My landlord hired them to fix my apartments A/C. They said they needed to order a part and that it would only take a couple days for it to arrive. They notified us when the part came in a few days later, but never contacted us about coming in to fix the A/C. It has been over two weeks since then and my apartment is at about 85 degrees everyday. We have contacted them numerous times (almost every day) and still have not heard back on a time for them to repair the unit.

Nick was awesome! He was upfront and honest. But whomever at Getzchman gave him the numbers to share with us was evasive in sharing a paper copy of our estimate. That actually worked out pretty well for us because we went with someone who installed the same unit I was told would be sold to us for $1700 less. It sounds like a joke. I can not believe it’s from this company. I told them that I want to have the leaking problem from the fireplace exhaust vent fixed. The exhaust with the rain cap is on the roof. The problem was fixed before by applying caulk. It starts to cause problem after the long winter. The guy from this company came on time. I showed him the stains of water leak on the ceiling. He also went to the basement. Then He told me he could not find any problem. He said that I should hire a general contractor to fix it. I said I know the problem; you may go to the roof or the attic to see the leaks. He refused. Then I noticed he carried no flashlight or ladder. What?? Are you kidding me?? you came here to fix a problem on the roof and you carry no ladder?? Do you come here just to talk and grab a check??! After he left, I went to the attic by myself and I clearly see the water around the exhaust pipe and took pictures.

He took the time to answer questions & explained everything, detailed the maintenance he performed & results of each item he cleaned & inspected. My system went down in the extreme heat and they took the time to get my system up and going that day, I had I had older system and They made it easy to make a decision to replace my outdated system with a better system suited for my home. We came home on Christmas Eve around 11 pm to our house at 59 degrees. Even though it was a Holiday and super late, Getzschmans was there right away and had everything up and running in 20 minutes. They literally saved Christmas! Weve used them several times before at our old house, and we will never use anyone else! They are professional, honest, and go above and beyond.

Your company contacted me to remind me that after a new furnace / AC installation last summer it was time to check all the controls of the furnace. They scheduled an appointment, were on time, found one little problem, fixed it and off they went. Great, excellent, professional, fantastic, exquisite service. I and my wife sincerely appreciate it.

In the last calendar year we have had to turn to the catchment team for emergency repair. Both times the after hours technician was professional, clean, to our house in a timeframe that was Faster than I expected. Labor Day weekend, New Year’s Day, these are not time do you expect to get that level of service. Josh went above and beyond as he was our technician both times. Five stars, highly recommend.

Called 800 number because furnace for first floor not working! One of the coldest days of the year, 2021. Declared emergency to operator, who then contacted the repairman on call ( Caleb ). Caleb called estimating his arrival time to be 45-60 minutes. He wasn’t late. Pleasant young gentleman with 6 years experience with Getzschman. Went down his checklist and determined a faulty thermostat. Replaced said thermostat, checked again for proper functioning of the unit, and was gone to his next appt. in less than 30 minutes. Great service!! This is why I stay with this company and its laudable workers, having them come twice a year for routine maintenance. I know they will come when I am in need. Thanks bunches!! MNC.

It was nice that tech came from Omaha late at night, 1 year old furnace quit at rental where an elderly tenant lives. The problem is the tech told us the furnace needed a new board approximately 825.00. Had original install company come next day and nothing wrong with furnace...within 10 minutes they found the gas line valve frozen outside. They got it unfrozen and working within 15 minutes. City is coming to replace the valve. The tech that came out that night should have checked that. Very disappointed. He was very polite and professional but after finding out the issue I feel like he needs more training and knowledge.

Friendly same day service. We woke up with no heat and it was up and running by 11:00. Service technician was friendly and helpful. We will be using them for servicing our air-condition as well. He suggested when to call for an AC check. We will call them in a few months to look at the AC system.

I am editing my post, since the last post, I have had multiple problems with my unit. I originally wanted a Goodman brand, but the salesman talked me into a York, top of the line, best you can get. Well, I have already had to have the blower motor assembly replaced, 2 months later the condenser fan and module replaced, and not my unit wont stay. running. I put a call in the 9 of june. the service guy called at 9:00 9:30 pm, I told it was to late, can i get some one first thing in the morning. Well, it is 11:00 the next day and not even a call. Very disappointed with quality and consideration of the customer, even a call would of gone a long way. I understand they are busy, but I spent 10,000 on this unit 6 months ago, you would thing that would mean something.

These guys are amazing!! I called them to come out to repair the heat inside my house and they came out within three hours! The heat was fixed within the hour and the prices was very reasonable! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I have two maintenance agreements and have always been confident in their service. However the regular maintenance seems to be always behind schedule. Neither of my homes have had their winter check ups and it is the middle of December. It sort of works that way too for the spring check up. Often it is summer. Guess it is ok since they are running good now.

I woke up to my house at 63! I called and explained my situation, had a call back from a tech, Josh, in less than an hour. He was here a couple hours later and fixed the problem. Then returned later with a permanent solution. Always resolved within about 4 hours. In my house much less chilly! Highly recommend

I had a red light on my thermostat and I called and they walked me threw how to shut off it was a reminder filter needed changed so set up matience check and they came and changed it checked everything inside and out . The technician, Jordan, was careful and considerate in our home (i.e., he put booties over his shoes to keep our house clean). He listened to our needs and followed them. When he was done he carefully explained what he found, and did to address our concerns.

All the positive reviews made me choose this company for duct cleaning, and I’m so glad I did! A couple years prior, we hired a different company that “cleaned” the ducts in an hour. These guys actually cleaned them. Took all the vent covers off, dusted the covers before putting them back on when they finished, and even vacuumed any debris that was leftover on the floor afterwards. They were so thorough, they spent approximately 6 1/2 hours cleaning. I could not be more thrilled!

Our furnace was out last thurs when we closed on our house. The seller had a different company come in thurs night who said it was loose wires. He wiggled them and got it running. The next morning when we got here it was again 32 degrees in the house. He wouldnt come out to check it because of the snow. Didnt show up until mon morning. Then he said it was a bad modual. He tried 2 different ones and couldnt get it running. He left without saying a word to me calling the seller instead. Josh was prompt on getting here. He called before and told me what time he would be here. He figured out several problems with the 33 yr old furnace. Diagnosed them and had it up and running within 15 mins of the diagnosis!!! Very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Unlike the other company he put booties on after walking in the door. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing help with their heating problems. They came out after hours when others I tried wouldnt come until this morning. After 5 nights with NO HEAT we wanted to be taken care of. Thankfully they were able to send Josh out and he got it done! Our 1st night with heat in our new home was fantastic!!!
