On June 17, 2021, had my left drivers side door hinge replaced. I had purchased the part and Rubens agreed to install. The facility was clean as a whistle and very organized. While at the counter, 3 people asked if I was being helped (incl the owner). The part took less than 45 minutes to install and I was out of there! It would have been 5 stars except for one issue... The wiring harness was left dangling instead of tucked into proper position (as photo indicates). In all fairness, I had pulled it out prior to the repair, but it literally snaps into position using about 7 seconds of time and is best done when the door is removed (which it was).

They did a very good job! The body work was perfect and they blended the new paint very well. Hopefully I wont need more body work done, but should it ever need doing I will definitely return to Rubens

Had some issues that turned out to be insurance related. The owner Jeremy helped through the entire process. It was not easy but Jeremy was there to bat for us and got the job done! First time around they charged me for work on the wrong fender and left the dent I wanted fixed. They made good on that but left what looks like a body part on my console and there are various fasteners missing inside fender wells. And they rarely returned my phone calls. Could do much better with the details.

I would not take my car to any other body shop for repairs. Rubens is one of the top body shops that my Insurance recommends. That in itself speaks for their reputation.

I was told the repair would take two days. My car sat for two days where I parked it. Nine days later I got my car back at closing time (if I had not called it would have been longer), Zero communication from anyone at Rubens about delays. I checked in three times because they had not communicated in any form with me. One week after I picked up my car I got an email that said thanks for picking your car up today.

Rubens is always upfront, they give an accurate estimate, and deliver great quality work in a timely manner. They also communicate along the way making the experience of doing business there very professional and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

After someone backed into our vans tail gate we had to take it in for repairs. Rubens did really high quality work on the replacement of the tail gate and bumper. My only concern was the time it took but I can be patient a few extra days to get excellent results.

The work looks great, but they had a covid outbreak in there establishment. They had to close the store for a week or longer. I requested that they change the seat cover to black since I was told they are going to need to replace the seat instead of trying to repair the damaged one. I was told they had to go back and forth with the insurance adjuster to get the seat fixed. Well I would think that the shop would have just replaced the seat cover at their expense since they had to shut the shop down. And since they told me the seat is brand new its just the cover thats old.

We are very please with the work done on our GMC truck. It was done when promised and for a great value.

Had a rear bumper warrantied on a new car. They did a great job color matching the iridescent pearl paint. The new bumper had a few spots that weren’t sanded smooth in the prep stage and not caught during the paint stage. The very corner of the bumper where it meets the body panel and wheel well was missed with paint but clear coated over. I took the bumper back and them did an obvious tough up over the corner that I will generously call good enough. Within two weeks I had a paint chip show up dead center of the bumper while in a parking lot. Now I can see the black plastic bumper and don’t see a single sanding prep scratch in the exposed 1/4 inch x 1/8 chip. Got a GM color match chip pen and covered it up just as good as Ruben’s original patch job over their mistake.Ultimately, it’s my wife’s car and she is t that picky about her bumper. If it was mine, I would’ve never walked away with the a touch up repair from Rubens bumper warranty job. But she has never looked back.

A couple of weeks ago I went to Ruben’s auto body shop to get my car fixed up. When I went in for a estimate the employees there were the nicest people ever. They made feel welcomed, and were very friendly and clear and understandable on how the whole process would be on fixing my car.I went back a couple days later to drop off the car, and I was going to be walking back home since my insurance would not be able to get me a rental for the next couple days, and I couldn’t afford to pay for one as well. So one of the employees who was helping me throughout the whole process offered me a ride home back since it would be over an hour walk back to my place, and he didn’t want me to walk that far. Wanted me to be safe. Seriously one of the nicest guys I have ever met! For that I was so very grateful for, and how he helped me out.Couple days later I went back to pick up my car and he showed me where the previous damage was at, and how they fixed it. It looked like it was never damaged in the first place. Brand spanking new looking! And they also vacuumed the inside of it as well which was very nice of them to do too.Seriously the best customer service I’ve had in a very long time. I recommend them highly if you’re in a fix, and you want your car to get the best care, they are the place to go to. Great people, great atmosphere, great service, go to them. You won’t regret it.

