Do not move here. The prices are great for a reason. Lived there for 1 year and had more issues than Ive ever had. 1: There is only one--ONE--washer/dryer for an entire building. And they dont even work half the time. 2: They charge you for random fees, like the lighting in the hallways, and when you ask them about it, they say that it was just a one time charge and it wont happen again, but dont explain it any further when you try to clarify. 3: Maintenance is a joke. Never once did they come in to change filters on anything. Regularly spraying for bugs? Absolutely not. No cleaning is done in the hallways (dog puke sat in a corner of ours for 7 months), and when you do have a request, like an air conditioner breaking in August, nothing is ever done about it. 4: Just gross overall. Roaches everywhere, and again, when requesting someone to come and spray, nothing happened. Lived with them for a year. Also, the front door to our building had a hole where a window was supposed to be, and they just fixed it by putting some cardboard over it. So.

I would give a 0 but its not an option. This apartment complex tows vehicles for no reason, without warning. Dont invite anyone over and expect to have their car in the parking lot when you come out.

DO NOT MOVE HERE, if you have any other choice at all, even sleeping in a tent would be better. Id give it a zero if I could. The management is incompetent at best. They take forever to fix anything if they even fix it all. People park behind the garage and they do nothing about it. The inside of the places are run down and they smell. There is nothing I can say that would be a good quality. The roads in and out are ripe with potholes that would make the grand canyon jealous. Its a horrible place and I wouldnt wish this kind of living on my worst enemy.

GROSS!The parking lot is like driving on the moon. It is a pot hole nightmare.The apartment maintenance team is not skilled for this job. They rig things to work temporarily. It is a long waiting period before ever getting something truly fixed.The apartment management and staff bully the tenants. There is no way I would ever live here. There is no way I would want a loved one to live here either. In fact, I would rather live in a shelter than live at Pines at Q Plaza.They suggest you call if you have a concern.... only you never get a live person to answer. This place should be shut down.P.S. This place is is horrible. My dad has lived here for over 6 years. They have always charged him fees and raised his rent for no reason with no explanation. I would come in to translate for him and the manager would dismiss me and say I am not in the lease and she doesn’t need to talk to me. It’s a nasty place and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. They steal your money and don’t care about it. If you do live here, keep all your copies of everything and record your conversations because they will switch up on you to take your money. I will be taking this up to cooperate because this place is a joke.

If I could give zero stars I would. My daughter lives here (BIG MISTAKE) management is absolutely horrible my daughters building has been without lights (in the hallway no emergency or back up lights) for over 2 weeks they told her to use a flashlight to get to her apartment mind you she lives on the 3rd floor is single and has a baby. It’s pitch black. This is so unsafe oh and did I mention they NEVER call us back!!

I love going to the dog park. The staff is very friendly and nice. The residents are nice and friendly. Sammy is very very friendly and nice. It’s a safe complex .

I think 2 starts is a bit too harsh. This feels like a safe complex. Theres a daycare right across the street. Whenever I have an urgent maintenance request, they are very prompt. They recently redid the shingles. Its relatively affordable. My biggest complaint and the reason I give 4 stars is because of the absolutely terrible potholes. Those potholes need fixed.

Homes at terribly outdated and look trashy inside and out. Maintenance does not fix anything and they will do anything they can not to replace an appliance. We lived there three years, our air conditioner had been leaking freon the entire time we lived there. We were supposed to get it fixed three years in a row and nothing. They would just come refill it when it froze up. We have had roach and bedbug issues due to nieghbors. This place changes management too often. They want people who actually pay rent out to make way for section 8. That way they can be assured they get that money each month. They do not follow their own lease. Fireworks and charcoal grills are automatic evictions according to the lease but you can see firework debris and charcoal grills everywhere. The playset in the middle of the townhomes is falling apart and was there when I was a kid 25 years ago. It is falling apart. This is not a safe place for children to play. The best part of this place was...I cant think of one.

