Great experience, Amanda was so fantastic. She really took her time with us. Let my daughter try on watches. We took a watch in that had a broken buckle and she searched for a good color to match because they didnt have the original color. Then she cleaned it and buffed it.

The NYC flagship store of the Swiss watch maker Swatch is found at the heart of Time Square. The store carries large quantities of the latest styles and also a few limited edition watches that can only be purchased in NYC. They do perform immediate battery replacement at this location, but since Swatch batteries are so easily replaceable, I rarely see anyone actually using this service. There are always many sales reps around eager to help you find your perfect Swatch. Although there are many other Swatch locations around Manhattan and throughout NYC, I always find myself visiting the Time Square location for some reason. Maybe its the ever changing store decorations that are great for getting a photo op.

Yesterday I was helped by a lovely young lady named Zeynep. Wonderful service. Very knowledgeable and has a lovely smile.

They have all the swatches you could ever want - this is the ultimate swatch store. Staff is friendly and ready for any questions you might have.

Store Manager Nicki provided EXCELLENT customer service and was able to help me with my Swatch x BAPE issue. I highly recommend this store as well as this brand.

I want to say thanks to Jazmine and Wendy they were extremely helpful. I took my watch in a few days ago due to it not keeping time. Jazmine kept me abreast of what the status of my watch was. I came back as Jazmine told me the watch was no longer any good and I should walk with my Warranty. I walked into the store today and was greeted by Wendy and Jazmine came and assured me that the situation would be rectified. I was able to get a new watch and again thanks to Jazmine the for working extra hard behind the scene. I will tell anyone that this location is the one to go to the service is outstanding.Jazmine and Wendy keep that warm friendly attitude its very refreshing to walk into a store and get such great service. TERRIBLE SERVICE !!!I really love Swatch products, I had several watches of this brand and I was thinking about a new purchase, but my last experience was just horrible. My boyfriend and I came to New York for a few days, hoping for a pleasant pastime, but to our regret, we ended up at Swatch at Times Square, 1535, Broadway. He needed to change the belt on his watch. The watch is old, almost 25 years old, in very good condition, never broken BEFORE we decided to change the belt at the store in Times Square! During the replacement, the watch case was broken in two places, the belt itself was defective. The store employee did not say anything about the breakdown. In a hurry, she put the watch on my boyfriends hand and also quickly said goodbye to us, although before that she was very nice and friendly. We noticed a breakdown an hour later.We came to the store again, but the only thing that was offered to us was to give money for the belt, and the employee who broke the watch did not even come to us to apologize! We were also told that replacing the strap with a leather one is not recommended for watches of this age, as there is a risk of damaging the watch during replacement. But they told us about it AFTER they broke it.You cant break someones thing and just say “Oops”. The employee hid the damage, and she also sold us a defective belt. I cant believe a brand of such caliber can treat its customers like this. I dont know how valuable this watch, which was purchased 25 years ago, but the memorable value is undeniable. Very offensive and unpleasant experience. Our trip is ruined, as is our attitude to the brand.

I collect swatch since I was a kid.I regularly go to this store because it is big with many selections. I give it 4 stars because they employ a great many people and it is not always a good thing. I like to go in and browse at everything.see whats new and enjoy the colors and designs. But I am approached by 3-4 different people to ask me if I need help and I just really want to look in peace. I wonder if they get paid by commission. I mean unless I find a design in one of my travels I do shop from them. I just wished they eased off a bit. They are anyway so many employees there that once a person requires help would not need to look very far. Let us look.enjoy and admire and if we need something we can for sure grab a swatch shirt wearing person. Keep making them awesome Swatch!!!

I stopped by after looking a few styles of Swatches online a few months ago and didn’t realize I ended up getting the one I wanted online. I knew the type of style I wanted and one of the associates showed me watches of the type of style I wanted. He was really patient and explained to me the differences between the two watches I comparing. I told him I had an older casual model at home and he encouraged me to bring it to the store so they can replace the battery free of charge. I didn’t have the same experience as the other people so reviewed this store. The music wasn’t loud and the customer service was good. Justino helped me. I’m going to come back again.

