Wow! What an amazing business that deserves more than 5 stars. I was in the city traveling from Connecticut just for one day, I needed to get two chains fixed and I went here based on the good reviews. I did not have an appointment I walked in at around 2pm and they took my chains and had them done the very same day! Unfortunately I was in the middle of a spa treatment when they were calling me to pick them up I did not have my phone on me, Ernesto even waited until after he closed for me to call him back. I was only there for the day and I couldn’t make it there on time so they told me they can ship my chains back to me ! They provided me with tracking info, and They arrived the next day in the mail and even came back in a box with jewelry cleaning towels nicely packaged !!! They also made the ring that holds my pendant larger for me because it was too small at no extra charge ! 10 out of 10 work, customer service is beyond amazing, and they answered any questions I had. If you are looking for quality honest work, at more than fair pricing, don’t think twice about Ernesto’s !!!

Ernesto and his daughter (I didn’t catch her name) are so awesome. I had a ring stuck and was panicked and came in. They were sweet and got the ring off in seconds. Plus his jewelry was stunning too! I’ll be going back there for any and all jewelry needs.

Very popular neighborhood spot for jewelry and repairs. Good service and excellent work. I bought my wedding ring there, and Ernestos saved my Victorian engagement ring, which was dropping stones all too often - not anymore!

I only come here to replace batteries on my watches but the staff is very nice. Last time i was here the person who helped me explained that he didnt replace the battery and all he had to do was fix the crown as it was slightly bent. The fact that he didnt try to rip me off by charging for the battery (which he could have easily done) is what will keep me coming back to get my batteries replaced or buy jewelry when i need to.

Fantastic! I have an old Fossil Superman watch that my kids gave me for fathers day 20 years ago. It stopped working and I sent it back to Fossil for repair. Fossil sent the watch back and said it couldnt be repaired & offered me a 50% off coupon on my next purchase. I went to Ernestos , which has been around my neighborhood for decades. I gave them the watch and In less than 5 minutes, I was told it only needed a new battery and a little oil. They appraised my grandmothers ring, and it was returned to me intact. I have also had several pieces of jewelry fixed, resurfaced, reset at Ernestos, and always found them prompt, and upfront about costs, or working out a less expensive way to handle something.

Dont bother - this store doesnt stand behind its products. No return, no exchange and no interest in addressing the issue of a defective watch band bought 3 weeks ago. Its supposed to be leather - doubtful. This happened because you put your watch on and off. !!!

Ive been there a few times to get my watch battery changed. Only issue is that my watch batteries seem to die all the time since i started going there. I dont think they use good batteries or maybe they put in old ones, something is off here. usually my watch battery lasts a whole year or more.
