After contacting Glen twice prior to driving 75 miles to have my vacuum serviced, some character named Tom, was working that day and claimed he was too busy to service our machine and did not care we had made arrangements and drove 75 miles, only interested in bad mouthing Glen. This place SUCKS!!! Buy somewhere else!