I would give it a 0 if possible. The management is the worse, (its own staff doesnt like it here). If you live near the daycare be prepared to have your car towed. That was ALL our Christmas money too. There are NO designated signs not to park there. PLEASE DONT LIVE HERE NO MATTER WHAT SITUATION YOUR IN.Update: the maintenance workers said they told people to stop parking there for several months but with all the complaining they are JUST putting up no parking signs. Which was the fastest Ive seen them report to something.

I dont live here but my son does. I went out in the court yard and there was dog poop EVERYWHERE! The parking lot has so many potholes its hard to get in and out! The steps going into the building can not be code! Theyre leaning this way and that! My son says the management is rude and does NOT take care of any issues that are complained about. He had mice in his apartment and they told HIM to buy traps! The people that own and manage these apartments are SLUM LORDS! I think someone who lives there needs to call the health Department and the city inspectors to come pay a visit!! I wouldnt live here if someone paid me too!!!!

This place doesn’t even deserve the 1 star. It was the nastiest place I have ever seen. The day I moved in it looked clean but once I went to work and came back there were roaches everywhere. I told the office, they said it was water bugs. Regardless, it was so gross. You can’t flush them down the toilet because they’re WATER bugs, they would come back up. My 3rd day here the person above me had something leak in their bathroom, causing it to come through the walls and was pouring water into my shower. I called maintenance and they said they’d have someone out in 15 minutes. The next day around 8pm is when someone finally came and they were definitely tweaked out. Apparently them changing the name of the complex and upping the price means it’s better? YIKES.

I haven’t had many problems at all and I have lived here almost a year already! I just signed for a second year! They use to be Wentworth USA and been taken over by new management. If there is an issue they get to it fairly quickly. The only major issue I had was the pot holes but those are getting filled between April and May I believe is what they told me.The only other problem I had was my dishwasher stopped working recently and they taking care of it this week :) at my request I pushed it to a certain date so I could be home just because I do have a dog.I feel you’d be happy with these new managers at this complex!!! Rule of thumb is if you have an issue and you don’t tell them they can’t fix it and then it’s back on you if they don’t know.They all all size dogs just so ya know too and have a small dog run area for the puppers!Two swimming poolsAnd a small playground area for children!

Dont waste your time,,, the hurt, the money, the agony it will cost you, your friends and family,,, no one deserves the treatment you will receive, and lets not forget about the unit you may be renting, these were built in the 70s, many many problems just from being old, but the maintenance are few and never stay, AND its apartments/townhomes. The townhouses and staff are a joke. Is infested with roaches and management does nothing about it. I had put mutiple work order in months ago for them to come spray apartment and nothing was done about until their annual inspection. Now its my fault due to not letting them know even tho i had put in mutiple work orders in months ago when first starting to see them now they are kicking me out due to their issue with not doing anything to manage their property not to mention my leaking pipes that they wouldnt come fix until it was raining in my kitchen then cut a hole in my ceiling and its been months and still have the hole in the ceiling please dont not rent this apartments or townhouses this place should be shut down!

Been here 2 years. For the most part, I havent had a problem with management.Before they changed management, I was told I would be having my deck redone (this was suppose to be the first summer that I was here). That didnt happen.Few months ago, I came home after midnight to my place unlocked and my patio door and screen door wide open. I have a pet that could have very easily ran out. Called the office that night but never did get a return call.Turns out there was a fire on the first floor but they could have at least closed my screen door. and locked my apartment door when leaving. I can only assume it was maintenance that did this.There has been a lot of people arguing outside, Ive seen fights break out and cops constantly at the complex.

This place is awful. I used to live here for a few months before a fire cuased me to move, and I tell you what the way the staff handled this was truly awful. Not letting anyone go into their apartment for a week and only giving people a day to get their apartments cleaned out. Also they had a serious problem with calling residences to let them know what was going on. Also they said the staff would help people move but instead they sat in law chairs and drank scooters. Seriously avoid this place, because there where more issues than just this.

