David was quick, professional, and friendly. They didn’t have the part needed in stock but were able to order it and have it delivered the next day. He fixed my dryer in like 5 minutes. Would give him 10 stars if I could. Great service!

Dryer turned out to be fine. Only gave suggestion to help me get clothes dryer. Told me to use booster because of extra long duct to outside vent.Not happy about icemaker repair. First call, replaced electronic module which was expensive. No ice is being made. Called to come back. Second call, hooked up diagnostic tester and everything tested fine. Still no ice! Not calling back. I can buy a tabletop for a third of what they charged me for repair and have ice!!!

Our home warranty initially detailed another company which was very hard to get ahold of then very unprofessional in their response. I requested we be changed to another company for a non cooling fridge. Nebraska Home Appliance answered immediately, sent out a fabulous! Tech named Ali who got it up and running. He cleaned up after himself, showed up with mask and booties, and was extremely kind and professional. We will definately be using them again when the next thing breaks!

From my first discussion setting up an appointment and communicating my issue through our technician resolving the issue, all communication was timely and professional. Our technician Vince was extremely knowledgable about the appliance and was aware of the recent recall by LG to support the service and repair even though my appliance was out of warranty. My refrigerators ice maker iced up frequently. Rep replaced unit. He was friendly and knowledgeable, wore booties over his shoes while in the house, and cleaned up the workspace when completed.

Jacob Loncke showed up on time, did some diagnostics and told us what it would cost to get the dishwasher working again. I really enjoyed the detailed info provided prior to my service appointment. I was able to track the progress the day of service to see where I fell in the queue and if they were running on schedule. So much better than the vague 4-8 hour timeframe that’s usually provided by service people. Dillon was professional, helpful, and ready to answer all questions.

Dave was on time, personable, honest and direct. However, he did not unplug my dead refrigerator, and I wish you would ask him to come back and unplug it. It would only take him 5 minutes. Since his service cost over a hundred bucks, it sounds like a small service that would make me very happy.

Took a while to schedule them to fix our washer, but they communicated well throughout and got the fix done when they were here. Techs were professional and pleasant. Reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was the pricing. $400 for a washer boot seal replacement seems excessive. The tech mentioned the part cost $220, but found it online for less than 1/2 that price. They were done with the diagnostics and fix in less than an hour. $180 in labor (assuming the part was $220) for a fix taking less than an hour seemed high as well. Pricing aside, the experience overall was very good.

Darrin from NE Home Appliance showed up on time to fix my dishwasher. He already had the part based on the error code I gave them and was able to fix it immediately. He was very professional and extremely careful to protect everything surrounding my dishwasher too. I will be keeping his contact info and making sure I reach out to them again if I have any issues. Highly recommend.

Cancelled and rescheduled twice, sent out a tech (Matt) twice who talks down to you if you ask questions and is very rude both verbally and non verbally. After 2 failed and agitated appointments with Matt, sent out Travis who was wonderful. Office staff is also very sweet despite my frustration with Matt, cancellations and not providing enough staff for a stacked washer/dryer unit TWICE, despite me making that clear on the first call. Only getting 3 starts because I payed over $470.00 since I was out a washing machine for 5 weeks and had to have 3 different visits for a washing machine that is 2 months old. 2 of the visits were a non-productive waste of time and the worst customer service I have ever experienced from a business.

They were prompt calling me back when I filed a claim. The woman I talked to was very friendly. The day of service we had Ali Z and he was on time, professional, and definitely knew his stuff when it came to repairing our refrigerator. I also liked how you could track what job your repair man was at so you knew how close they were to getting to you. Great service!

My oven is a 1950s model so I was worried they wouldnt be able to fix it, but he had the part I needed in his van! He was able to fix it in a matter of a few minutes. Ali Z. was our technician. He did an excellent job. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and very thorough. Not only was his work high quality but I especially appreciated the fact that he had the replacement parts for our refrigerator in his van. It was really nice that our refrigerator was repaired in one visit.

