Samsung paid for parts, I paid for the labor. Came to house to fix and dryer broke again after 4 loads of clothes. Came out again and dryer still does not work correctly. I asked for a full or partial refund due to them not fixing the problem. Owner or manager refused. So I am out $103 and my dryer is still broken. Do NOT recommend they do not stand behind their work.

I purchased a TV through NFM with the extended warranty. I was originally scheduled with Metro TV out of Lincoln, NE. I had a HORRIBLE experience with that company and asked the warranty company to schedule me with another service provider. I was so impressed with the service this company provided. They ordered the parts needed for the issue I had. Then Jake came and replaced the parts within 15 minutes. He was very professional, courteous, and even gave me a tip on how to purchase a new remote through Samsung.com!

Please don’t use them they will take ur tv apart then bring the parts to fix it. When they don’t fit they say sorry tv not under warranty. Note it’s under warranty and they got paid for the repair. Even know they did not do the repair. Took the parts with them that they claimed to have installed but they did not. Scammers now I’m left with a tv in parts. Don’t use them!!!!

Worst company I have ever worked with. Have been out at least/in contact with them 10 times in 2 months over an ice maker problem on my LG refrigerator. Tell you what you want to hear. DO NOT DELIVER. Anybody that uses this company should have their head examined. If I could have given them less that one star I would have.

We purchased a warranty on our KitchenAide fridge/freezer when we purchased the appliance from NFM. When the ice maker started making noises we called the warranty company to place a claim. They sent out Aksarben TV to make the diagnostic call and repair. 4 weeks later and a number of calls for assistance, and visits by repair people our ice maker was finally working without noise again. We were told a number of times during that month that is was one thing or another and their fix was going to take care of things, but it never did. And they were terrible to get a hold of through the process! Flash forward 1 year, and we were having issues with the freezer making a noise. The claim was placed with the warranty company who again sent Aksarben TV out to investigate and repair. The technician arrived, didnt even look in the freezer, just said he knew what the problem was by the noise and would get the part ordered. A week and half, and multiple calls later the part was finally in. The tech was scheduled to come out. When he returned to perform the repair, he didnt know how to get the drawers out of the freezer and asked us for direction. Once he did get them out and began to work on the replacement of the part he thought was bad, he learned that was not the problem after all. it was something else just sliding down in the bad causing the noise. He mentioned he could tape the piece up... no. He ended up securing this piece in some manner so it wouldnt happen again. However, within 4 days of his repair the noise was back. We contacted Aksarben TV again to come back out and fix the problem with a different technician. They said we had to file another claim with the warranty company since they closed it. Fine, did that. They called to come out and sent someone else. That technician arrived and also was unsure how to remove the drawers from the freezer and even agreed the last tech put them back in WRONG! He didnt take anything apart in the freezer to see what was up because he didnt want to deal with putting it back together. But was going to order all the parts to replace in the back of the freezer and that should fix the problem. 4 days later we hadnt heard anything about the repair, and contacted Aksarben TV again. 3 days later we received a call back stating that they hadnt gotten approval to order the parts. I contacted the warranty company to ask for assistance to get this approved and was told that Aksarben didnt even put in the request for parts until 3 days prior (a week after they were in my home the 3rd time). They received approval for the parts yesterday, and then called to tell me such but didnt know when they would be. At that point they advised they found the parts online through Amazon and could get them next week to repair on MOn/Tuesday, but didnt know if the warranty company would approve the higher rate. I asked at what point was Aksarben going to make this right and order the parts to ensure this repair was done and done right next week, and cover the difference if the warranty company didnt approve the higher cost. Ann (at Aksarben) got very brash at this point and said, we wont do that. I will see if the warranty can expedite but we wont do that. I expressed that they have had this repair for a month now and this should not even still be an issue had things been done right in the first place when the tech arrived originally and then when they were out to repair and walked away without actually repairing. Ann proceeded to contact the warranty company and told them that I threatened her so they werent working on this repair any longer! Not even close to what happened at all! They are clearly just trying to get out of making right what they made worse to begin with. I would be very careful using them! What a disaster!