My experience with The Pines they really accommodating with you and they just work with you..& I have yet to see a bug ..one thing I would say is I wish they had sercurity locked doors..sigh& I appreciate all the staff ..thank you

Have been looking for an apartment for awhile and was planning on moving to Wentworth apartments. I had something come up however and am unable to move at this time. The management was very understanding. They worked with me and were kind enough to allow me to get my deposit back. I am appreciative and would recommend the apartments to anyone looking for something affordable and spacious.

I lived there almost 6 years moved out last month only reason I moved out because I want to be downtown. I never had any problems management was fine especially Cheree . I read a lot of bad reviews about this place and its not fair. Apartments are nice size have a lot of closets for the price that youre paying its actually perfect its quiet there is no crime that I know It but my building was on Park Drive so Im not sure on the other side .My friend kid just got place there and I am sure shes going to love it . And stop bitching about your security deposit you didnt get back . Dont trash the place before you leave ,when you move out you make sure everything is clean just like I did and you get your full security deposit back ... I would totally recommend this place.Thank you.

Totally agree with the comments, pest control ia disaster, no body answer the calls, the maintenance not even exists, and if you want to talk with a manager o administrator you cant at all, they cover their backs each other.

When I moved in it was not disclosed to me that I had to pay two power bills on my apartment one on my apartment and one for the common area, I have never heard of this in my life and I know the owners are make lots of money on each unit to pay for the utilities for hallway lighting that bill is almost higher than my bill for my apartment and a $12 bill for water this is crazy and $15 wastewater and a $8 trash bill these ppl are living it up off of hard ppls money...shame on you!!! I will be moving out fast and in a hurry.

Horrible treatment of renters, will not fix a single problem if you have one, no hot water in the winter, and oh yeah theyll send over their so called workers to enter your apt when you arent there and theyll leave your apt unlocked then come back at midnight and say is this the APT that was supposed to be evicted??? And theyll never return any of your calls once you move in. If you are thinking ofabout renting from here run for the hills

I know the rent is cheap so it is difficult to complain. So I wont focus on the out dated unclean apartments they rent. My main complaint is management. They will send you a preliminary bill with no to few charges within two weeks of moving out. You wont get the actual bill until 11 months later! They will add outrageous made up charges. My advice if the cheap price of rent has you sold on this place- document everything - Take pictures of the move in and keep the pictures for over a year. My guess is thats why they wait that long to send a return deposit/ bill. Management will not return calls either.

This is by far the worst apartment complex in the Omaha/Ralston area. Management is rude, not to mention that nothing gets done. My oven was not working for a month ... Yes a month. Around Thanksgiving I called in a work order and they said they would be over in a few days to fix it. A week or so went by, and nothing. Around Christmas they finally came to fix it. I have 3 children, and didnt have an oven for a month! Furthermore, their buildings are so out of date and not cared for that silverfish (a nasty little bug) infest the entire place. They are attracted to rotting wood and infiltrate the entire complex. Dont worry, the managers will deny this and not do anything about it. And one more thing, TAKE PICTURES BEFORE AND AFTER! I did, and they will come in handy very soon. More than 6 months after I moved out, they are just now getting me my final bill and claiming this and that. Good thing I have pictures to refute all of their unfounded claims. They are money hungry and rude, and they will make your life hell the entire time you live there and for years after. BEWARE!!!! The apartments and town homes may be CHEAP, but there are other cheap ones in the area too that are not this bad! BEWARE!

Avoid this place at all costs!! We applied for a 3 bedroom apartment and were told the credit check would take 15 minutes, the 3 of us paid 35.00 each and applied and heard no response for 3 weeks! In the meantime we applied at a different place and were approved within the hour! Finally the girl in the office liz called to inform us that we didnt pass the credit check even though we were approved in an hour at a much nicer place! She would gives us no reason for the denial and for the 3 of us combined we make over 5000.00 a month! What a joke! This place needs to be investigated for fraud. If you read the other reviews on this property, they are exactly right. This place is a run down roach motel with employees who dont know what they are doing. Im glad we live elsewhere! AVOID THIS PLACE!

