He quickly got me a different vehicle (which was an upgrade) because they didnt have any other cars in the category I reserved. He also told me that because of the inconvenience not to worry about filling it with gas when I brought it back. I am already looking forward to my next rental because of their great customer service!

Not the best experience. Did not have our car ready even though we confirmed the day before bu phone. Sent us to another location to get the car we paid for. Didnt do anything like an upgrade or free day to compensate. People were not professional. Enterprise has lost what was a great edge. Very sad.

I rent this car for sixteen days and been dealing with enterprise for the last six months. the car was not clean, not with full tank of gas, that is ok but not well maintained, they told me its a 2018 car but while driving it felt much plder car. and my worse experience was trying to contact the rental office. they never pick up the phone and the lady there her name is Jazmine, she picks the phone and ask you to hold one for a moment, the moment lasts forever. first time she did that, then after recalling and waiiiiting to get my call answered she asked for one moment again. when I told her but I was on hold for over 10 min, she did not answer or talk just asking to hold. her attitude is very disrespectful and unfriendly. if you want to book, welcome they answer your call, once you book and pay then never get an answer!! my decision is never to rent from this company, and would not recommend to any friend. I had much better experience with other companies.

Someone rented a car from this business, door dinged my car, and took off from the site. I’ve called 3 different places to get to wher eim at now. The first 2 people were awesome! But this last place which is where the lady got the car from, is RIDICULOUS. Its had been nearing 3 weeks now and i have recieved NO information on who did it. The police chief called and spoke to someone and they said they’ll get back to him with info on the person that did it, they STILL havent called him back. He sent me the business info so i tried calling. Someone answered after waiting 5 minutes saying they’ll call me back at a different time because “believe it or not, it takes a while to get information”. She said she’d call me back before they close at 6pm central time. I was 3 o’clock. NOTHING. No call back or anything. Um so my issue isnt that important to be talked to right away!? They did $2,000 in damage to my car. Paint is off and everything from a simple door ding. I shouldnt have to go through this much trouble to fogure out information on someone that hit me. I NEED this information on my car so i can make a claim. This is absurd and im about to report to the BBB. She did a hit and run and now the business is procatinating to give me her information!? Get it together.Also, i told the lady on the phone that i was already told i’d be called back a week ago and that didnt happen. That i’d be upset if i didnt recieve a call after this second time. Guess who didnt call? THE LADY.

***Update*** 9/26/18: Dropped rating from a 3 to a 1! They are thieves!!!!!Gave Enterprise a $50 deposit for a rental due to an insurance claim. Never got it back cause my card information switched. The facility will not own up to their responsibility. Keep passing the buck to my bank and the accounting office. The accounting office wont call back. I may have to report to the BBB. NEVER renting from them again!!!!!Outside of paying a deposit AND giving up alot of information, the car was ok. Customer service was excellent it is just too much information needed on TOP of the deposit that will have me going elsewhere.

Great experience! Came from out of town for a wedding. When I arrived a mistake had been made and my car wasnt at the office. One of the reps had to go to a different location to get it. Enterprise made up for the inconvenience big time and made sure I will be coming back in the future. Cant speak enough about the excellent customer service!

In one week I reserve a car three times in this week and each time they gave my car to someone else and I made reservations 24 hours prior was very disappointed and then didnt get a ride home or to pick be picked up but did get reimbursed for the money no I didnt because I never got a car.. will not go back a grade this one and one star should be one..Dot

I called the 877 number got a reservation set up for a location near me and as Im driving to the place they call me to tell me they have no car. So I go to the air port where they sent me. So now its getting late. Get to airport port and he says I cant take Visa debit card so now all of the other locations are closed but at the airport that would of taken debit cards. So now with no car and all others rentals are now closed. Thanks enterprise for going out of your way for a customer. I WILL NOT BE USING ENTERPRISE NO MORE.

Ive been to this location a few times when my car was in the shop. Each time customer service is great, especially by Jole (I think thats how his name is spelled). He remembers your name even after 2 weeks of holding the rental. He is very accommodating and was able to get me into a much nicer car after I noticed a really bad smell in the initial car, no questions asked and at no extra charge. Ive tried other Enterprise locations around Omaha, this place treats you much better and is way more efficient; a lot of that is because of Joles customer service. This is my go to rental shop for Omaha.

My rental was a Chrysler 300. The inside windows were very dirty almost like they have never been clean. The inside of the car smelt like it was smoked in. The Bluetooth would not senc with my phone. And the car pulled left. I called them several times and the body shop called them twice and we never heard from them. I,will never use ENTERPRISE RENT A CAR AGAIN.

We were renting a pickup truck. When my husband (23 years old) went to pick it up, they said he cant take it because hes under 25. On the site it says that its okay,but it will work only next month. And they didnt let us rent another car...even if they would let, they didnt have choice. So stupid