We got to deal with two of their technicians. Both Missy and Mike were very professional and personable. Missy came first to diagnose and get the right parts ordered. She was in and out in under a half hour and did some of the repairs. Mike came back once the parts arrived and finished the job. Again, in and out in about 35 minutes. He was very knowledgeable and even did some preventative maintenance on some other stuff while he was here. I would definitely use them again!

No one answering their phone...I drove from Ne.Furn. mart to find Aksarben tv and could not find it...no sign out?I have a 3 year old Sony Roku tv purchased from the mart. Unable to find anyone to troubleshoot for me & Figure out what happened to the tv.

I had a TV where the picture was going out. A friendly staff member came to my home and replaced the chip and its been working like new ever since. Staff is fast. The price is reasonable. Im so glad I didnt have to buy a new TV. They definitely have a new customer for life!

Had an appointment for tomorrow 9/10. Had a kid get sick this week and without a working washer didn’t know what I was in for but knew I couldn’t make it anyplace to wash laundry with a sick kid. Called and asked them if they had gotten our parts yet and they had. She tried getting someone out that day but I stressed the next day was fine. Michael came out today with all of our parts that the errors suggested. Put them on checked and seemed fine so he left. I then started my mountain of laundry and got the same error so I called him right away. He said I basically had a new unit but there was one more thing he could replace. It was after 5 and I told him not to worry I would make due. He finished his last job of the day and came back replaced the wiring component and then watched the whole entire 40 minute cycle complete. This was a warranty issue and he didn’t have to do that. I’m so grateful he did and he worked until after 8pm. That’s customer service and every time I have talked to office staff she had been outstanding as well. Thanks guys!

Strange—I had a great experience with them. Needed a dryer serviced under warranty. Technician was a tad late, but was able to diagnose the problem right away and get the unit fixed in under an hour. Staff was friendly on the phone. Tech was a nice guy. No complaints.

Had dead pixels on a Samsung TV and the repair was contracted through Aksarben TV. Chantelle set up the appointment and once the parts were in, Jake handled the repair. The whole process was smooth and professional, Jake did a great job. Start to finish was about 30 minutes.

I was assigned to them by Samsung to repair my fridge. The first encounter was fine and the technician that came out was friendly. She thought she had it fixed and said if the issue came up again within 30 days to contact them directly. A couple days later the same issue started again. I called them and setup another appointment. The day off that appointment they called and said they wouldnt be out because the part was bent and rescheduled me again. I called them the day before to reschedule because I couldnt be home and left a voicemail. I didnt get a call back so called again the next day and left another message .Again no callback so I called for the 3rd day in a row. Finally I got someone who said a tech would be out that day but they gave a 9-3 window! Thats a ridiculous time frame. Who wants to be home for 6 hours waiting on them .Luckily my wife had the day off. The issue was finally fixed later that day (today) well see if its permanent or not. My issue is not with the techs that have come out as they were nice even though they seemed to have limited knowledge of the products. My biggest issue was a lack of communication. If youre going to allow customers to leave you a voicemail you should comefo up in a timely manner.

Please whatever you do. DO NOT let them work on anything. They distroyed my 65 inch TV. A guy named (Jake) worked on it and jammed a some short of object into the middle of my TV and now you can see inside of andthr TV. They scratched it pretty bad. They have been to my house 4 different times. SERIOUSLY save yourself the hassle and DO NOT use this company!!!!! There contacted through Samsung.