This place is not a safe place to live. I have been threatened by my neighbors. I ve lived without a shower for over a month. Ive lived without a shower 4 times in the last two years. Ive had raw sewage in the basement 3 times in the last two years. The management lies about what they will or wont do. Do not trust this place. There rules and policy is for them to make money. Greedy, lieing, and very poor customer service. There is a better place for you. Please keep looking.

I have constantly getting broke into and even with an alarm system. Had close to 5oo dollars stolen of stuff.Have renters insurance.As end.ked to change locks they said, No have to stay with original locks have had food stolen also. I have called police several times but have not done anything. They also broke into car and torn down weather stripping around window. I am not rich. Cant keep replacing things in apartment.Yes roaches!!! They came to spray twice plus I buy bombs to get rid of roaches....It just seems they keep coming. Going to have to call management again to spray next week.One of the worst place I have lived cant wait tiltill lease end.

Ive lived here for 3 years and havent had any issues. My neighbors have always been friendly and quiet, the issues Ive had get resolved quick, and cheree and shelley at the office are always there and take care of me in a timely fashion! And the move in specials are unbeatable.

This is the worst apartment to live in. Yes we loved this place at first and they helped us out because we have bad credit. but this apartment treats you like crap. In the summer time the basement is nothing but water bugs and we had to call them 5 times just to come take care of it. The parking lot and grass is never clean always dirty. all they want is money money the repair men are rude as hell telling me every time they come out they are going to start charging me well if they fixed it the first time I would not keep calling.

Its Monday 1/21/18 with a little bit of snowfall. I came in today hopefully being a future resident of The Pines at Q. As Im walking towards the office theres a closed sign on the door. I stand there for a little reading the sign that says open Monday threw Friday 10-5. I search for the phone number on Google and a young girl answers the phone and first of all I have to ask her to repeat her self because I could not understand what she said. Second I told her I seen the closed sign on the door and she then says yeah were closed due to the weather. I then ask myself so if your there to answer the phone then why didnt she answer the door or at least walk up to the door to let me know that she decided to close for the day.

The Rent is Cheap here. I would not Recommend this Place to Live. If something goes wrong They dont want to fix it. It is like trying to Herd Cats..The Staff is Nice for the Most part. They come off that all They want is Your Rent Payment and dont bother Them if something goes Wrong. Over the Years the Units have been Neglected and now it is a Headache for Them.

I lived in a townhouse at Wentworth USA and moved out on september 30, 2015. That was 16 weeks ago today. I have receive no deposit at all or any statement of where it is. In the state of Nebraska, landlords have 14 days to return a tenants deposit. Its been 16 weeks as I said. I am currently in the process of taking them to small claims court. They have given me the run around and even laughed at me when I asked for the corporate offices phone number. The staff are the most disrespectful people after you have signed the lease and I even had maintenance in my home without notice. I am a single mother, a full time college student studying law, and I have a full time job. But whether I was a woman working at taco bell with 6 kids on welfare or not, no one deserves to be laughed at and treated like trash. Ralston is a great area to have your children grow up in or so I thought. Those thieves are the stain of that community.

I am a current resident at Pines at Q Plaza. I live in a townhome. I love my townhome.I have had a few issues while living here.. I had my car window smashed out, and things taken from my vehicle. I dislike the parking... that is the biggest issue with this complex.. I’ve had my garage door blocked numerous times.. parking can be tricky. Numerous residents have (3-5) cars or more. (It’s not really anything management can do anything about.. I have learned..) I feel being more strict with the amount of vehicles a resident can have would benefit everyone. It can be fairly quiet for the most part.

I had my grandfather come to co sign on the lease and they didnt even read his info even after getting his check for fifteen dollars. They said it would take one to three business days to review his info but two mere hours later while I was at lunch they called to say we were not accepted. Three people for a two bedroom. Three women. Then when it was time to return our deposit money they did some shady stuff forging the number on the money orders. After reading these reviews I am glad as can be that we werent accepted. In person I also heard them being rude to their renters. So glad Im not living there.

The absolute bottom end of what an apartment can be. horrible, violent, drug infested, trashy place. Staff is horrible. Nothing has ever been fixed or replaced. Murders. Roaches. Drugs. Tweakers. Some units have the same carpet theyve had for over 10 years.