I was looking around the watch with my child. My son was selecting a watch on the computer screen in the store, and the employee suddenly removed the window to see the watch in the store.The site was the official site of Swatch. Ive never seen such rudeness on a trip to the United States. Is this an Newyork swatch kindness? Whats wrong with watching swatch homepages on the stores install? We had a great experience here on Christmas Eve 2015. Times Square was a swarm of people and chaos. This store was an island of calm. Gabrielle helped us find a couple great watches to remind us our visit to NYC. She was terrific...great product knowledge and friendly. I highly recommend this store.

Great selection. Staff needs training and a good lesson in customer service. The gal didn’t even set the Swatch, and I repeat Swatch. All she had to do was set the date and time. Then she packaged the Swatch in a scratched up broken case. Oh my! Yikes!

Main man offered me a $10,000 watch! He has an amazing personality and told every detail of the watch and told me many stories of the good times he has had working there. He takes jokes, and follows along with them to make your visit as amazing as possible! Thanks Man!!

Visited a couple of swatch shops while in New York but the Time Square store staff went above and beyond there roll. They made it a fun visit filling us full of information about the brand and made us laugh along the way. If you are wanting a swatch then this store is the place to go. Thankyou we will be back

This is a great store because of people working there:)The vibe is very positive and shop assistants are really patient with you and try to find what you want rather than just sell you any watch. Nice store with good stock. There was a DJ playing tunes very load in the store so meant for an unpleasant shopping experience. Staff were friendly although one lady thought it was acceptable to grab my wrist as I was wearing a Swatch watch.

Bought an automatic Swatch, had the band adjusted in-store, very happy with the transaction. Realized when I unboxed it to wear it for the first time that the crystal had some scratches that could be felt with a fingernail. I returned to the store, explained the situation, and they offered to replace it, no further questions asked.Upon getting the replacement, I noticed that the crystal on the new watch had a protective plastic film on it. I was told thats how its supposed to come, and Im supposed to be the one (end customer) who removes it. The original one I purchased didnt have ANY plastic on it (neither on the crystal, the back nor the band). I suspect that the original one I purchased was a return, as the plastic case it comes in also had some marks and sticker-goop residue on it (I presume someone decided to try and peel off a barcode sticker or something).In any case, I was in and out in less than 10 minutes with a brand new replacement, no hassles. This is how customer service should be, so A+ to this Swatch location and I wouldnt hesitate to return here to purchase more !

This is one of the biggest Swatch stores Ive been to so far. Staff are very welcoming, knowledgable and eager to help you find the best piece to suite your taste. They even had some pieces from 1998 and 1999 where you can get them at special reduced prices, as low as $30, when buying a full price piece.

I stopped by Swatch Times Square to pick up a gift for someone. The selection was broad, the staff was friendly and check out was fast. Great shopping experience.

Placed an order with them over the phone for the Hodinkee limited edition watch. I live in Brooklyn and asked them if they could hold it for me until I get off work and I could go pick it up. They said they could just ship it to me, and I thought that was perfect. After talking on the phone for about 25min placing the order and making sure multiple times that they were shipping it to Brooklyn, I found out a week later they shipped it to my billing address in California. This is very frustrating as I made it a point for them to repeat the shipping address twice... and they still got it wrong. Now I have to have someone from California ship it to me and I have to eat the cost. I called the boutique many times to get this resolved... the first time they told me a manger would call me back and I never got that callback. I called back again today and this time a manager actually did call me back and said We can send you a return label to CA and once it gets shipped back here, we will ship it to you. At this point, the watch is already not here for Christmas and I dont want to have to deal with them shipping anything to me again. The customer service and shipping department here is very disappointing. Its not hard to ship a package to the correct address, and call a customer back when you tell them you would. Just acceptable and the last time I will ever deal with Swatch.

