I am very impressed by the warranty that JD Byrider offers on all their vehicles. The process of getting me approved was painless and the vehicles were pretty nice for a used car lot. The sales staff was not pushy or high pressure. Jack at the Nampa location was straight forward and made sure I got the right car for me. The APR is a little high but it will help me build my credit which is a huge help. I would recommend Byrider for anyone with less than perfect credit who needs a reliable vehicle on short notice,

They got me into something I wanted with a great attitude and Kevin was very helpful and professional as well as the sales Manager and the loan lady was very helpful and professional. Ive been trying to sell my car for the past few weeks and someone representing byrider messages me about the car and asks me to take into to them to inspect it. Its a 45 minute drive each way to this location but its fine if I could maybe get rid of this car. The person I was messaging said I could use their car while they inspected mine. When I get there this person isnt to be seen and I think oh great Im going to have to get an uber or something. When I hand the keys off the manager says itll be about 30 minutes for them to inspect the car as Im the only one in there at the time and decide I can wait that long. Three hours pass as Im sitting in the waiting room in limbo waiting till at the very least I can get my car and leave. When the inspection finishes they decide they do not want to buy my car which is fine but Ive had my entire day wasted in which I had many things I had to do. After this experience I will never walk into a byrider location again and will encourage everyone I know to do the same when selling a car.

Jessica the account manager was very unprofessional, questioning Jack in front of customers(me and my husband). Then after another account manager said something to her she came to me to tell me that the only reason why she question him was because he has lied to her before. I let her know that I felt that was extremely unprofessional to do in front of customers and get response was oh well. Not good!!

Steve with the service department 8s the man. I was so impressed with his customer service. I had to wait a little longer than usual for my oil change. He kept checking to see where the filter was that was being delivered. He checked over my vehicle and made some good maintenance recommendations. I will going back for sure. Much more convenient than driving all the way to Garden City where I bought my car.

Have had alot of bad luck with cars and car dealerships..but I can honestly say Im walking out today feeling pretty confident! First it was car insurance..that was dealt with..after I caught it a couple months later and had to contact the car company for a refund...now its been over a month of trying to get the $5 oil change..no one ever at the auto service desk and left messages with NO CALL BACK ever...finally got a hold of someone today..2 weeks out or I can drop my car off and they can fit it in...umm..but I work..and that seemed unacceptable to them because theyre trying to fit me in. When asked to speak with the two gentlemen who sold me the car..i was told THEY ARE BUSY SELLING TWO CARS RIGHT NOW... Ummm..you already sold me a car that Im paying for... so I CAN MAKE YOUR CAR PAYMENT...which i have done and do every other week on time..not one late payment...but you cant be a respectable car dealership. Im very dissatisfied and disappointed..I thought I was getting more..but you guys are just like everybody else. Wouldnt recommend to anybody.

Stay away from this company do not buy a car from them!! They are extremely unprofessional I bought a car back in December of 2018 and when they sold me my car they promised me I could refinance after six months. I later found out that they lied to me and I couldn’t refinance my vehicle they are an extremely dishonest company and I would highly recommend not buying a vehicle from them!!!!

Bye far the best buy here pay here place there is. Ive never had a car company work with me in rebuilding my credit like they do and the help and understanding when you have a small financial problem and their vehicles are in great shape and warrantied they even continue to offer the same oil change for life of the vehicle. I paid my truck off with then almost 2 years ago and I still go in ever 3000 miles for an oil change the only problem I had was the alternator and battery went out. I would definitely go back to get an other rig from them when and if I need too.
