Completed all services requested, including flushing & replenishing fluids in power steering, transmission, AC and radiator. Also replaced starter and windshield wiper blades. However, for some reason, the emergency brake is not working now, and will need an adjustment.

A friend recommended I take my squeaky truck here. Said they were honest and fair. A guy named Chris took a look at my truck, and when he found the issue took the time to show me what the issue was. That’s something I’ve never had before at a mechanics shop, but rather prefer from now on. Having them show me takes away that “getting jipped” feeling. Will definitely take my vehicles here in the future.

I cannot say enough positive things about Brett at Little Man Auto Care and his team. Our 19 year old son lives in Nampa while we live about four hours away. Approximately six months after purchasing a used 2014 Kia Soul from a large Kia dealership in Boise our son experienced a blown engine (never buy a Kia Soul). We first sought help from the dealership who sold him the car only to have one of the worst customer service experiences we have ever had (I promise I am not exaggerating this). After not receiving any help or even any usable recommendations from the dealership we started looking for a good mechanic. We were not familiar with any auto mechanics in the area as we do not live near here. We were desperate and resorted to searching the web and looking to see who had the best reviews. We determined Little Man Auto Care to have the most honest reviews. My husband contacted Brett at Little Man and he said he would go tow the Kia and get to work on it. He was also familiar with engine troubles with the Kia Soul. Brett gave a fair quote for the work and kept an open line of communication during the repair. We had a used engine installed for the quoted price. Unfortunately, one evening, 13 days after getting the vehicle out of the shop, our son experienced a second blown engine as he was getting on the interstate! (Again, never buy a Kia Soul) We had the car towed directly to Little Man Auto Care. My husband contacted Brett the next day who simply said he would get back to work on it. Brett was fantastic! He fully honored his shop warranty/guarantee!!! There was no hassle or arguing! My husband said Brett was excellent to work with and would definitely use him again in the future. Brett and his team even worked extra hours to get the vehicle repaired so we could pick it up when we went to help our son move. I spoke with Brett a couple of times myself and found him to be very helpful and understanding. Visiting Brett’s shop, it is easy to see he likes things very clean and orderly! His shop was so organized and clean!!! We felt anyone who puts this much effort into maintaining their shop must take great care in their work as well. Thank you so much Little Man Auto Care! Brett and his technicians are very good. I have taken a number of vehicles to them for repairs and opinions. Just today I wanted the transmission fluid checked and replaced, if needed, for a car going to a college student. He checked and determined it was in great shape so did not replace the fluid. Most places would replace it just to make more money. I have faith and trust in Little Man Auto Care.

Found these guys on Google, and as a good reputation counts for something we gave them a shot.The heater core on my Ford passenger van went out, and I was quoted a rate with no strings attached, i.e. no attempts to up-sell other services. They even refused to take payment for checking the status of my A/C.Because of their helpfulness and honesty I took my wifes car in for repair the following day.We highly recommend these folk.

My husbands family has known Brett for awhile and have always said wonderful things about him and his work. I had been having some issues with my car and I was hesitant to take it to the dealer or a mechanic to take a look at it. The dealer wanted me to pay a little over $100 just to diagnose what the issue was and without doing anything to fix it! My husband finally convinced me to take it to Little Man and he did an amazing job! And it only took him a couple hours to get the job done! Super happy and will definitely refer him to friends and family.

Ive taken my car there a few times now. The first couple times is when I needed something minor fixed in a hurry. They are curtious, friendly and professional. One of the most recent times I took my car in, they pointed out that I needed new breaks and even showed me how worn they were. (Down to almost nothing) The place I was taking my car to failed to tell me, even after I asked them to check my breaks several times because I heard them grinding. I was so thankful someone caught it.Their pricing seems to be fair in regards to the work Ive had done. About right at middle ground. My only complaint is, they are only open during the week, 8-5. I only have been able to take my car there when I happen to have a day off during the week, otherwise, I cant because I also work those times

This place was recommended to me. I had a windshield wiper pump replaced, and they told that there was a leak in my steering rack, and would cost me over $800. Later in the year, I had to replace the long block, due to a premature timing belt failure. I asked Country Repair to look at the steering rack. They informed that it was an O ring, and it took them 15 minutes to replace. What else doi need to say?

I had my thermostat replaced, I knew it was going to be a difficult job by where it was located, so I sought their services and my experience was great service, professional work, affordable price. Couldnt have asked for anything better.

Been coming here for years for all my auto maintenance and the last time I went in I told him what the issue was and came in to pick up my vehicle. brett told me I had a bad fan motor, no details of maybe why or anything since this fan was only a year old and told me itd be $600 to fix it. I just wanted the weekend to look into it and he very rudely told me he doesnt usually let customers bring in their own parts and was rushing me out of there and charged me a 75$ fee to tell me what the issue was when I already gave him most of the info. I just felt very uncomfortable and had been a loyal customer, I wont ever go here again. Other places do the exact same jobs for less.
