Have lived her for 5 years and I’ve got to say the atmosphere here is so relaxing. The office is in the center of the complex next to the pool and across from the newly renovated kids park. The workers are friendly and I’ve had a chance to get to know Sergio, the grounds keeper and he is beyond amazing. Always feeling like family here.

Ive lived here for one year and would definitely recommend you check this community out, if you are searching for a friendly community with great management staff. And the amenities are all well maintained along with the grounds in general. All my maintenance concerns have been addressed in no more than two days and many the same day. The prices are very competitive. On the down side their snow removal seemed incomplete a couple of times. With the new playground and the pool its awesome for my grandkids!

Ive lived here a little over 2 years now and really like it. Love the office staff and maintenance is always very responsive. The only issue I have is with neighbors and dogs barking all the time when I have to be up for work in the morning, but overall, this have been a great living experience for me thus far.

Moved here back in October and it has been nothing but a great experience! I really enjoy living here , barely have any issues . When there is any issues at all the office is quick to get on it and get everything resolved ! All of the staff is extremely kind and curious, specially the manager at the office ! She will go above & beyond to make you feeling like at home and well taken care of . Highly recommend Maple Ridge to anyone looking for a great community to live in !

The office people were very nice. Patty left, but Erica is very nice. The apartments were the largest that we found for the price that we paid. Definitely a good value. The rooms and closets were very big! Parking is very limited. Sometimes I would have nowhere to put my car. I would rent there again but We bought a house.

I have lived here for almost 3 years now and it is a great environment. the new park and gym are awesome amenities.

I lived in the Maple Ridge Apartment community for a year and a half and it has been a great experience. The office staff are friendly and very accommodating and courteous. I would recommend this location, this community, and this staff to anyone who is currently seeking residence in Omaha.

Staff is kind. For a spacious 1,400 sqft 2 bedroom, pricing is fair. Cant compare the space and price to any other 2 bd anywhere else, (from my hunt.) Parking- some nights spaces are available, other nights theres none at all. Maintenance always shows up when needed in a timely manner. Very close to a great elementary school, many stores and the interstate, thats a plus! The big negative for my family and myself is how lately thieves have been lurking in the area and our cars tire and wheel got stolen over night after 2 years of living there. A couple of neighbors have had their own experiences with theft as well. It would be nice if they installed outdoor cameras off the buildings/garages and had security drive around more often than what they do.

I give Maple Ridge Apartments a 5 star because they do what they can to take care about their tennants. Any problem that you might have is taken care of in a timely manner. Ive lived here for 8 years and plan on staying here for years to come.The location is great. Easy access to the bus stop, stores and resturants. I love living here at Mapleridge

This apartment community is a joke. The staff isn’t friendly and they honestly don’t care with you complaints you have. I have had mold growing in my apartment bathroom since May. They beat around the bush and kept saying they were “working on it” because they were short staffed with matinence. I understand you’re short staffed that’s every work place that is the case. It’s MOLD, a serious health issue. About a month later the guy came in and cut a huge chunk out of my wall and said there’s a crack in the foundation so every time it rains water leaks in. Cool, at least we found the source or the problem. Well, about 2 weeks later we get an email from the manager, Erika, who apologized blah blah blah and gave us $50 credited into our account lol and promised the hole would be fixed and get the mold taken care of. Nothing happened so I took it upon myself to call the health department and wrote the apartment office a letter telling them they had 14 days to fix the problem or we’d get the health code department involved and legal actions that needed to be taken. Not even 2 hours later Erika calls saying her district manager is coming to inspect the mold. Well guess that’s all it took, 4 months of living with the mold should have just wrote the letter to begin with. This place is a joke and I would never suggest renting from them.

Weve been here a year and have loved everything. Theyre always quick to fix thi gs and help us out. Interior is crazy nice. Great location.

They should let more animals be here like 3 cats and 3 dogs instead so it can be more convenient for others . Because I have three cats

I have been living at the Maple Ridge apartments for a year now. I have been renting my entire adult life, and I have never seen a lack of customer service like what I have experienced here. Every time I approached staff with a problem they always had an excuse, it was never there fault, and I was even told once it wasnt there problem.When I moved in July 2013, I immediately saw problems in the apartment, cabinet doors missing hinges, the front door had been kicked in and not fixed properly, there was a rancid smell coming from under the kitchen sink, and the apartment had allegedly just been redone.I saw ants, and cockroaches the first night I was here, and when I approached the staff about it, I was told I brought them with me. I know at this point I should have gotten out of the lease, but I had moved in from out of state, and I was stuck, the apartments are huge, and dont look to bad so I sucked it up, and moved on. Note: the front door hasnt been fixed after telling them more than once.Fast forward to Feb 2014, I had a small leak in my spare bedroom, and let emergency maintenance know about it. Someone came out immediately and looked at it, but decided that there was to much snow on the roof to do anything, and left saying they would take care of it. Important I live in 3136 N111th Plz #F5. After approximately 2 weeks, the snow melted and more than 40 gallons of water entered my apartment, flooding it and the apartment below mine.May 20th 2014 9:15pm, I am currently hearing the roofers fixing my roof, and I have not had use of my spare bedroom for over three months. Important when the maintenance crew came to rip down the wet rotted drywall from the ceiling, we discovered mold, and that the apartment does not contain any insulation in the ceiling, not sure about the walls. I would assume its the same since cold air screamed in through the light sockets all winter forcing me to tape them up.In conclusion, rent here at your own risk, and I pray you have better luck with your rental.
