My wife and I have lived here for six months. The staff is hardworking and very friendly. They all do a great job. Chelsy runs a great apartment complex. We love it.

My wife and I love living here. This completes year three for us. It is conveniently located to nearby stores and restaurants. Not sure when it was built, but it is due for an upgrade and renovation. It is difficult to find new creative ways to praise the maintenance staff at Grand Legacy. Eric and Craig do a fantastic job.

This complex has an incredible staff. Office workers and the hospitality offered during our time renting out the clubhouse for a baby shower was truly flawless. The maintenance crew are very professional and courteous. As with any apartment, small things appliances malfunctioning or the A/C not performing as it should, Craig and Eric are impeccable with response time and accuracy of repair. The work and fixes they do are professional and done correctly. They will fix it right the first time. Highly recommend Grand Legacy.

I’ve lived here for a year and a half and this complex is second to none in excellence. Not only a great value, location, safety, quiet living all top the list. Maintenance however goes to even higher levels of service! This morning I submitted a request to fix my washing machine, then I went out for a run. When I got back Craig and Eric had already come and gone. Washing machine was fixed, (not a small issue) along with a courtesy note letting me know the outcome.The only other request I had over a year ago was handled in the same efficient manner.The entire staff really deserves a big thanks from all of us! FYI this staff rocks! I’ve lived here a year and a half and have zero complaints. Quiet, comfortable, safe, and absolutely a great value! To top it off I’ve only had two requests for the maintenance staff, and both requests were taken care of immediately. Love the Grand Legacy!! Excellent staff and customer service, the area is wonderful, and the apartments are spacious and tidy.I highly recommend this complex if you are waiting for housing prices to drop, tired of lawncare, or if you just enjoy apartment living.

The Grand Legacy is *by far* the best place to rent in all of Omaha. The absolute best amenities you can find, and the nicest, most high quality rooms. My wife and I looked all around Omaha, literally, we have seen everything worth looking at. Nothing even slightly compares to these newly constructed apartments. The grand legacy is far and above the best apartments weve found.We rented their Sunshine one bedroom, and loved it! The fireplace is super cool too.All of their amenities are top notch, so much better than anywhere else we looked. Once we saw the built in movie theater, we were hooked.If youre looking for a one bedroom in Omaha, look no further. If they have any available, you better get there fast and take it before someone else does. Good luck!

We love living at Grand Legacy. The property management and maintenance staff are fantastic to work with. The apartments have great amenities and are very modern. I also appreciate all the additional features like the movie room, gym, pool and clubhouse. Weve used the clubhouse to host family events and it works out really well. I would definitely recommend this complex to anyone.

Pet friendly but they dont accept huskies

Craig and Eric are always courteous and professional. They take care of all maintenance problems quickly and efficiently. They are knowledgeable about a variety of repairs.

I have lived in a townhouse in Grand Legacy for three years and really like it. Perfect layout, quiet and high end finishes. Maintenance takes care of everything quickly and professionally. Office staff is willing to listen to any issues you may be encountering. I feel very safe. Lots of small rescue dogs and nice people who own them. It is on the top end of my budget but has everything I am looking for, so hard to beat.

We have lived at The Grand Legacy for 2 months and we are very happy with our decision to move here. The office staff is very friendly and accommodating to your needs. The area is perfect because it is close to everything - shopping, restaurants, etc. Our apartment layout is so spacious - the bedrooms are huge! Everyone that we have met who lives here have been very friendly and have only had great things to say about living here. Couldnt have picked a better place!

The most unprofessional management rental company in Omaha. Please, if you value peace and your family, rent from another company.

Just a word of caution to those seeking an apartment here. The Grand Legacy failed to inform me that I would have to open new accounts with MUD as utilities arent included with the price of rent. They simply stated that I need to transfer my current utilities to the new address, which I did. This misunderstanding resulted in a $45 charge to my account as a penalty for MUD not being in my name. I called to appeal to have the penalty removed due to the misunderstanding and they denied it. This is after I have paid the amount due to MUD in full and switched the account over to my name. Also, why would I switch over electricity buy not MUD knowing that I would be charged a penalty for it? Just be careful. They follow the letter of their contracts and not the spirit. Only out for number 1.

