Transmission went out and caught my truck wires on fire. They rebuilt my TX and repaired all the burnt wires. They were a pleasure to work with, did a great job when I went to pay they saw I was a vet and took 200.00 off my bill. I couldnt ask for more but they gave me a hat and told me thanks for my service. OUTSTANDING..

Hands down I would recommend these guys! I showed up About 8 am on December 23rd. Explained what I had going on with the transmission in my truck was told up front what my worst case scenario would be and before I was able to get a ride from the shop my truck had been test driven and was in the shop and on the rack! The following day (Christmas Eve) I get a call my truck is ready to be picked up. Priced fair and awesome work these guys do!

Too spendy so I didnt have them do the repairs to my vehicle when other places quoted me half the price for doing the same job

I started a job in Garden Valley driving a new to me ‘95 Toyota pickup. Well it failed coming back up the hill to the Treasure Valley (OIL TEMP AT TRANS). By the time I could get the pickup to a shop it was the afternoon and these guys Will and Duster were able to get the pickup in, flush the trans and get me back on my way to work that day!Thanks guys.

Honest, reliable and quick service! Im a small business owner in my first year and we have an old box truck with over 220k miles. Started to have serious transmission issues and was sure tranny needed replaced. Took the box truck to two other mechanics and was told transmission needed replaced, cost is about $2500-$3000 if all goes well. I figured Id get one more quote so I went to fast transmission. A few hours later they called and said its all fixed, just needed a $100 sensor. Truck is running perfect, and definitely grateful for these guys honesty!

The first time I went in I was very happy with Dusters honesty. What I was very unhappy with was the fact he didnt protect my interior and got grease all over the carpet on the drivers side and didnt bother to protect it, much less clean it.Upon our second visit, it turned out to be a disaster! HE referred us to another mechanic who was only out to take our daughters hard earned money and we witnessed him quickly became a chameleon! I guess dishonesty out rules entegrity here after all....Therefore, I can only give a fair rating.

Rebuilt my NV4500 in 4 days and installed a new clutch. Very knowledgeable and great customer service. Always called and asked to proceed on unforeseen issues.

If your looking for a friendly, thorough and honest place to conduct your automotive business keep on moving, this ISNT it.My mother went in November for a Transmission Service(flush, and new filter). After a $185 service charge we assumed everything was completed as agreed. Low and behold after two different Businesses told her she still needed a flush my mother went back to Fast Transmission. Just this morning they admitted to her that the only service provided were installing a new filter and topped of with new fluid. They didnt do a flush, and left all the old fluid there! They told my mother thats the service they provide because thats what she told them to do, it depends on the words that you use and we cant do the work for free but well charge another 115. You want additional money to complete what you didnt do as agreed In the first place? Are you kidding me? Great Businesses practice Fast Transmission.Remmeber its the words that you use, and these two men used theirs to define their business moto... dont waste your time..

Dropped off truck for a transmission rebuild on Thursday at 10 am, was told it would be ready on tuesday. They finished it 1 day early, had it Monday afternoon. Pricing was fair and service was great.

I went in thinking I was about to lose my transmission, but Duster found the problem and solved it in just a few minutes and charged WAY less than I was expecting to pay. Incredibly fair and honest, Ill definitely be going back if things act up again.

Good price and quick service. But always get a second opinion. Took my truck in. Replaced entire tranny as suggested. Weeks later started having same problem. Took to different shop. Tranny didnt need replaced. Was a $30 sensor that costed me 3000

His caliber of business way of thinking

I called Fast Transmission Center after my rpms had jumped by like 1000 rmps repeatedly while driving down I-84. Being somewhat of a mechanic myself, (rebuilding engines and handling my own brake jobs, stuff like that...etc...), I naturally assumed that my tranny was having issues, huge sad face...because I know what that can entail, (2500 dollar rebuild or worse! At the very least a trany replacement...meaning combing the junk yards and rolling the dice on finding a good one...and maybe having to extract the thing yourself). So, not a good scenario...The first thing that my new best friend asked me at FTC was, how do you know your tranny was slipping? Well, Im an expert mechanic! So this is obviously a rhetorical question right? I explained the RPM issue and other symptoms and by this time he had already pluged in the scanner and had the engine revving...and said that, mmmm, this doesnt look like a transmission problem to me, I saw your throttle position sensor voltage jump for a second there, lets take it for a drive and see what it dose. Suffice it to say that this guy saved me 2000 bux without breaking a sweat when he could have easily done a ton of other diagnostics and charged me for all of them...guy didnt charge me a dime, shop visit is free! I will give this guy all my tranny issues from now on. Thanks for the honest visit and hope I dont need your services in the future, but I will bring em your way if I do!