I would call this place a used car salesman shop, but that wouldnt be fair on used car salesmen. Went in on 2/13 at 6.10 pm and was swarmed. Said I just wanted to browse on my own and was told by the salesman we would browse together. Asked again to look on my own and the guy told me he has to earn his commission. And no I didnt look like a shoplifter, if there is a look for it. I asked three times to just browse watches and had to leave. Really slimed and not like Swatch. Maybe they have brought in the Elmo character folks to see watches.Never again.

Swatch is a good watch. I visited this shop in April 2016. Staff were upbeat and professional. Visiting the shop added to my fun day.

I mean I think its pretty good colorful store with a helpful kind stuff working there. Its just that everyone seems to run to help you from the minute you get there. The store is well-designed , but sometimes you can think that goods are a little bit costly.

I typically try to avoid running errands in Times Square, but I was pleasantly surprised when I came here! I needed to get my watch battery replaced and I was immediately directed to the Dr.Swatch section at the back of the store. My battery was replaced for free as thats their new policy and the employee buffed out all the scratches on my watch face without me even asking. From the size of the sales floor, Id imagine that they every make and model present if youre looking for something rare!

Worst Swatch store to shop, dontever go there, they do not follow the return policy, I bought a watch one weeks ago, wore it only once in store then once I reach home, I show it to hubby and hubby didnt likeIt. Today I came to return it and store assistant manager told me there is scratch on my watch and it look worn. And I cant return it. If there really is scratch and look worn, I will never return it, but no, it didnt look worn, and there is no scratch, but the store manager keep telling me there is scratch and it look worn. I went to grand centralSwatch shop and they refund me in 5 minutes. SoIf there really is scratch and it look worn, how come they gave me refund. One of the worst experience I had at Swatch store. Very unfair.

Extremely unprofessional staff. If you do not want the watches to be touched put them under glass. If they are not then you should be there watching and explaining how they work. Three people working in the store huddles together just talking and laughing. Couldnt be bothered to help!

Unpleasant place to visit. Music is so loud, I was not able to hear what is store representative saying to me. It is not a night club, it is a store. Make your r&b quieter. I bought watches and ran out of there. That was my first and last visit.

I have to say the staff makes this store. Even thou they are in Time Square (usually time square stores lack good customer service because they think everyone is a tourist and you will never come back) they excel in customer service. Every time I go they treat me like royalty. They repair my watches give me options and make sure I am happy and satisfied with my purchase. The staff even gets me an area to sit and bring the options to me! They have a great variety of watches from casual to formal and different colors/ styles for different personalities. I always come back to this location even thou I avoid TMS like a plague but its well worth it.

Stay away from this store.I had such a bad experience at this store that I had to write a review. Here it goes...I recently bought a swatch as a birthday gift for my 6yr old. Me - impressed by the life time warranty and life-time battery replacement, son - impressed by the spider man design.. The watch costed a good 50 bucks,though on first look at the store, I wasnt as impressed as it looked nothing different from a watch I got at Walmart for $8 ..I kept convincing myself to buy it as it was Swiss made and this is a special gift for his birthday..My ordeal starts..The buckle broke within the first week. After a week of my Son reminding everyday to get it fixed, I took it back to store again..I was expecting store to either replace the strap or the buckle or in best case exchange the watch..The store associate took me to one of the corners of the store and took out a box full of replacement parts and started matching the broken buckle with a replacement.. he couldnt find the right size/color. First he suggested replacing it with a bigger buckle ( from an adult watch ) , then with a pink color of same size (mines red ) or with a black as he thought that would match the spiderman theme.. I suggested if he could replace the strap. Only choice offered was to choose one of them. I said then I need to return it. He said I cant. I requested to speak to store manager and she said that I cant either return or exchange without a receipt and a warranty. There arent many swatch stores around and the factory store cant fix/ exchange/ take return of an item bought 3 weeks ago without a receipt... So Beware before you buy the cheap plastic watches and dont be fooled by life time warranty.. I felt CHEATED...
