I try to use Whits whenever I can because I trust them, and they are Good People. I dropped my vehicle off in the morning on my way to work foreign oil change and general inspection. I wasnt expecting to hear anything from them until late afternoon. I received a phone call about 2 hours later saying my vehicle was already done and ready for pickup. Sure made things easy for me!

Ive been bringing my cars here for Emission testing and decided to try them for more work. I noticed smoke coming from the engine and it had an engine light on, so they checked it out.I got a call later in the day letting me know about the issue and that it should be covered under a Honda recall instead of costing me $800. Not only did they save me money by letting me know about the recall, but he called Honda to confirm its covered and that Honda could take care of me. THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE!Whits has earned my trust and business.

My car wouldnt turn over. We scheduled the appointment 4 days out. I had the car towed there the night before. They diagnosed it as a bad starter and it was ready to go the day of the service at 2 PM. (When I made the appointment, I was told it would be done that afternoon.) The price of the repair was as quoted, and I thought it was reasonable. The shop is neat and clean.

My 1997 Toyota Camry engine light came on and it was running real rough. Whit’s Auto Repair got my car right in and repaired my engine and replaced the timing belt (my request since the car has 200,000 miles). I asked them to check all belts and fluid (preventive maintenance for Toyota’s every 100,000). My car runs great now and I didn’t have to pay dealership prices!

First time I brought a car in I needed my brakes checked because of a grinding and squealing sound. They fixed the grinding, but the squealing never stopped. When I told them right away I had to wait a long time to have it brought back in instead of fixing Im the issue I spent tons of money on to have resolved. The experience wasnt horrible, just disappointing.The second visit with my truck was sooooo expensive that we decided to look elsewhere, but the experience was not bad. I cant fault them for that, but I will say the staff was very friendly and I appreciated that.

Whits Auto Repair is fantastic!I was easily able to make a quick appointment for my car. Dropped it off in the morning and before the end of the day Whit’s had figured out what was going on, sent me this cool email update on my car, fixed the issues, and I picked my car up before the end of the day!When my car decided to throw a fit a day or two later, I called Whit’s and they had me drop it off again in the morning. By late afternoon I picked my car and it’s perfect!I would 100% recommend them and will be going back to them for any work on my car(s) and general maintenance.

.I will give them credit where it is due, they did stop a weird noise (by changing the oil they said) which has been going on for about a year. I specifically said when I dropped the car off, and again on the phone when they called to say what they found, DO NOT REPLACE ANYTHING. They asked if they could do a ridiculously priced oil change to determine where the sound was coming From. I reluctantly agreed, just to save myself strife later. They ended up calling me back and letting me know they replaced the O2 sensor it would be 422 bucks. I had taken it previously to Ernies off Garrity. He told me he could not specifically identify the problem,thus would not work on it, and warned me others may just start replacing parts. Thats what happened here at Whits. I could have replaced the O2 sensor myself for 1/3 of that price. If youre a fix-it-yourself type person, or someone who wants definitive answers about your vehicle, I recommend taking it elsewhere. I am certain that codes for some of the other issues came up, because they were not cleared. Nobody every brought them to my attention or discussed them.My friend takes her vehicles here and has always been satisfied with the services they provide.

Fast, friendly and affordable. No surprises, they called and told me what was wrong, how they would proceed and approximate cost. I would highly recommend them over dealers projected cost.

I was in town visiting my new granddaughter. Our Daughter-in-Laws car battery was weak, and finally gave up! We were under a time crunch to catch a flight in a couple of days. Thought it might be the alternator not charging, or the voltage regulator. It was a loose belt that ultimately toasted the battery. Jessica worked us into a busy schedule and the team got us fixed with plenty of time to spare!

Great customer service! Listened to my issues that I was experiencing with my F 150!They took it for a drive and did a detailed inspection looking to see what was causing these issues! After the inspection they called me with the inspection results and what the repair would entail! I approved the work needed and they gave me a price not to exceed!They completed the repairs and called me when they had taken my truck for a test drive to verify the work was completed properly.I went in and paid the invoice that was agreed upon and am happily driving my F150 again with no issues! I would recommend their services!

The staff was very good in letting me know of the repairs needed and approximate cost. A couple parts needed to be ordered and painted but would get work done as soon as possible once they were received. Total cost was a bit more than expected but an extra part was needed and the additional cost of painting the one part added to the overall cost so it was within reason.

After taking it to M clinic and T auto repair and still no real answer to solve my problem,I took it to Whits and explained the issues I was having with my truck.He prescribed an idea to have it tuned up first. He explained to me why, gave me his price, then did the job...Well lets just say it all worked out.. His prescription was the right answer and he made it all seem easy... Whit’s has our loyalty. We’ve brought our cars to them several times for various issues (old cars), and they have always been great. They get that we’re on a budget, and they never try to sell us on fixes that are not essential, though they always offer a quote and talk us through our options in a clear and thorough manner, and then they let us make the decision. They also talk us through what might be needed down the road and when we can expect to need other services or repairs. Cant recommend them highly enough.

Not only were the rates good, but the service was excellent as well. They kept me informed of what was going on and followed up with me after the car had been repaired. They were quick to get me scheduled and timely with the repair. This is an excellent place to take your vehicle for repairs. Two thumbs up.

This was my first time here and I spoke with Dennis and he helped me out when I was about to get ripped off by another auto shop. They truly seemed like they wanted to help me out being so young and being a student and did not take advantage of me. This was awesome service and he is honest and offered fair pricing! He seemed to care about the customer and was not pushy at all! I think this is the best experience I have had throughout the many car issues I have had! If you havent gone here I highly recommend it. Well priced & fair. I’ve been taking my vehicles to Whit’s for many years. I started going there regularly when our our Honda dealership (which is a good dealership, BTW) quoted me $1200 for a comprehensive 100,000 mile maintenance job on my Honda Element... Whit’s did the exact same job for less than 1/2 of that. Since then, I’ve relied on them for all of our auto mechanic needs and am yet to be disappointed or treated unfairly. Greg is very careful to call and get pre-authorized for any work on my vehicle before doing it (with an accurate estimate), so I’m never surprised by the bill.

Last week I took my vehicle into Whits as I have dozens of times before.
