2 great deals in less than 2 weeks! We bought a great diesel truck to haul our camper and the process was super easy, we got a fair deal, and great service. Scott and Nate were both very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. So when we found out the motor blew in our other vehicle a couple days later, we returned to buy a family car. They worked with us to find a quality vehicle in our price range, did not pressure us, and promised to repair some issues as well. We have bought 7 vehicles from Carmax in the past, but these guys beat their deals and service. They offer an 8 day return policy where if youre not satisfied with your purchase for any reason within 8 days of buying the car you just take it back for a full refund no questions asked. That 8 day return policy which you get in writing really showed me that they have confidence in the vehicles they sell and care about providing a good service.

Bought our Beautiful 2014 Chevy Traverse today and couldnt be happier! It wasnt the vehicle we went to look at, but after taking it for a drive we knew it was the one! I typically dont review used car sales but Ill gladly make an exception for Manasse and the entire crew at Good Life Motors. Im not easy to please and had been looking for a vehicle for five months before meeting these guys. Id had my share of bottom feeding salesman and was pleasantly surprised with the non pressure supplied by Manasse, and all the rest.He answered all my questions thoroughly . I made a couple demands before sighing the dotted line. They fulfilled everything I asked including taking my vehicle to a major dealership to double check the airbags and fob. I really couldnt ask for anything more. It was obvious they cared about the safety of their clients. By the way they supplied me with a very, very nice loaner while I waited. I will not hesitate to look them up first, next I need a car, but with such a quality vehicle, I wont be seen in their lot for several years to come. THANKS GUYS!!!

Driving into the parking lot is where we first noticed the great environment. An employee was making sure all the pieces of trash in the parking lot where picked up. Weird I know, but very important to me. If your surroundings look like crude no one will take you seriously. When I walked in the receptionist was very friendly and greeted us right away. Also...I wasnt attacked about a sale. Did I forget to mention that?!! I came into sign papers because thankfully my husband was able to pick out a truck without me going, knew what I was okay with and not okay with and the guys respected that and made sure we got the best deals. These guys did not pressure me in any way for the original consideration and made suggestions for other available trucks on their lot. I ended up choosing a different truck on the lot and purchase from them after checking everywhere for the same truck package within 500 miles.I feel that the experience was good and pressure free. The price was very competitive. There were no games of back and forth with the price. Other dealerships were more expensive for the exact type of vehicle and year i was shopping for even if they had more miles. I was hunting down a 6.0 for both personal and business use. I happened upon Goodlife after a short work day to look at one of the trucks they had. I met Nate and he was friendly and not pushy. Once we worked out the finer details the paperwork was pretty much drawn up and ready to go. But even if I would have gotten cold feet I believe the staff wouldnt have held a grudge. Probably would have just asked me to think of them when and if I was ready to buy. Very pleasant experience.

Cameron is seriously the best! We have gotten two vehicles from here and love them both! They always have THE BEST RATES EVER! Seriously if you are looking for a great deal you have to go there. They leave the cars unlocked so you can look through them and see what you like then you can approach them for a test drive. The next day he called us and said he got us an even lower interest rate but we would have to go sign more papers! I was in disbelief. The van had a small leak on the transmission that I pointed out to them before we bought and they took care of it no questions asked. I bought a 2005 4x4 a week ago from them. I went in expecting them to follow me around. Didnt happen. They handed the keys to me and said take it for a drive. The price was what I was expecting, as I had them hold it for me. I couldnt find anything around for the same price since this truck only had 37,000 miles. In the add it said it came with a tow package. When I looked at it the tow bar was missing. They ordered the part and put it on and then did extra the same day to make sure I was happy. I am one of the people that needed to use the 3 day return policy, due to a defect that was not visible until driven for quite a while and still very difficult to detect even knowing. The prior owner appears to have dumped it off unfortunately on the dealership or auction, as the problem was extremely hard to detect. I couldnt have asked for better help. They went out of their way to help me work through a challenging situation. There is not a car company that I know of that I trust more than Boise Auto Clearance after working with them through this deal. I am planning on flying back there soon to buy another vehicle from them. They are honorable, good people who take care of their customers.

I bought my first car from Boise Auto Clearance shortly after they opened their doors at their original location. I just bought my third vehicle from them at their greatly expanded new location. Their prices are always fair and lower than what I find for equivalent vehicles elsewhere. This time, my beautiful truck had two minor problems that showed up on the test drive. They didnt quibble with me about the existence of the problems and their shop staff did superb repair in very short order. Its a nice place to buy used cars!

I had an amazing experience at this dealership. No joke! Chris helped me out a lot and was very patient. I was grilling him with questions about the car I bought. It was marked really low with the low mileage and everything and though it was a steal or too good to be true. But I am very satisfied. Its not too good to be true. Chris went out of his way and was very honest and made me feel at peace with the brakes on the car and literally every question I could ask about the car. The only thing really is the car is leaking a little oil. however it is due for an oil change and needs a new filter. But other than that all was awesome and they had fixed the mechanical issues in the back window and I stated before buying the car that the coolant was low and they filled it up for me. :) SO very satisfied for the price I paid and I would definitely recommend others to this dealership.

He didnt give me the typical car salesman pitch which I appreciated very much because I was tired of hearing it. I was able to purchase a car and the whole process was very smooth and seamless. We bought a Volkswagen from them a couple weeks ago. The process was fine, and we had no problems there. However, a few weeks after purchase, we got a flat tire. We took it to a tire shop only to discover that this dealership failed to sell us all the complete parts to the car, parts that are essential to be able to even change the tire. We called them about this part to see what they knew about it and right away, an employee names John was very dismissive about the whole thing. He said if it wasnt there, he didnt know what else to tell us. He didnt seem to care that his place of work failed to provide us with something necessary to the car (which, in and of itself is a bit unprofessional). John refused to even apologize, and as my husband got upset, he had the unprofessional audacity to call him childish. It was insulting and overall bad customer service. Because of this incident, I would not recommend this place to anyone ever again. Its just not okay to treat customers that way, especially when their business failed to provide the service they should have in the first place.