If I could give less than one star I would. Weve lived here 9 months and had 2 upstairs neighbors. The first dumped gasoline all over and was threatening to burn the place down while on a meth binge.We have mold growing from the leaks in our ceiling, our mirror fell off the bathroom wall a month and almost a half ago. We still dont have a new one. The walls are bowing and look like theyre about to cave in. Our stove is outdated and burns whatever we put into it.We live behind the bar and the noise isnt too bad but the neighbors screaming and yelling at each other outside gets very annoying.This place sucks. Former resident here. Want to see my pictures? Talk about your roaches, leaky pipes, mold, out dates appliances. It took a year to get a dishwasher, 6 months to get a new stove. Had to get fire Marshall out to look at the stove. New property manager saw what was wrong, said theyd fix things, LIED TO ME. I had to call corporate headquarters and with all the phone calls it cost me. We didnt get evicted, we just werent allowed to re-new our lease. And was given 30 days to vacate. Between work, taking care of my boyfriend who had a broken leg at the time was stressful. Didnt find a place, but was told to leave any way. Or else wed get kicked out. End up losing half our stuff ect..... I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

I would not recommend Wentworth USA for anyone to live in. The management is extremely rude and unprofessional. They never fix anything on time and they will tell you one thing and do another. The whole operation seems like a scam to get money from you. Horrible place!!! They tried to fine me for someone else parking on the grass that had no idea who was. They sneak and leave letter in your door and run away( very unprofessional). The management lives on site and the apartment are still crappy. And should i mention again that the management is rude. This place is getting a bad rap I lived here for 7 years and the mangement does not come into your place without letting you know unless there is a maintenance emergency and for bugs if you see one let the office know they get a hold of the bug people and for matience if you have problems they will come out right away they dont charge double rent when the new mangement took over the old management left them in a bind and for a nice place to live this isnt a bad place to live and peaceful

If i could give it zero stars i would. the management switches almost every 6 months they are very rude, uprofesional as well as nosy. i have never had my privacy violated so much. They do searches in your home evey month. office staff who wasnt maintenance even tried to come in my home when they thought i wasnt there. They tried to make me pay for months that i had already paid for luckily I got it disputed off my credit. I went in one of the office managers office one time and she had whole entire list of at list twenty people who were violating leases with minor infractions. You cant have family come visit for more than 3 days or they have to be put on the lease. I even talked with a maintenance member who lived there who said they barely come and fix stuff in his home. I wouldnt reccomend at all.

For those of you who are having maint. problems, issue them a 14-30. From the date of the letter they have 14 days to fix the problem, if it s not done then you have 30 day to move from the date the letter was given. I have worked in property management. They cannot make you pay a break lease fee and you cannot be charged for the problems. Hope this helps you!

This is THE worst apartment complex i have ever lived at! Absolutely disgusting and unsafe. I liver here for 12 months paid rent on time every month, was a wonderful renter. And after my lease was up they tried to charge me for things that were broken before i moved in. Charged me triple what we should have been paying for minor damages. Refused to let me set up a payment plan and sent it to a collection agency for even triple the original price!! DO NOT EVER LIVE HERE!

The bugs are everywhere! The sewers have backed up into our bathtub and shower and overflowed onto the floor several times! Got pictures! Washing machine locked by key at top floor $1.50 a wash and another $1.50 a dry, it is managed by horrible third party and is always broken or breaking on me wasting my time and money having to manually take care of my clothes! Cockroaches are all over the place, they WILL get in one way or another. We asked around in several buildings if people also had cockroaches and everyone we have asked so far said yes to having cockroaches, several buildigs and even the townhomes. Everyone I have asked in my building said they had them too. I seen them crawling all over the place in the parkinglot, the sidewalk, entrance of the building, in the washing machine room, my home, etc. Specially at night got to watch my step when walking home at night everytime. Straight out of a horror movie. And I hate begging for maintenance!

