Great find, great service, would absolutely recommend. Easy to find if you know to go into the office like entrance on 14th Street, take elevator at end of hallway up to 5th floor, and then find the suite (thanks to the previous reviewer, I found it without any trouble). Lovely gal opened the door, and watch battery was replaced immediately while I waited by the repair person seated (but not seen) in the back room. My husbands watch is a dual time watch, so 2 batteries were required, $30. Excellent, will be back, thank you!