They are contracted by Samsung to repair their appliances. On my first visit the tech came out to diagnose the reason that my brand new refrigerator was not cooling. He identified the parts that needed to be ordered including taking pictures of them. He tells me that the parts will be ordered and the refrigerator should be fixed in just a few days. A few days later I get a call from the office letting me know that they would be available to install those parts the following week. I was unhappy but had no other choice since this was warranty work. I agreed to a time the following Tuesday between 9 AM and noon. I cleared my schedule at work so that I could be available. Noon comes and goes with not so much as a phone call letting me know that they would be late. I called the office to find out where the tech was and she told me he was running late. I again rearrange my schedule so the tech can still come that day. The tech arrives only to discover that the wrong part had been ordered. He attempts to put the original part back into my refrigerator where it creates a spark that scares him. He puts the refrigerator back together and I have no idea if the sparking part was left in the refrigerator or not. Again, I am told that the part needs to be ordered and that the refrigerator should be fixed in just a few days. A few days later I get another call from the office letting me know that it will be indeed, another week before someone can come out. So again, I clear my work schedule to accommodate a technician from 1 to 4 PM. At 4:05 I have heard nothing from anyone at Aksarben. I contacted the office to find out where the technician is. The office informs me that she will contact the technician and call me right back. After 30 minutes I hear nothing from Aksarben, I called the manufacturer to complain about Aksarbens service. The manufacture contacts Aksarben and is told that the technician will be out soon. That technician never called and never showed. I am now waiting for a callback from the manufacturer so that we can get a repairman from another company in to finally fix my refrigerator after a three week debacle.

Im extremely satisfied with Aksarben TV repair. Mike, the repairman that fixed my Samsung ice maker was extremely knowledgeable about what the issue was and fixed it as soon as the part came in. He was very reliable and called me when he realized hed be 10 minutes late. He checked all areas of the ice maker/water dispenser and cleaned off the hard water residue that built up. I felt he went above and beyond in his service. Id definitely use Aksarben TV again for repairs and definitely recommend them.

Poor customer service, poor communication, lack of effort, lack of care, lack of timeliness .... all around terrible experience and company. The technician was tardy, but kind. I was given a window of service, 9-12. The technician did not arrive to my house until 1240, no one called or provided information of this time change and inconvenience. The technician tracked mud throughout our home and made multiple comments of how he was new at repair and didnt have a whole lot of knowledge. He even thanked me for allowing him to practice repair on my refrigerator. In the end the fridge still isnt fixed and this company is now refusing to service my fridge any further. Save your time and seek a different company, this one is not worth your time or effort.

Very disappointed with this company right now.... FYI The service tech was very polite and courteous and explained himself thoroughly. We had them come out to service a warranty issue on our family room TV due to it had lines running through it, you could still watch TV prior to the tech coming out and when he left our home the screen was totally black. We called them only for them to tell us that this happens if there is damage to the unit, but before they were here at least we could still watch TV. I was hoping Samsung would cover the warranty but now Aksarben is telling me they probably will not due to the nature of the issue but they would submit the photos of the picture. Now that the picture is completely black after the tech left I have no choice but to replace the 9 month old unit.

Charged $53 to come to my home to look at Samsung washer and dryer. Pulled machines out, destroyed vinyl floor. I complained and they sent out their insurance adjuster. One month later, no machine repairs, ruined floor. Out $53 plus hundreds out of pocket for floor repair. They wont answer 4 emails or return 4 voicemails. Filing BBB grievance. Disreputable, unprofessional. They stole my trip fee money and then marked the ticket as Complete so Samsung has no record of them abandoning the job. Worst experience Ive ever had with any type of company. Avoid at all costs.

These guys were great- theyre contracted with samsung, and told me how to get my warranty extended for my washing machine. Mike who came out was super nice and took his shoes off so he didnt get snow all over my carpet. Great customer service!!!!

I was assigned to them by samsung for a repair of my TV. There was a general lack of effort or sense of urgency to assist with the repair. Part ordered and in transit, refused to commit to penciling in an appointment 3-5 days after part was due in. Explained as a business owner, I really need a firm time so I could adequately plan. Unwilling to schedule anything because part might not make it in. Continue to push and was unwilling to commit. Called samsung to cancel appt.