This is the worste place ever. Do not move in here or you will be haarrassed until you dont even care about breaking your lease. I was told that i could have someone take over my lease and found someone that they approved of. But then they told me that they arent going to let that person move into mine but offered them another townhouse, which my friend turned down because the carpets were disgusting. And the reason they wouldnt let them move into mine is because the carpets were destroyed and would need replaced, mind you she hadn´t even been in my place and there were stains when i moved in so who knows when they were last replaced. And when they sent me a bilk for $5500 guess what? They didnt replace the carpets!!! Ha so they just wanted my friend to move into a different unit to get money from them and so they could still try getting money from me as well. So dont move in here!

Ive lived here since September 25, 2016 when I first moved in the AC didnt work took them 2days to fix it. Also some of the doors werent on right the closet and bedroom doors to be exact informed them of that and the fact the dishwasher wasnt working mine you this was all in the apartment check list still NONE of it is fixed. I also got a garage and it had a Huge hole in the roof I took pictures and took it to them with the checklist and they dont fix that well now its leaking on my car. I had to resign a lease because of some personal barriers, it is absolutely disgusting here. The trash at all the dumpsters is overflowing and there is garbage bags outside of them that have been torn apart by animals there are dirty diapers laying around, there is old furniture at the dumpsters which the garbage company does not pick up so it just lays around. Honestly if I was the person who picked up trash here I wouldnt its disgusting. We have drug dealers on our street constant traffic and bass at all hours of the night cars being broke into. If you have kids forget it. People speed around the corners and there are so many cars parked on the streets and corners in no parking zones mind you that you cant see if a car is coming. We have so many children here I am surprised some careless person has not seriously injured one. I am embarrassed that I live here and wont let my son outside bacause of the filth I dont like people coming over because it is so disgusting I dont live this way and I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy as far as the management goes it takes awhile to get stuff done but it is new management and I dont think they realized what they were getting into. Beware of property manager Lorri Esnough. Took her nearly two years after I moved out to send my deposit back only to instead send a bill with no means to dispute it. Filed a complaint with the attorney general. Property manager, Summer Linke, at the time when I moved in promised to replace my carpets in the Spring after I moved in. This was also a lie, plus they tried to charge me for the shape the old carpets were in since they never replaced them as promised.

Then after I moved out they took my deposit for not giving them a notice, then billing me for a other months rent afterwards. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. They will steal your money anyway as possible and try to ruin your credit. This was almost a decade ago, but lessons learned now I actually own a house.

If I could I would leave a -0 star. This place is cheap but definetly not worth it , pay a few more $20s then live at this dump. Management is absolutly the worst!!! Unprofessional and unorganized. This place is unsafe by saying I left my car parked in the closest parking spot to the entrance of the building and my car was stolen during daylight hours! Never to be found til this date. I lived here for 6 months and I will never recommend it to anyone! Got a bill 7 months after my move out date with ridiculous charges!!! Take pictures and document everything if you consider moving into this dump! Also when I went in to make my last payment of the move out bill they said I still have double the amount to pay. . they had lost the payment when I handed it personally to one of the managers! I told them to check their records and they kept giving me the tun around on how tbey didnt have access to the records? I had to threaten them in order for them to look into their records and of course they found the payment ! Please please consider any other place then this dump!

Management is fine.....But I now have had my truck broken into, mail stollen from me because a woman kept opening my mailbox because maintenance didnt fix it for the first two weeks I was there. Ive been here for almost two months. They are now trying to evict me because they say I have a balance but I have my rent receipt saying I paid this month and every month. Im on subsidized housing. I only pay $130 for rent. I will be calling my worker for this. She will move me to a different place and all will be better. Theres a security guard who hit on me. Im married. They dont care. Its not ok.Update: so i moved out due to a fire which was caused by faulty wiring. I did get insurance which is fine. But im glad my kids were not home because they sit over where that was. It was the scariest thing i have ever seen. They let me break my least early but still. They never fixed the problem with FAKE security guard. The pools are still nasty af. And yes the cockroaches. They will have several people with a pitbull but freak out over mine. She is just as friendly as the rest of them. Management is horrible. They dont care as long as they have their money. They switch up numbers on the money orders because they turn in the money to the higher ups last minite. Which is dumb. Then their gym is outdated and honestly made me afraid to work out or go outside. They have came in my apartment with no announcement or anything. And their maintenance people are on drugs. I wouldnt rent with these guys anymore.

