Well I have rented a car before this previous time and I brought the car back two days early and I still got charged full price. If you return something early I feel like you should get a refund or not pay the full price so with that being said I will not refer nobody to Avis. The only reason why I use your own is because we get a good discount from my job if I didnt I would go to somebody else. I have rented several cars from you all in a matter of a year and I until my last experience I didnt appreciate it.

Ali is great, he is always very helpful. I rent a lot for work and exclusively go to the same Avis location because he always takes care of me. Even on short notice he makes sure I am taken care of.

The person helping at the front desk was nice and friendly. The car was clean other than the slight smell of marijuana. The price was fair and was the only rental company allowing one way transfers at the current time. (Vacation and Covid-19 season is hurting them I guess?)

Aggressively questioned on using corporate account. Was asked for every document under the sun to prove I was an employee. Even when I showed proof, it was questioned. Had to have the rate taken off, then go back and have it added back, which took an extra 45 mins. Worker showed up 15 late. Rented at 7/8th full, returned to same level, was told the car was actually full and the system has a glitch in it that doesnt show full.... Even with a receipt, I am still worried about extra charges mysteriously showing up. Wont rent here again.

I went to pick up my car at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 10, 2021. Omaha had a storm just 7 hours previous and there was no power at the Avis location. I had called earlier to reserve telephonically because my car was stuck in my garage with no power to open the door. The gentleman to check me in was Ali Issaoui at Avis. There was NO power at the location and he was FABULOUS!!! He was acting as if there was nothing wrong, he checked out the people ahead of me, got them their car, helped them with many questions and then worked with me to get my car, all without assistance of the computer. Most people today would be incapable of just business as usual and he made it smooth. Nice guy, reliable employee. Dont lose him - there arent many like him! thank you!

The reservation center had given us incorrect information that the local branch could not deliver. We heard this with customers in front of us as well. The local agent did whatever he could to try to accommodate but he was put in a very difficult situation. This did not reflect a lot of confidence to any of the customers we heard their same grumblings.

Reservation was for 7 am. Store worker didnt show up until 715 am. The automobile was dirty and not cleaned and smelled of cigarettes. The alignment was terrible.

1st experience at the airport was horrendous ~ 2nd experience at the 75th & Pacific, Omaha, NE, with Ali was exceptional.

Ali is the best, I will not rent anywhere else! Great customer service and he goes above and beyond explaining the entire process to me on any questions that I have. I will be a customer for life! Thanks Ali

I was extremely upset about an experience I had at 84th st. with Clint(awful). Ali on pacific st. kept me coming back to Avis. He traded me out of that shot up car Clint tried to rent me and even upgraded it for me. He sincerely apologized for my previous experience and got me on my way. Every time I need a rental I call Ali from Avis on pacific st. and he takes care of everything. He makes renting a car a very easy process. In and out and your on your way.

The gentleman who rented to me went above and beyond to accomodate me. My flight was delayed and even though he had to shuffle some things around, he found a way to extend my car for another day to help me out.

Dont give you specific instructions over the phone, I was not at all impressed

I had the worst customer service I have ever experienced when went in for rental. The agent was late and offered no apology much less a hello or other greeting. He was dressed very unprofessional wearing basketball shorts, basketball shoes, a t-shirt and jacket over that was open displaying the shirt. He spoke very little to us, had no eye contact and explained nothing regarding the rental process or paperwork. He showed us to the car barely and did not inform of the return process. Nor did he review the basics of the rental car.

Where do I start. Car was broken on the first one. Second one was nasty with stains and junk all over

Wasnt able to get the car I ordered. Had to take a downgrade. Vehicle got horrid fuel economy. The inside was an awful smell of marijuana, it was underpowered, hence me ordering the car I wanted. This was definitely an experience to learn from. I will look elsewhere next time.

Ali was super helpful, the experience was quick fast. The shop was nice and the cars where fair price, they Are Super Nice and they work with you if u need to extent your rental. if i could give 10 stars i would they are the best in town hands down.

This was the best car rental experience Ive ever had. We got a free upgrade to a bigger vehicle which was a huge surprise and helped with our trip, without the up grade all of our stuff would never had fit in the car we were supposed to have gotten. Thank you! I will definitely recommend Avis to anyone I know looking to rent a vehicle.