Horrible customer service. Unbelievably horrible customer service. Needed my Samsung refrigerator repaired under warranty and couldn’t get anyone there to schedule an appointment. They kept telling my my tickets from Samsung were closed and I’d have to call Samsung to open another one. Fortunately Samsung was also fed up because they went out of there way to find me someone more local that they probably don’t usually have do warranty jobs. The level of incompetence was astonishing. Unfortunately, my recent experience with Aksarben TV was among the worst experiences Ive had with a business. A complete lack of competency and professionalism. Everything was a struggle and I had to call and follow-up every single step of the way to make sure my unit was repaired/replaced per the manufacturer. My experience was very disappointing and I cannot recommend Aksarben TV in any capacity. I have worked with Millard Electronics in the past and I can recommended them as an alternative should you have a piece of electronics that needs repair.

I was assigned to them by samsung for a repair. Since I had 4 appliances each needing a warrantied work they informed me they wouldnt service them together but needed 4 different appointments because and I quote...they would make more money on charging me labor. I informed them that I was responsible for the labor charges and samsung was covering parts and they still refused to service my appliances together with out charging me $440 just for a trip charge to come out and look at them. I called samsung and they reassigned me to a new service center that represents them.

I brought in two high end receivers that had the same issue. After paying a diagnostic fee I was told the power supplies needed to be replaced in both units to the tune of $400 each. Upon reaching out to Onkyo, I was told this is a known issue and both units would be serviced under warranty as it was a known defect. Very questionable business standards, and when called out on this, I was told oops, my technician misdiagnosed the problem on BOTH of your units.I would suggest getting service elsewhere from a reputable servicer if you have any choice.

Waited 3 weeks for service. Spent less than 5 minutes and claimed they knew what was wrong and would email parts list. Demanded cc payment wouldnt take a check. Poor poor poor but the only option I was given by samsung in case it was warranty coverage but of course not. Same issue on their frigs all over the internet. Very disappointed with this company, Samsung referred them to me to fix washer under warranty. The washer was leaving white powder on my black clothes, and had vibrated enough to break a leg, we put a board under where the leg broke and level it, was working great other than putting white powder in dark clothes, we were wrong the washer out before each use it was helping. After the tech left the first time, I washed one load of towels, the bleach dispenser didnt drain completely, so I put the rest of the towels in to try again. Was sitting on couch when I heard water spraying, came down to hot water hose blown off washer spraying water everywhere!Tech was nice came back after hours stayed and washed the small load of clothes, seemed fixed, next load I put in didnt wash the soap out, spun so hard my tee shirt were twisted and pulled out of shape, and the washer now makes a grinding noise as it spins! Called back to have the them come back they never returned my call, now I have to try to call Monday and figure out how to was clothes till then, you washer isnt even a year old yet. Now I cant wash clothes and both aksarben TV and Samsung are not reachable!

I had AKSARBEN TV out 2 days ago to replace DLP chips in 2 different TVs 1 Samsung 1 Mitsubishi. Vince was very nice and courteous and had both of my TVs up and running in an hour. After watching both TVs I noticed The Mitsubishis picture was a little blurry. looking closer to the problem, I see that the colors in my picture seem to not be aligned perfect. I have never seen this issue on a DLP TV before. I repair TVs for a Living I had AKSARBEN do these TVs because of warranty reasons(only way to get the parts free). I called them this morning and They said The same thing (that they had never seen that issue before either. They were again very nice and are coming out to take a look at it tomorrow morning. I am thinking a defective DLP chip right out of the box. They have and are doing everything that could be expected. The SAMSUNG looks perfect, no complaints there. Hopefully They will figure it out and get it fixed.All in all I cant complain. 100% better than dealing with MILLARD electronics. I wouldnt let MILLARD electronics fix a calculator for me! My go to ELECTRONICS repair shops in OMAHA are AKSARBEN TV and J&L TV repair.

I was referred to the appliance repair department after my refrigerator broke under warranty. I was unable however to contact a technician despite numerous attempts, leaving me without a refrigerator for 3 days. The experience was unprofessional and created enough hassle that I ended up returning the fridge.
