Very upset with how the situation was handled as well as being lied on there was information shared that I called to confirm and my current apartment said they never communicated the information I was told . Then turned around and said I had to wait to have my deposit back through a check in the mail poor communication and the leasing agent is definitely rude and has poor communication skills and can’t handle pressure due to her transferring and not being able to answer my questions on a policy she supposedly follows 😁

I absolutely love it here! I’ve been here for going on 2 years. The staff is SO friendly and my neighbors are so kind. They even do fun family/tenant projects- decorate your door this month for a prize, Halloween trick or treating last month, etc. I definitely recommend!

Toured here back in 2018 nothing has changed or been upgraded. i was turned off by the false advertisement; “spacious townhomes”. it’s not spacious at all, actually very small, the bedrooms are barely big enough for a newborn. my friends just moved here two days ago and said they have a leak and can’t get in contact with the office. i’m so not surprised. it further confirms the decision i made to NOT lease here.

When I moved here for the first time, leasing office explained that we can pay the rent by using credit card. I tried to do several times and found out that the system set up actually does not allow residents to pay rent by credit card and Seldin company needs to fix it. Surprisingly, the local leasing office staff did not realize it and they promised that the company will fix it as soon as possible but nothing happens for one month. And they did not give me a clear answer to the status. When logging in the website, there are all different types of credit card logo (Amex, Visa, and Master) but it does not work. I think Seldin company should fix this system OR REMOVE the option and need to explain that we ACTUALLY are not accepting any credit card. I am disappointed with their unprofessional attitude for this important issue.

HORRIBLE company don’t use them. The manager at the Sunset ridge location is a teranical monster and highly rude. Do not recommend them to my worst enemy. Wouldn’t even want them to have to deal with all the headaches. Or have them wonder how much they wanna mark up the rent this month. Started at 770 then to almost a thousand dollars then move out was 850 not to mention they left the washer and dryer in there 2 MONTHS after I asked for them to take it away AND THEY TRYED TO CHARGE ME FOR IT!

Sunset Ridge has been a great place to live! It’s a quiet neighborhood around our unit and our neighbors are super friendly. Affordable way to be in a great neighborhood with close access to all of the amenities we were looking for!

Good luck reaching their leasing office. You can try and call them multiple times, at different hours of the day, and will still most likely reach a voice mail. On top of that the leasing agents will not communicate via email in a timely matter what so ever.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. The district manager told me they do not have to fix anything as it is not necessary to have appliances in your home. With that said it is overpriced units that need alot of updating. If you live here expect to have maintenance in your home weekly. That is if they decide they want to fix your issue.

While living here my car has been broken into several times, attempted stolen once. My boyfriends car was successfully stolen and we got the police involved especially since the security here is useless. In the spring there was serious flooding and sewage backed up in the bathroom keeping the bathroom sink clogged for several days. The carpet was ruined but they refused to replace it, sprayed “mold away” and said it would be fine. Then I caught them illegally entering my townhome, unannounced and without permission. They lied and said I requested them to “fix my dishwasher” when I never did. When I’ve tried communicating with the landlord I’m avoided and left with no answers on to why they entered my property. I would never recommend anybody to live here it is unsafe and falling apart.

Very upset with how they handled our application. Called and told us we were approved as “high risk” then told us if we paid something off on my fiancé’s credit then we’d be able to be approved spent a grand paying that off then they call us and tell us we aren’t approved. Are you kidding me? If you don’t have the best credit then don’t go with them they’ll just jack you around to get money out of you. How do you tell someone they are approved then tell them they are denied? Pretty sure that’s not how business is supposed to be done. They knew the main reason of denial from the beginning they should have just called with a denial instead of an approval and more thing they wanted us to do.

Toured here a couple times and they are kind of small for the price not to mention all the ghetto section 8 people you’d have to deal with. Though they claim to be picky about who they rent to it looks like mostly refugees are welcome there and people on housing get priority over others in regards to being rented to. Doesnt seem like theres much privacy living there as the office has people driving around on golf carts surveying the land 🤦🏻‍♀️🤣 plus you cant even smoke in your own unit let alone on your porch. Too many weird rules/requirements for us so we rented a house instead.

Neighbor had his car stolen and then later my own car was broken into and someone messed up my ignition trying to steal the car EDIT: this has happened three times in under three months the security is a joke and the ladies who work here are not understanding just saying. The maintence is just amaizng nice fun people. Also I saw a teen jumped once and no one did a thing js and also they delete other bad reviews i keep checking on mine but they deleted my gfs.
