Nathan is the best! Other places said they couldnt even fix my jewelry box - but Nathan found and replaced the glass, fitted it perfectly, beveled the glass and cleaned the bronze. It is beautiful. thank you!!!!!

Never have I ever had a more wonderful and stress free experience! Nathan and his wife Regina at Ark Restoration NYC are AMAZING! Truly wonderful and talented people. I brought my boyfriends grandmothers ring in on Wednesday to be fixed. Part of the gold ring had snapped and it was unwearable and my boyfriend was devastated. Ark Restoration fixed it by Friday and when I picked it up, I couldn’t even tell it had been broken in the first place! They did a PERFECT job. I had an unexpected and wonderful experience at Ark Restoration. I sat with Regina and she told me how she would fix my vase. She showed me around their amazing collection of objects and restorations and told me remarkable stories about some items. She also gave me advice on remediating water/heat damage on a dining table i have that dates back to the 1840’s. It worked like a charm. I wouldn’t hesitate to trust them with a cherished posession that needs fixing. A real throwback to the golden days of NYC.

I came to Ark Restoration for the advise on what can be done with one late 18th century earring that belonged to my Grandmother. The second earring was missing. To my joyful surprise, the owner of Ark Restoration was able to recreate another earring that is exact match to one I already had. The workmanship was excellent and the staff is very knowledgeable.

You can bring Rena and Anatoly a precious (to just you or in the real market sense) broken item and it is miraculously restored to perfect condition (without any trace of prior damage). I’ve shown up with broken glass, ceramic, bone, ivory and other items and no piece was too difficult to repair. And along the way, I’ve learned so much from them. Their knowledge about and passion for porcelain and other beautiful objects is infectious. And the jewelry that they produce is stunningly beautiful.

I have followed their work for well over as decade and there is almost nothing they cannot do--and do better than anyone else. They make a broken, sad object look brand-new. Rena and Anatoly Krishtul (wife-and-husband owners) are geniuses: His technical skills and her creative and design talents give them the complete package to deal with the repairs of things as simple as a broken coffee cup to an 18th-century, museum-quality imperial urn to a Tiffany vase. In between is everything form a terra cotta gewgaw to a marble candy dish to a metal sculpture to fine jewelry. Rena also designs extraordinary, one-of-a-kind custom jewelry and can also fashion an entire personalized, porcelain dinnerware set that can reflect your home, your family, or anything you challenge her with. Repairs to jewelry are flawless. In short, there is simply nothing you can bring them that will stymy them. I would trust them with anything. Whatever they touch comes out looking better than new! And the repairs are so well executed, youd never even find/see them.
