My service tech was Trinidad from A-1 Appliance for Dryer repair. He was fast and didn’t waste time, he told me what was wrong and gave amount to fix it and within literally 5 minutes my dryer was working and heating up like normal. The repair was reasonably priced compared to other businesses I called to get a quote. Thanks Trinidad!

Very fast and efficient! I had my washer needing fixed and the next week my stove and he was here both times for probably no longer than an half hour....he even came and helped me put my refrigerator doors back on when I couldnt figure out what I did wrong LOL! This guy is awsome came right away and fixed what we needed fixed for a very reasonable price not only fixed my washer called him back for my stove and just bought a new fridge he fixed the door on my old fridge to and I will be calling him to install the water line for my ice make I can do it myself honestly but Id rather give him the business hats off to that guy and god bless brother

Without a doubt one of the best used appliance stores in all Omaha. They have a wonderful staff who go above and beyond to help customers get the right appliance for their home/properties. As a landlord who needs appliances for my rental properties very frequently, their prices and appliances along side their customer service is incomparable to anyone around! Would recommend anyway.

They delivered my side by side refrigerator and took the old refrigerator with them. Fast and quality service! I highly recommend if you are looking to upgrade any appliances. Decent store and prices on there used appliances. I was looking for a specific machine and they did have a lot to pick form but not the one I wanted. Customer service was very good and was willing to lower the price on the one I found was close to what I wanted.

I watched an employee knock on everyones door , in the neighborhood, trying to find the owner of a car that was parked several weeks illegally in their lot. The car was obstructing the lots pathway. They went above and beyond. If this is the kind of compassion and integrity this company has, I wouldnt hesitate to buy from them.

Went in looking for a washer and dryer. They had no matching sets and were asking nearly $300 for one unit, which were older. This place does find old broken units and refurbish them, which is great, but a lot of the units are beat up, scratched, and have different color parts on them, NOT making them worth the money you would spend there. Also, the whole reason I went there is because of their 30 day warranty, but that kind of defeats the purpose if they have a huge sign that says “ALL SALES FINAL” so it really doesn’t give you a peace of mind knowing you are buying something that’s going to work.I ended up buying a newer set for $500 online, actually the same set A1 showed me, beat up, scratched, older pair for $600 (and mismatched)Do your research, don’t jump into a buy. Maybe I just came at the wrong time of the year (tax season) but I definitely found a better deal elsewhere.

Whirlpool Washer and Dryers for days. Theyre all solid and they know how to fix them there. Hell, they can tell you how to troubleshoot and repair over the phone.They walked me through how to fix my own dryer after it stopped getting hot, and sold me the parts I needed for way cheaper than anyone else.These guys care about their customer and want them to keep coming back.Id rate 6 stars if I could.

Always have what I need. I do property maintenance and get 90% of our large appliances here. Comes with a warranty. Always clean.

I made a deal on a used washer. The washer does a good job, its a high end washing machine, but after the warranty it leaks. Does a good job on clothes, but always some water to mop up.