Anytime I’ve ever needed any kind of body work I’ve always gone to Rubens. My vehicle was recently badly damaged in an accident and dealing with the insurance was a pain. Nico at Rubens though made sure to keep me in the loop on what was going on and always answered my calls and questions quickly. Best shop in town! I took my car in for a seemingly minor repair on the door, only to find out that parts were no longer available from the factory, or aftermarket suppliers. Greg refused to give up and worked tirelessly to find the part I needed. My car was repaired, cleaned and returned to me at less cost than was anticipated! If I ever need body work in the future, Rubens is it!

I was in an accident that took my car off the road. Rubens was very friendly and helpful throughout this difficult time.

Only thing I can complain about is the headlight on the side of the vehicle that was hit does not work and I changed the bulb and that was not the issue.

I was given a period of 3 days, I ended up getting my vehicle 3 WEEKS later. Also, they wanted to overcharge me for the work done, I was given an amount and they wanted to charge me more!

We had three body shop visits with this shop an all of them were excellent. I chose Rubens because they do perfect work every time.

My jeep was involved in an accident that what not my fault and wanted quality with prompt repairs. Our car was repaired with 4 days or less.

My last two experiences with Rubens have been very disappointing. Not a quality repair. Inadequate service. When I have needed to bring my vehicle back they have rushed finishes and left my car in an unacceptable state. I had to bring my car back 3 times this last time and they didn’t get the bubbles out of my clear coat and left a dull finish on my door from rushing the polish. Other issues too. Too many good options to keep coming here. Sorry Rubens but you’ve lost a 10 year customer after the last couple terrible experiences.

My car looks like new inside and out!

Ive never had to have auto body work done on a vehicle before. So naturally I was a little apprehensive about going just any where. Id gone to another shop and was not impressed by thier customer service whatsoever. I then went to Rubens Body Shop. Customer service was great, they greeted me and got me in touch with Jeremy, one of the managers. We talked and he assured me that my vehicle would look just as it did before my accident. And they did a phenomenal job, couldnt even tell that it was worked on or that it was in an accident. And above and beyond all that, there was a little ding above the back passenger wheel well from a car door that wasnt even related to the accident, THEY FIXED IT!! It wasnt part of my estimate or the job they were paid to do but they fixed it. They are amazing and I would recommend anyone to go to them!!!!!

Not overly impressed with this place. Had to take it back twice after a collision repair. Asked them to let me know if I needed an additional new tire. They placed a new tire on the front with a completely worn tire. Wouldve been nice to get it taken care of at the same time. They were nice enough on the phone, but the experience was more complicated than it needed to be and took extra time out of my busy schedule to get things done right.

Great Experience! I took my truck to Rubens for auto body repair and had over the top customer service. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The gentleman who wrote my estimate helped me with my insurance processing was very kind, courteous and understanding. The repairs were perfect and the turn around time was more than satisfactory! I cant imagine a negative experience with Rubens Body Shop. Maybe the two people who posted poor reviews were not where they thought they were. Ruben and his crew are the nicest and most capable people I know. They actually have talent, and they care about the outcome. Not to mention, they are as honest as people get. I went to Rubens first for an estimate before I showed my car to the insurance adjuster, and Rubens estimate was lower.I recommended Rubens to a friend a few years ago to fix a BMW. When they were finished, I went with my friend to make sure it was right. I noticed that the new paint had a bit of orange peel. Ruben showed me that it was on purpose to match the rest of the car. Sure enough, it did match. I guess even BMW has their off days. Ruben still took the car back and polished the whole thing even though he didnt have to. He wanted a happy customer, and he got one.Update:I just realized that the people who posted bad reviews have obviously never been to Rubens Auto Body. Notice that they never mention the name of the body shop and that they are too chicken to post their names. I think it is low to lie in a place like this. Ruben is a good man and would never treat anyone the way these people claim he did.