These guys are awesome. Darrin was amazing and was able to get the job done FAST! There is not another appliance repair business in town that I would even consider over Nebraska Home Appliance.

Service was fine and professional, but cant recommend based on the outrageous pricing of the service. Was charged $880 to change the compressor on my refrigerator, the compressor was still under warranty so this was just the labor cost. If you can, shop around for better pricing.

My washer had a minor leak ... but you know minor leaks dont STAY minor. Not only did Mark fix it quicker than I expected AND for a lower than expected cost, the staff rescheduled my appointment on the same day because of a medical emergency in the morning. Great staff all-around, and genuinely nice people!!

They came out and fixed my washer. Sent me a tracker so I could see when they would be here. Was very handy. Very polite, helpful and were able to fix my washer today. Luckily it was a small issue. Will use them again.

Shannon was very knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed, repaired and added a part which would heat the line to prevent future freezing of the line.However, Shannon kept on the booties on his shoes both inside and outside of the house and broke a divider in the freezer door without telling me about what had happened. When I discovered the broken divider and notified NE Home Appliance, the broken part was ordered and Shannon replaced it.

Austin went about his task in a professional manner. He was careful to move the unit away from the enclosure and put a protective cover on the floor prior to removing the condenser and returning the unit to operating condition. After the 24 hour acclimation period, it was running efficiently and has been working great ever since.!

Darrin was very helpful and professional and courteous. We had our washer repaired and new parts were installed and they had them in stock. No waiting for parts to come in. We had a problem and he came back out again and fixed it. I would highly recommend him and Nebraska Home Appliance Repair.

Austin brought everything with him to repair the ice maker quickly. He did a great job!

Nice. Timely. Fixed the issue. I do think I was charged quite a bit of labor since the part was only $24-$45 online. The total cost to replace the water inlet valve for the refrigerator was $313. $45 part + $95 service call means the labor charge was around $173 unless I am missing something. But had I simply purchased the part myself and done it I would have ate the $95 service call fee anyhow so the convenience factor kicked in.

An icemaker was replaced in a refrigerator. They have performed service for us before and we couldnt be happier with them. They are always on time, they dont try to sell you something you dont need, they do excellent work and their employees are simply good, hard-working people. Theres nothing more we could ask for.

Darrin successfully repaired our refrigerator. He was fast, polite and thorough. He answered all of my questions during the repair. Everything was covered by the LG warranty so I cant comment on the price, but I would definitely use NE Home Appliance again.

I order parts from them to support local, which I easily could have ordered online. It took multiple follow-up calls to get the parts, and when they were finally in I had trouble picking them up. Called in as I was cutting it close to closing time, and was told maybe someone would be there, I was there not 2 minutes later and the doors were already locked. Next time Ill just order online with direct shipping, itll save time and phone calls.

Mark from NHA come to look at our Electrolux Front Load Washer. The door was stuck closed, he opened it for us to be able to remove the laundry from it, Mark also noticed that the rubber bellows was torn on the bottom front, which led him to check the rear of the washer drum to find the rear bearing froze up. The cost was too high, so we paid for the service call, and will purchase a new washer (and probably a new drier as well). Mark was extremely professional and courteous as well. We would like to use him for any future jobs (but hopefully nothing self destructs again ; )

When our washer wasnt draining, Nebraska Home Appliance was able to send out a technician in two days, which was eight days sooner than the other company I called. The technician arrived on time and took care of the obstruction in about an hour. He was very personable and professional. I would have liked to pay less, but in my experience I could easily have paid more. I dont think it gets much better than this.

My ice maker was not working. Called NE Home Appliance, as I had them out for a washer/dryer problem several months earlier and was very pleased at that time. The serviceman, Vince, was very pleasant and on time.He quickly figured it out and problem solved. I will call them the next time I need help and would recommend NE Appliance to a friend.