Great prices and service

I have a love/hate for this place. I have rented from them two times. The first time I had gotten the rental I was unaware I was going to be charged $60 for a cleaning fee. Which I thought was fine just unaware. The second time however, was definitely not okay. He did not ask us to pick an insurance! Also went to check my bank account they charged me $118 more for my rental than agreed over the phone. Then on top of that charged me $70 extra for a cleaning fee/gas fee (I always take the car to a vacuum place before returning and fill the gas). So I know $70 is outrageous to charge someone that cleans the car before you! My main concern/problem is they’re not clear on all charges/deposits/late fees/cleaning fees/almost anything. Avis loves money, and loves taking it from people. I’m trying the Epply location if this happens again I’ll no longer continue with Avis. Best of luck to anyone else that rents from here.

They are always very nice and the vehicles are very well taken care of. Mind is at ease because I know my family is safe traveling in their vehicles. We have always made it to and from our destinations safe and comfortably.

Super fast service, greeting was lovely and cars condition was excellent. Very satisfied. Would love to use their service again in the future.

I think they are really pricy. It was $46.00/ night. However, they dont charge a deposit. I believe its all ready in the price. It was $287.00 to rent for a week. Unfortunately, we couldnt get a car at a last minute notice. The car we had smelled like smoke. I used febreeze and nothing would get rid of the smell. Other than that the car ran really well. The service was good.

I have rented from this location several times and always had a good experience - Quick in and out is always appreciated.

I will never rent from Avis again. I did a prepaid rental online and I ended up meeting my car for 2 days less than I thought I would. When I took it back I was informed that in the , terms and conditions that I had agreed to online, had I read them it would seem there was no refund for any unused portion of a prepaid rental. Well my only comment is I dont worry too much about terms and conditions when I consider Im dealing with an ethical company. Sadly thats not the case here. Second thing was the actual car. I had reserved an intermediate car which should have been like a Sonata or Malibu or something, and I was told they didnt have anything and I was given a Dodge Durango 7-passenger SUV that literally sucked gas like there was no tomorrow. In addition it was filthy dirty in the front with bugs all over, and the interior wasnt clean. Its almost like somebody dropped it off and they turned around and ran her to back out without even checking it. I cant say enough bad about this rental experience. I wish I could give it a zero Stars

I had to change the type of vehicle I reserved, and the process was simple as well as easily done. The service was friendly and quick when I picked up the car, and I was able to simply drop it off after hours when I returned after the office was closed. The facility is midtown and has parking, so I was able to leave my own car on the lot for no charge.

We always receive great service - the woman at the desk remembers our name each time! They are also easy to contact and the website online is easy to navigate. The cars we rent are always clean and very well maintained.

Was given a dirty minivan. I had reserved a 12 passenger van a year prior. Called 2 weeks before my pick up date. And showed up to be told they didn’t have any because of recalls. So 8 grown adults were forced into an minivan for 14 hours. Why couldn’t anyone tell me ahead of time they didn’t have a van for us? Unacceptable

I reserved a standard SUV through the website. When I arrived at the Avis location, the man working at the counter was very friendly. They did not have a standard SUV, so I was given an upgrade to a larger SUV at no extra charge. I was in and out within 5 minutes. The vehicle was clean and drove well. I will definitely use this location again for my next rental.

Pre paid for a rental car online and they charged me for a deposit on top of what I prepaid. When I paid at the counter I didn’t have an “extra deposit”. This was a total inconvenience and will not be renting from Avis again.

Very rude customer service. The gal who answers the phone was abrasive and not willing to work with a paying customer. She would not honor a rate that I had taken a screen shot of and saved because I could have booked it then. i tried to explain that we were price shopping and had settled on their location to give our business to. She also stated that she is the only one there and would not put someone else on the phone when I asked. Will never use this location for any future car rental.

Pick up was wonderful, quick, smooth, but upon return, no one went out to check the condition of the vehicle with me, then i was assessed a fee for pet cleaning, when i already pre cleaned the vehicle. Seems they just dont want to admit they arent pet friendly. Mind you this was also a car that needed an oil change mid trip, still had pop bottle caps and Cheetos in it from the previous user, and wasnt gassed up. Guess i know which avis never to use again.

I have always done buisness with Avis but this one time I decided to prepay and no where on the site does it say if you prepay you have to have a $100 deposit, so I contacted the lady at the pacific location to ask her about it and she was extremely rude. So now I am out of $100 for my vacation. Prepay was supposed to save money when in the long run it took more money.

Very cheap person, basically a theif.I returned the car with a full tank, filled it from the gas station next to them before return, only drove it for a one day (20 miles). When I looked at the the receipt, found $15 extra charge, then the operator apologized for the automatic charge and printed me a new receipt without the charge.Later I found I was still charged, when I called the manger and mentioned about the the receipt I have, he needs to see the receipt from the gas station and that the operator should not have produced me a new receipt.Ver Cheap!!
