They didnt try to over sell me on tires. They were fast and easy to work with. On top of that when I picked up my car. I dropped 200 dollars Cash in the parking lot and didnt realize that I had tell I was at my next destination. I returned to the store and asked if any money had been found. They said yes. We tried to call you and let you know that we thought you might have dropped it. They asked how much and what kinda bills I told them and they handed it right to me.

This review is for Nampa location and for their Eagle location. Such a great company! Super helpful. Super friendly. And they do honest work. Just took my lawn mower tire in thinking that I was going to have to buy a new one, And one of the workers grabbed my tire and took a look at it and said it was repairable and made it a tubeless tire and put a valve stem on it at no charge. I know they fix leaks at no charge for the most part but I was just super pleased by their honesty and friendliness. They fixed my wifes tire a couple weeks ago at no charge as well. Fast friendly service. Dont go anywhere else if youre looking for a flat repair or for new tires. These guys will take great care of you!

We were traveling across country when our camper developed a cracked rim. NO ONE else in the Boise area had a replacement rim in stock, but Discount Tire did 😎.Bryce got us in right away. In the road again 👍 Five stars !!

On our 5 hr trip to the SLC airport, our rental car tire pressure light came on. We stopped at Nampa Discount tire. We were going to miss our flight if we had to stop long. Even though they were over booked, Seth and Bryce came to our rescue and squeezed us in. They found a slow leak (bad rental company tire repair) and got us on the road again. Didnt even charge us for the repair! We made our flight! I HIGHLY recommend them!

Here is a company who knows how to take care of their customers. Great selection of tires available with financing. Free flat tire repairs, something that not everyone does.Here’s my experience. I’ve brought multiple vehicles here to buy new tires. Never disappointed in their quality. I gave them a call one day 10 minutes before close to see if they would help me with a flat repair. I was out and about and losing tire pressure relatively fast. They said they would be happy to. I got there and they helped me beyond the normal open hours making the whole experience easy. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable.A huge tip for others finding themselves in a bind to give them a ring before they close for urgent assistance needed.

Very nice checkin associate. Found a reasonable replacement tire for me at good cost. My only complaint is they didn’t call or text me when it was done like they said they would. Almost got left there Saturday night which means no pickup until Monday.

I feel like Id be willing to be in a commercial for this place. I highly recommend you buy your tires from them. Always friendly. Always fast. My tire couldn t be repaired but they replaced it for only $17 because I bought my tires at Discount Tire and bought their certificate of replacement. Discount tire is a great company and you wont regret getting new tires or service from here.

Discount has been my go to for the past few years. They are affordable and offer all the services of the big guys. Now 4 years ago I would have given a 5 star, but I feel their service level has diminished over time. They use to run out to the car, at least that is what I remember, today I waited five minutes and no one came. I also noticed lots of people standing and looking for help. Discount is great, discount the tires, bit dont go cheap on the service!

I’m usually not the type to post a review unless it’s really bad or really good! I’m super pleased with the customer service!! Bryce was super helpful, very knowledgeable, accommodated my need as they treated me as an “appointment” after someone dropped the ball and didn’t schedule me for an appointment I had called a week ago. Jesse worked on my car and another gentleman whom I can’t remember his name. They did an amazing job, fast service, (i was on a time crunch) and made sure I walked outta there loving my wheels and tires, which I do! I was out of there in less than an hour! I’m so very pleased at thankful for the men at Discount Tire! I highly recommend them to everyone!

I dont think Ive ever left a negitive review in my life they are pointless but if I could give a 0 star I would. My wife limped her car in with a flat and you guys said there was nothing you can do for her except sell her tires. I get it old tires company policy you cant work on it its nice to know you guys dont help people with tire problems only sell tires to people you can take advantage of for a sell that good to know but to have my wife call me in tears because you left her and my 3 year old son stranded in your parking lot in a rain storm to change her own spare by herself because you dont have the decency to even change her spare for her to get home is BS

They were super kind to replace some broken lugnuts on my vehicle, which they didnt have to, as well as upgraded tires I bought because they didnt have them in stocks after they thought they did. They are professional, kind and I truely appreciate that they went above and beyond to make sure I was able to drive home safely.

For some of you that dont know if you need to replace a tire sensor. Discount tire has the capability to determine which one has gone bad. I had two replaced and now all is well.

Discount Tire has really taken care of us. We needed tires really bad for my Sienna. After shopping around they had the best deal. They were able to get us in and out with our new tires quickly. Now 5,000 miles later, they took care of us again. They were very organized and focused on keeping their customers safe during these crazy times. Prepaid to have tires brought in that they didn’t have in stock. Got a call they were in made an appointment. Been sitting here an hour (10 am appointment) before they came out to tell me they only had 3 of the tires I ordered (11:15 am). Now because someone didn’t pay attention they are throwing some other tire on my truck that doesn’t match and then I guess I have to take more time out of my day to come back. If they ever call me back to get the other tire. Since they had trouble finding it anyways.

We had an emergency needing to fix the tire before leaving town. The guys at discount tire fixed the rim and replaced our tires in about. The customer service was A+. I dealt with Christian and Jesse who were great to work with. All around great experience.

Good people, and not pushy with services. I ordered tires on line. Got a call they next day that they did not have the tires on stock anywhere and offered an equivalent that was a little more but did not charge extra. Went to get the tires put on the car. They said it would take about an hour, they were done in 45 minutes. Would gladly go back.

This place is horribly run. They make you wait outside and noone comes out. 3 guys working the counter doing nothing. This is the dollar store of tires.

Discount Tire in Nampa, Idaho is awesome ordered some tires on thursday the 8th, and scheduled my appointment for today the 15th. Something happened and the tires I ordered werent in stock when I showed up. So Seth jumped through some hoops for me and gave me a better tire for the same cost, and got me on my way.
