Great experience- AC issue at 4pm on Friday. Called several people. He responded and said they would be out Sat AM first thing…they were. Diagnosed, had part, quick fix, reasonable priced considering off hours call. Simple, basic, did what they said they would do. Appreciated the service and communication via phone. Have them saved in my phone for the future.

My ac went out on a 95° day. Called Midland Maintenance and had it replaced the next day. Great and efficient work. I highly recommend. P.S.. Also had old duct work redone, and it came out awesome.

On the hottest week of the year 2020 our ac broke and we were supposed be cover by choice warratary for our AC. However long story short they failed. So at the time I called Midlands Maintenance the interior of my home was hotter than outside. I had googled ac repair and midlands was probably the 3 or 4 I called yet he was the first to say I can be there today. He arrive within 20 minutes of me calling and was able to determine it was an electrical issue not an AC. Within 30 min an electrical guy came and my AC was back on. Just like that!! He was friendly, clean, professional, detailed with his responses as I asked a million questions. Just this morning I called him to referrer him for a family member whos heater was calling for service and he was on his way over to them within minutes. HIGHLY RECOMMEND AND WILL CONTIUNE TO RECOMMEND

The AC stopped working during the evening. By 9:00 pm it was 84 in the main level of the house. Midlands was the 3rd place I called the next morning. The first place couldnt get me in until the next day, the 2nd put me on a call back list. I called Midlands at 730 am and Mike had a tech onsite by 900 am. Lane was professional, friendly, answered all my questions, and had the air blowing ice cold in about 30 min. Excellent all around.

I needed a new furnace and AC both. With a tight budget I searched many places and Mike was easily the most affordable with awesome customer service! In the middle of extreme weather he went out of his way to take time to help us out. The whole process was really quick and gave us relief that much faster. Mike gave me a prompt quote for a new furnace and was able to turnaround and install with short notice. A couple days later he came back out for some finishing touches. 2 months later and my house is nice and warm thanks to Mike. Quality work and honest guy.

We had a large Omaha company come out and give us a quote for a new furnace and AC. They said they were the best price and no one could do better. Well not only did Mike give us a quote for a few thousand less, he also got us a much more efficient unit. They even came out the next day to install and got it done all in the same day on a Sunday. They cleaned up after themselves and even disposed of the old unit for us. Fantastic customer service, fantastic set up and these guys know their stuff. Id recommend them over and over.

Unbelievable service and Mike didnt even come to my house! Our furnace was leaking water like crazy. We have a small baby and needed it fixed ASAP as no AC wasnt am option. Mike was simply amazing! Im a single mom, and my furnace stopped working. I was so scared I was going to get nickel and dimed to fix it. That did not happen. Mike showed up a few hours after I called him. All I needed was a new igniter and switch. It only cost $230. He was unbelievably fair. He just got a customer for life!

Ive had both; my Air Conditioning unit and Furnace go out on me in the last couple of months. Mike came out within the hour of me calling him, when I explained that my house was 90 degrees and I had 3 kids. He had my AC fixed and running within the hour because he was prepared and had the part that was needed to fix it! My furnace on the other hand was a little more difficult because of some issues that occurred from the previous year and a different hvac company, but, he got the job done and got it done right! I highly recommend Mike for any of your HVAC needs. Hes quick, dependable and will give you an honest price and value.During this latest cold snap, our furnace kept cutting off and our home was 60 degrees in the morning.We have a yearly maintenance plan through Standard Heating and Air, that provides two annual services per year and a discount for service work. When I contacted them to come and look at our furnace they said they couldnt schedule a maintenance call for the same day, in fact they where 4 weeks out. They did offer to come out the same day for a $ 70 trip charge; parts and immanence would be an additional cost. After asking a few questions, I was told it was probably the heat sensor because they have had to clean ours a few times and it should be replaced.Cleary i needed to address the problem right away and i called Midlands. Mike was there within a few hours and he didnt just clean the sensor; he replaced it and for the same cost as just the trip charge Standard H&A .

Ask for itemized statements showing all costs. Make sure you file your warranty and rebate otherwise you are out money. Cheap does not mean good. Buyer beware.
