Long story short, we have a 2015 Isuzu NPR that needed work. Thankfully Brandon @ Butler Auto was able to fix our truck up real quick. Best part is... We are a restoration company and I had to cancel 2 times on Brandon. Not once did he hesitate to commit to fixing the issue. Thats hands down top level service! 💯

Well when I went and bought my new 2020 Ram 1500 I wanted it lifted and I started shopping around. After getting a few astronomical prices for wheels, tires and lift kit I called Butler automotive. Not only was I able to save quite a bit of money collectively over the whole package, he gave the longest warranty out of the competitors. He was very helpful and understanding, we went to get our 3rd cylinder coil in cause thats what showed up that was wrong with our car in emissions test and he wanted to do a diagnosis on it but we told him we couldnt afford it we could just afford the labor for (it was cheap labor) and he was nice enough to do the diagnostic and tell us everything thats wrong with our car he was very nice and understanding he didnt charge us for it and was nice enough to put the part back after we discussed a decision cause it wasnt a good idea to just put the coil on cause there was 3 other coils that were bad and spark plugs , he was nice enough to help us out (even tho he doesnt work on German cars) he seemed like a pretty cool guy and an honest mechanic and once I get an American car if it has any issues will be sure to bring my car to him! Honest mechanic!

Brandon did some periodic maintenance for me during that time at a price his competitors couldnt touch. Very honest and fair. We needed the brakes done same day without an appointment because we were heading up the mountain to Bogus the next morning.