By far the worst apartments ever in the Ralston area. Unclean environment, unsatisfactory services, and especially those bugs! My family had asked them to come and fixed our air conditioner, they came for a bit and left a note saying that it was fixed but it wasnt, so we spent the next month with no air conditioner in the middle of summer of 2013 until we got out of that dirty place. Thats not even the worst part, theyre charging us over $700 for stuff that did not even work, these people are a complete idiots, thieves, and liars. I would not recommend this to ANYONE!!

By far the worst apartments in the area. My experience here was terrible, everything from cockroaches to bed bugs. I would definitely would not recommend it to anyone.

This is the worst apartment complex Ive ever lived in. To name a few of the things weve dealt with in the 15 months weve lived there: Apartment was filthy on move in (crumbs on counters, unvaccumed), went without AC for months, bats living in the walls, bats coming out of the walls into the basement, dishwasher hanging out of the wall, every drain is clogged.. all the time, car broken into while in the garage, mail and patio furniture stolen, neighbors smoke gets into house daily, and the staff never gets back to you.Lorri the manager or whatever she is, is extremely unprofessional and claims they cant let me repaint my walls that have spackle in the holes bc Im not a professional painter.... right. So instead of leaving my apartment painted and cleaner than when I moved in, Im getting charged bc they wont tell me the color of the damn paint..Ironic how Im just now hearing of this during my last 30 days there. So if you do decide to move there, dont paint or hang pictures or anything on the walls!Let it be known weve paid our rent on time every month, never a noise complaint, etc! Terrible complex, even worse management.

Management is impossible to deal with. they offered to paint a room of mine when I moved in then charged me for it upon moving out. I paid the $500 (!!!!) for them painting the room then that went on my credit and they still havent removed it from my credit report after repeated demands for them to.

I have lived here for 4 1/2 yrs and the management is really rude .. i pay my rent on time every month but u get evaluated and rent changes then i keep getting all these late rent charges but in fact i had pasid my rent so im getting threatened to get evicted over a mess that is bs ... i would not recommend this place to anyone .. they will charge u for everything when u go to move out even if its wear and tear ... they will charge ya . WORST place I have ever lived but dont have the extra funds to move at the moment

If you want to be robbed to come live Wentworth Townhomes USALived for more than 2 years in this place, look around with the office staff because Im always working, the few times I saw them are unpleasant and little porfecionales people, do little to clarify concerns and take too long to provide solution to problems inside the house, going to change my kitchen extractor I had in my cabinet for over 1 year and never got out of contract came to install it,when you move you deliver filthy dirty apartment full of roaches, dirty bathrooms, badly painted walls, carpet say it is clean and has stains, take several days to leave the apartment clean,output when I leave the apartment clean and I take the work of someone contrar to the carpet cleaned, they invented an things to keep the deposit and also a fee of $ 400 they want to charge me for a carpet, for paint, batteries smoke sensors, finally cleaning many things are invented fake photos,,a tip if you ever make the mistake of living in this place, take pictures before you do and write everything in a detailed paper that they sign when leaving this place take photos from every corner and detail make them vallan you to check the apartment before handing over the keys, it takes months to send the result of what they checked, things that are not real and not real photos taken invented, are thieves,I will take you under the law, because it does not pay them one dollar,

If you are a fan of mice or cockroaches, this is the place for you. Or a fan of giving money away, for no reason. They owe me $544 Im guessing I will never see it until i take them to court

Ive lived here for a year now, and am very satisfied. You get what you pay for and $ 575 for a one bedroom is a great price. The apartment is clean. My fridge needed to be fixed and maintenance came to fix it within two hours of calling. It can get a bit noisy outside at night on the weekends but I do not mind, its pretty quiet on week nights. There are fire trucks and police at the complex remove a bit but Ive never felt unsafe living here.
