He was able to quickly diagnose our problem, and help us fix it while we waited.The problem needed up being relatively minor but he was honest with us and got us back on the road when our fears had us thinking our vacation was at risk. Roel and his team helped us deal with a rattling issue on the bottom of our car as we were on a long distance road trip and passing through Idaho. They were super busy but found a way to get us in and help us continue our drive with no more rattling. He was exceptionally kind and compassionate and we couldn’t recommend his business more.

I never experienced such great service until we decided to work with Morales Auto Repair. I was amazed at how quickly they were able to fix my car, I got frequent updates so I knew how long it would be and what was happening. It was all over an amazing experience.For the car issue we had, we went to two other places before Morales Auto Repair. They gave us quotes and a “we aren’t sure what the problem really is but it will cost $800!” It was frustrating because we wanted to know what was really wrong before we paid for it.Only a few hours after dropping my car off, they called back and told us for sure what it was and the price was more than fair. They are absolutely professional and beyond knowledgeable. I will forever use these guys for all my mechanic needs.

Excellent service! Always honest and fair. Never overcharge our company and we take all our company vehicles here. Roel goes out of his way to make sure we have our vehicles back in top shape and he always comes in under what he estimated. They are particularly good at communicating with you during the entire process so you dont feel like you suddenly had surprises sprung on you. This iis a shop that cares about their clients and it shows.

I was stranded today due to a broken starter. I brought my Jeep in because they had good reviews and they were close by. Awesome and friendly staff, and very helpful. I mentioned that my starter was replaced about a year and a half ago and the owner mentioned I should call too see if it was under warranty.It was! He helped me get through the warranty claim, and exhausted all avenues to find a part that we could get today so Im not stranded. Then he asked his technician if he minded staying a bit late in the early evening to get it done for me. Customer service is alive and well!! Thanks guys. I’ve known Roel and his team since 2006 when we bought our Civic from a local dealership. Since then, he and his Master Tech Brad have been taking care of our Civic, Odyssey and now CRV. We are from Burley but were in Caldwell last Thursday for the State Soccer Tournament. After the first game our car wouldn’t start. We had planned to go to a chain garage, but the tow truck driver recommended these guys. We always prefer small mechanic shops and these guys did not disappoint! They had our problem diagnosed that evening and fixed by 11:00 am the next day!! They did a great job at a reasonable price! We would recommend any of our Treasure Valley friends hit them up!!

I bought my daughter a 2006 Volvo in November. The check engine light came on two days afterwards and it has been one problem after another. I took it to Raul (after months of battling issue after issue), thinking it would cost loads of money between electrical issues, A/C not working, fuel pressure pump out, on and on. Raul had it in the shop minutes after we arrived there, and called to let us know the price as he went through each thing. I expected to drop a grand easily and it was no where near that! This automotive repair shop is THE BEST! Roel Morales is THE MOST honest auto mechanic I have EVER come across in my 40 years of dealing with auto mechanic shops!! He does whatever work needs to be done at a fair price (a GREAT price) compared to other shops. If he finds other things that need to be done while doing the repairs at hand, he will write a fair estimate and prioritize what needs to be done, so you can get things done as you have the money, and he does not pressure you to do anything that can wait to be done at a later date. For the first time in my life I feel SO relieved to KNOW I dont have to worry about being ripped off by an auto mechanic shop and I feel secure in knowing he will do the job right the first time at a fair price. He also guarantees his work! I would send ANYONE & EVERYONE to Roel at Morales Auto Repair for ALL of their auto repair needs! He recently even replaced the front bumper on my SUV after an accident at a reasonable price so that I didnt have to claim it on my insurance and pay my deductible!

Well my car doesnt have the check engine light on any more(that was on for months). Very kind and helpful.

Repairs on an S2000 are often not cheap. My car started making an odd sound and I thought my differential was going out. I took it to Roel and (thankfully) it turned out to control arms instead of the diff. Roel explained everything he found and gave me some options on OEM or aftermarket replacement parts.By the time Roel was done, he had cleared up three different noises, two of which I didnt think were a problem or fixable. One of them was a simple as a few rubber bands on the soft-top clamps (which, I wish I had thought of myself years ago, as the darn things rattle a bunch when the hardtop is on).Thanks, Roel. I definitely recommend Morales Auto Repair to anyone looking for an affordable and trustworthy service shop.