I have been here for only a few months and I have found the front office and maintenance staff to be friendly and professional. They have gone above and beyond to assist me with issues I encounter at my place and are always helpful. I think my neighbors are respectful and for living in a unit that allows dogs, I rarely hear them. There are some things about my apartment that I wish were different but that is just a personal preference and I do not consider that a negative. All in all, I believe I made a good choice.

After downsizing from my lake home it was an adjustment moving to a town home. I was pleasantly surprised how I simplified my life by moving into Grand Legacy. My Town home is in great shape. The management and staff are exceptional to work with on any maintenance issues. I am happy with The Grand legacy experience. Tim

I have been staying in Grand legacy for last 1 year and the experience has been great. Staff here is always helpful and go extra length to ensure your needs are addressed. Location is also very convenient from all aspects. I have already renewed my lease for one more year.

Having recently moved here from a nearby competitor, I could not be more pleased with how much better the facilities, staff, and amenities are at The Grand Legacy compared to my previous residence. Despite being an apartment/townhouse, this has felt like a home to me from day one.Consistent activities at the clubhouse, hosted by the Management, has enabled and encourage me and my kids to meet other residence. Pizza parties, movies, cup cakes, food drives, just to name a few.

I have lived in my apartment since July and I have liked living here. The staff is friendly and answers questions I have and helps get maintenance crews to assist needs if/when they come up in a timely fashion. I really like the amenities of the pool, workout room, and events that happen in the clubhouse. It is a bit pricey but I feel safe, and it is close to so many shopping and dining places.

We moved here from small town Nebraska and have been thoroughly excited to move into the Grand Legacy apartments. It is centrally located to shopping, restaurants and groceries. And being so close to the walking trail on Lake Zorinsky is a great bonus. And I absolutely love that if there is ever anything wrong, maintenance is here right away. Would highly recommend if you are looking for high quality apartment living.

I moved 1400 miles to be closer to my Family The Leasing agents and Management couldn’t be NICER!!!Gated Community makes you feel safer!!!I would highly recommend Grand Legacy Apartment!!!! You name the Restaurant or Store it’s close by!!! What a neighborhood!!!

Wouldnt recommend. Lived there for a year while building a new home. During that year the security gate only worked 1/3 the time, my dryer had to be replaced, dishwasher & garbage disposal had to be repaired, the electric switch in both bathrooms was shorting (fire hazard!?!), and the spring on the garage door broke. That seems like a lot wrong in ONE year!! Then they charged me to replace carpets which cost more than the brand new carpet in my new home?!? And to paint, etc... What was my deposit even for! That place will be so much nicer than what it was when I moved in thanks to MY MONEY!! What a scam...

Lack of communication or understanding in every aspect.

This place is in association with CIP; they are only interested in making money and are insincere people. I moved in with a resident who had already been here for 6mo. We have now been here for 15mo total. The people in the front office are unresponsive to phone calls and emails. You have to contact them on a daily basis for them to do anything for you. They are short, rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional in communication. I wish I could get out of here sooner than I am, but am forced to stay put for a bit longer.Higher management is not accessible to issue complaints either.Dont be fooled by their niceties. They want you in and they want you to stay; they just want the bottom dollar. No one stays very long here. Our entire building has moved out since I moved in 10mo ago.

Quality Apartments, and a cool maintenance team that is timely.1. Did not salt hill, sidewalks, or much of anything all winter long. Nearly lost my job due to transportation. You have to pull up to an automatic gate, stop, then proceed. Yeah, nearly ended up in peoples yards. Cool.2. Was offered a middle floor. Specifically asked if there were cement sound barriers between floors before renting. Was lied to. Domestic violence above me for 6 months. You can hear a snail fart, and then the ant say, broo.3. Paid rent on time entire lease, left apt as it was entered. Took my security deposit from $890 to $440? Move out inspection noted there would no issues moving out. Best part, two months later that money is still in their corporate account. I cant cash the check, they said THEY WILL NOT RESOLVE IT, and mumbled some policy. Im not a fan of $890 disappearing. If you are just divide your deposit by 12 and add that to your monthly rent, Voila!4. Completely unprofessional all the way up the ladder. Was given two numbers. Neither answered. Calls were made at 2pm. You run a business answer the phone. Left voicemail. Did not receive call back from whoever calls themselves regional. Do you not resolve issues?5. I will NEVER reccommend CIP to anyone6. Screenshotting this review and directly emailing it to all of my local contacts, so feel free to remove, and ignore like the rest of your business. WAKE UP!7. This Business DID Resolve The Security Deposit Check Issue. ✔️✔️✔️

