Always consistent, and fast. This last time they left my oil cap open and was splurging all over the engine bay as I drove to Ontario. Manager did a great job of offering a free car wash. Ive been taking my van to this Jiffy Lube location for the past year. The check engine light came on and a quick check of the code said I had a misfiring cylinder. My regular mechanic wanted to charge $80 to run a diagnostic and then charge $450 as a start for an engine tune up. I called Jiffy Lube and they told me to bring in my van and theyd look at it for free. When I got there, I found out I had spoken with the manager on the phone and he personally worked on my van. I drove away saving over $100 from what my regular mechanic wanted to charge with my van running without issues. A couple weeks later the check engine light came back on and I brought the van back in. Once again, the manager worked on my van and when he couldnt find any specific issues, he told me to buy some fuel system cleaner and put it in my tank when I filled up. The issue was fixed and I havent had any issues since.Im back again today to get an oil change and have some brake work done. They did an inspection and find out my brake pads are fine but my brake fluid was bad and my sway bar was cracked in half. I got everything fixed and was on my way without breaking the bank. The crew here is absolutely amazing and professional! They go out of their way to make sure everything is taken care of before I drive away and if theres anything extra that needs to be done, theyll let me know. I dont plan on taking my van anywhere else for future repairs and maintenance.

The guy who worked on my car spilled oil (a lot, apparently). Black smoke billowed everywhere from under the hood on my way home. It was so bad, I thought it caught fire. In the cold, I had to jump out and call for advice. Shame on them! Im smart enough not to ever use them again and to carry a coat!

I dont think they did a full coolant flush

Just brought my 2014 Dodge Dart in to have my coolant issues looked at, Floyd the manager said I didn’t need a coolant flush (which I originally thought I needed) and that I had some hoses that were leaking that needed replaced. That kind of honesty is what I look for when finding a business to be loyal to. Thank you Floyd and I’ll definitely be doing my future oil changes at this location. Some really awesome service. I went to the Jiffy Lube in Ontario and they checked my air filter and never closed it so my motor was sucking in sand and debris for a week before I went to check my oil and realized it. The guys in Nampa changed the oil and filter and had amazing customer service! Highly recommended!!

This location is AWESOME! Nampa/Caldwell blvd location with Matt and Bret👍 These guys are Great! They have all the information you need on hand, quick efficient service and I always feel welcome. Matt told me about my axel and even though at the time I did not have the money to fix it he told me what to listen for when it’s getting bad and about to go. I recently heard that noise going on and had the money to fix so I brought my truck down. They had it done an hour before it was scheduled to be finished and also showed me the old part from my truck to see what it looked like. Let me know the other side would need fixed soon and I’m here now😁👍 I have used this location for years for oil changes, now that they have expanded the work they do I will continue to be a repeat customer. Round of Applause 👏 👏👏 for these guys.I have already recommended this location to my family and will recommend to all I know.

These guys were great. Their prices without coupon was still cheaper than competitors for semi synthetic oil. They didnt push me to up buy, they gave me honest opinions. I love the extras - they vacuumed out my car and cleaned all of my outside windows. I was able to use a $12 coupon and got a free car wash voucher for epic shine.A++ service

It has been better they have changed things as far as no free oil top offs anymore, and they dont always offer the discounts (ex. Lyft driver discount)

Ive been to many Jiffy Lubes. This one provided the worst service and had the most unpleasant employees Ive ever experienced at a Jiffy Lube. The manager on duty or at least the person who helped me have the demeanor of someone who wishes he was anywhere else. My questions were not answered. I was told I dont know several times. Each time regarding the basic maintenance of the vehicle. If it comes to another oil change I will find another Jiffy Lube or will happily go to a competitor even if their price is higher to feel like my time matters to them

On our way to Nampa from Payette we started to notice we were having trouble that was associated with our battery We pulled into jiffy lube right at closing time. Instead of turning us away they replaced the battery for us. They were friendly and helpful. We will definitely use this jiffy lube again

I cant believe I almost forgot to leave this review. A few months ago I went in for an oil change and the attendant informed me that my brakes were in dire need of changing. He said that damage was already into the rotors (whatever that means) and that my brake fluid was leaking. He really pushed a $300+ service on me. Thankfully I decided I wanted to shop around on prices, because the next mechanic I took it to said that not only were my brakes fine, but they had a ton of life left in them. Im absolutely disgusted at the employee that thought he could lie his way into the service and trick me out of my money. Idk if the employees are comission based on stuff like that, but maybe Im not the only person theyve tried this on.