Ive lived at The Grand Legacy for nearly three years and find it to be a quiet and safe community. Its a bit pricey, especially if you have pets and a garage like I do, but Ill gladly pay it knowing I dont have to worry about security or noise issues.

Great apartments and great management. its a gated community and 10 minutes walk/2 minutes drive from major stores like Walmart, Target and Bakers. the staff is very welcoming and the residents are very friendly. we have lived there for about 2 years and have never seen any bugs or roaches. i highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxury apartment in a great neighborhood!Asad

Current resident and would never reccomend this apartment complex and can’t wait to move out! The thing that made this different and special was a gated community- yet it’s ALWAYS broken! I’ve lived here for over 2 years now, and I throughly enjoy all of the amenities our little complex offers. From the friendly staff and neighbors, it makes living here better. Staff is continuing to improve on things at the complex. We have a quiet, gated community that offers a wonderful guest suite for out of town guest that rivals all of the hotels in the area, not to mention is a full 2br/2ba apartment fully furnished with a gas fireplace and cable...who doesn’t want that? Thankful for all of our staff and neighbors here that make our time easier and homier.

I have been here for 10 months and have no complaints. Everyone in the office has been pleasant and very responsive when I call or email them. The location is great, the grounds/lots are kept clean, the workout facility has enough equipment for everyones basic workout, the pool is clean. The staff holds social events and although I have yet to attend one, I do notice that there are a lot of other residents who attend them.The apartment itself is in standing order, nothing major has broken and the appliances/features are modern. I have no issue with noisy neighbors. Knowing that this place has a front entrance gate provides an extra secure feeling.Overall, this has been a great place for me.

I love this place. I suggest it to anyone who can afford it (its a little pricy). There is a nice little fitness center thats open 24 h and its really close to the path that goes around Lake Zorinsky. I also love that its near everything I need to live my daily like (food, shampoo, etc.). The office staff are really great! When I was first looking for a place to live in Omaha I emailed them and told them my situation (needed to move in 2 weeks from eastern Iowa). They were really great about it.

Living here has been great. My apartment overlooking Zorinsky is really quiet and I love the granite countertops and the see-through fireplace that connects my living room and bedroom. The location is awesome and the staff have always been friendly and responsive. The landscaping and brick façade are nice touches as well.

I just left here inquiring about their availability. The rep was rather curt, i understand why as it can b in their nature, however, its not appropriate in business environments especially when trying to attract business. I had to continue setting a cordial tone of which he quickly caught on n matched it, until he asked for my name and i explained that im merely in exploratory stage and may not need an apartment, my dad had just passed a couple weeks ago (and my head is reeling) but couldnt even finish that sentence b4 he pulled the map of the property out of my hands (i kid you NOT), tacked it back to his board, and replaced with a flyer and said, that has everything you need to know in a definitively dismissive tone. Not even a im so sorry for your loss.....On my way to the next complex...Now, n fairness to full disclosure, after processing what happened for a few minutes n their parking lot, i went back n and explained to him that i was not lying, showed him a post of my dads graveside service notice and let him know that while his time is valuable, that not everyone is wasting it or lying, and more thought to compassion, his words n actions needs to b given to others. At which point he did offer his condolences n a pbotocopy of the map. A lil too late, damage is done, my heart n head r reeling; but at least he made some effort to redeem the experience.

I had rude neighbors when I tried to move to another apartment they were going to make me apply like a new resident. Wehn moving out I had a clean apartment but they still made me pay the professional cleaning fee and carpet shampooing.