This is the only place I go to get my oil changed. They provide other services to maintain your vehicle as well. The staff is ALWAYS friendly, helpful and have the customers best interest in mind.My last visit I had to have a bit more work done than I was prepared for and they worked with me and helped find personalized options to get my car fixed and out the door the same day.I will certainly be a customer for life

Over several oil/service changes these are some examples.Charged for an air filter they never put in,broken coolant overflow cap, poured blue oily water in wiper reservoir, did not get all the clamps clipped on air filter box, paid for UPGRADE oil ended up with their bulk junk oil, spilled oil on exhaust manifold. Every time I addressed an issue they would say sorry, we stand by our work THEY never did. It is my fault for trusting them and going back.

They claimed they filled up my coolant reservoir and when my car broke down the next day, it was empty. They claimed they checked my battery. That was also shot. Im disappointed for sure. Every other Jiffy Lube I have been to has been great.

I’m giving 3 stars because I like to have the review of my levels and top offs and a review of the ‘considerations’ of upcoming maintenance. I’m essence, I like attention to detail. That wasn’t present. However, they were very friendly and customer service wasn’t the issue.

Two vehicles in and out in less than 45 minutes. Had to drive back and forth to bring both my cars in so was expecting the whole process to take at least an hour and a half. Not pushy about the things that needed checked or fixed. Waiting room was clean and the facility is in good shape. Matt and his team were courteous and amiable, I highly recommend this location for oil changes and other vehicle maintenance services they handle. Thank you Jiffy Lube.

I have had my oil changed ther for the past 12 yearsit was horrible service this time m not at all professionsl. didnt vacuum or wash windows or top off fluids. the last thing the guy told me is that I had a transmission.leak. when I hot home. I checked a little later and there were drops on my driveway. I checked again after thst and it wasnt leaking. I thing they overflowed someth I ng and just wanted a n alibinever going back

Great guys at the shop, came in for bolt extraction, great quality job replaced the bolt and reinstalled the part, manager at location is diligent. Jiffy lube May have somewhat of a reputation, but the guys at this location are pros.

I have been using this same jiffy lube for about a year to a year and a half. The CSA Mathew is why I keep coming back he always makes sure my vehicle is well taken care of he does not push products on me but will inform me if somthing needs to be done. I will continue to use this Jiffy lube.

This place is very unprofessional. Line of cars and all the employees are standing around and talking. Told them all I wanted was a oil change and they tried to up sell me 4 times. I check my oil regularly and always check it before I get my oil changed. I checked it before I brought it to them and it was completely full just like it should be. After about a hour wait they finish my truck and told me that my oil was a quart low and suggested that my 6 year old truck that runs like it is new is burning oil. Complete lie and just another attempt to up sell and have me come in more offten. I will not return to this jiffy lube. I will be going to the dealer and actually pay 5 dollars less for great service done right. Steer clear of this oil change shop.

Full synthetic used my own filter. Even purchased lucas, used a coupon and they changed the lucas from 9.99 to 14.95 after coupin use. No vacumm etc. The Ontario, oregon location is far better!!

Left with oil smudges everywhere, on the hood, the door, the steering wheel and my keys. The oil filter was not secured properly so oil leaked and sprayed all over underneath. This is the second time this happened, the manager of a different store promised it wouldnt happen and it did again, with him supervising. The corporate office said it was a franchisee problem and that was it.Went back and Brett did replace my filter. I will not be returning to any jiffy lube again.

Quick and friendly, very through.

I left my car there over lunch because of a 45 minute wait time. After about 2 hours, I walked over to get the car. It was done and in the parking lot, but I never got a call. I purchased the signature service that is supposed to include valcuuming the car. The car was not vacuumed. I guess that I will have to find another place to do business with.

They do everything here. Not just oil changes. 2 Certified Mechanics. Need a new Radiatior, no problem. Brake Job? concider it done. It may take a little longer than other Lube shops because of mechanic work.Shop rate $65.00 a hour.Alot cheaper than the others.

After a bad deal on a newer car from Edmark, I took it to Jiffy Lube to have the car inspected for leaks and transmission fluid. They found that the transmission fluid was empty. They filled up the transmission and gave me a half quart bottle. Never charged me...they must have felt bad for me after getting such a bad deal from Edmark on a car that supposedly passed full inspection. Thank you for helping me. Also thank you for remembering me and taking the time to write a statement to had back to Edmark.
