I would give negative stars if possible.. better experience with the facility than last time, however the shuttle driver Javier is the rudest biggest piece of trash ever. He will demand tips and then tell you its not enough. Even after you lift your own bags in and out of the shuttle. He should drive that shuttle can right off a cliff

I would give them a 0, AWFUL service, AWFUL customer service, we rented a 12 passenger, , once we got there they had NO car for us, the claim they called us 1 DAY BEFORE our arrival but they lied NOBODY called. we ended up getting a 8 passenger, the car was not clean at all. after all a HORRIBLE experience and horrible way to start a vacation off.

I was actually renting from Avis, they share a counter with Budget. We liked the location, near a stop on the MetroMover. The car was clean, and was what we ordered. The staff was friendly. The two-star rating comes from the fact that we are on a streak with Avis. This is the third time in a row using them that some additional charge was added to our bill. All three times the rep said the system did it automatically. This time it was Under 75 miles fuel surcharge of $15.99. We had just gone over the fact that I brought the car back full. All three times I had the bad charge taken off, but how many times do people just walk away? Often, I guess. Ask for your receipt, make sure to check it against the price you expected, and you should have a good experience with this facility.

I would give 0 stars if possible. We paid full price to reserve 3 fifteen passenger vans. We showed up they didn’t have them and then lied and said they called. They didn’t not leave a message (nor call for that matter), no cancellation email and we have yet to receive a full refund. The guy at the counter was worthless!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!!

Worst experience of our entire life for rental car. This car company deserves negative stars. Miami cruise port shuttle never came, was in line at cruise port for 1.5 hrs. See pictures below with > 100 ppl waiting  for shuttle. We called customer service 2x and was given a phone # for local office to ask ETA for shuttle. We called local office x3 and they never answered. After 2 hours of waiting for shuttle, we decided to uber to the local office. After arriving with uber to local office, we had to wait in line for 4 hrs! to get a car.  See the pictures below with time stamp. They had 2 office staff only, that at times were yelling at customers in spanish. Called customer service an additional 3x while in line, I was told  to go to another downtown  location, which if we choose to do so,  will be in our own cost for transportation to get there and there is no  guarantee the new location will have a car for us. I couldnt  believe what I was hearing, recorded the entire calls, will be available on YouTube in few days,  since THEY record calls and disclaimer noted This call may be monitored or recorded for quality assurances purposes. May these calls provide them with some guidance for improvement.  Customer representatives were rude and dismissive as you will hear in the call records.We recieved a filthy car  with bird dropping stains all over the car, cigarette smell and ashes on both front seats. Dirt all over the carpets. See pictures. Video on YouTube.We will never use this company again. will advise everyone to not book with this company.  It ruined an entire day of our vacation and the rudeness of the customer service representatives and local office staff were unbelievable.We arrived at cruise terminal shuttle pickup location at 8:30 am, we left car company parking lot at 2:30 pm.

Terrible service NOT a Fast Break location did not have the vehicle that was reserved, refused to allow me to pick up 30 minutes earlier than reservation and rude. Car that I was given was dirty see photos. When I mentioned to employee he pointed to a trash can and suggested I clean it out myself.

SCAM, STAY AWAY! I came to pick up a car that I’ve reserved in advance and they told me they had no cars. They didn’t even bother to call me in advance to let me know. On top of that one of the guys who works there offered me to rent a car from some friend of his for much more money. I’ve rented from other budget locations in the past and have never experienced anything like this.

HORRIBLE! Stay away! Booked my reservation to go see a dying family member, arrive to pick up my car and get told I called you and left a voicemail, we have no cars. He lied straight to my face. There was no voicemail and I had been dropped off. The guy didnt care at all and showed no empathy or compassion. He said he called himself so I proved he lied and didnt leave a voicemail. Then he had the audacity to get an attitude with me and tell me not to raise my voice when I had every right. I then called budget to find another car... that they couldnt guarantee would be there, they tried to send me to an address if an empty sears building. I called Enterprise and they took care of me.

Terrible experience. Waited over 2 1/2 hours for our reserved vehicle to show up. Ordered and SUV and they wouldnt give us one of the 5 minivans on the lot. Finally got in the vehicle and the rear seat belt was broken. Had to wait and switch vehicles. New car wasnt filled up with gas so now I get to guess how much to put back in. Oh and they charge you 9.99 to get from Miami port to their downtown rental location even though they say its free. Its the misc charge on your bill. Oh and plan on waiting longer than any other rental company at port. Their buses will pass by two times before budget gets there. Have used Budget in other locations and never had this kind of problem. Wont make this mistake again. Heres a pic of multiple families waiting as long as us for their vehicles.

What a nightmare! Came back from a cruise to wait for over an hour for the free Budget shuttle that NEVER came. Ended up taking a cab to the rental office to be welcomed with long lines and people waiting everywhere with luggage. The line barely moved, the people at the front said they had been waiting an hour already. There were no cars available despite everyone having reservations confirmed and they were waiting for cars to be returned in order to rent out. Cars were not being cleaned or refilled with gas between rentals. Currently Ubering to the Miami airport location where apparently there are plenty available. All in we are spending about $35 just to get to our rental car.

Very bad day a lot of people will remember that day November 18th 2018. 5 criuse ships and no previous planning. Too many requests and no cars to fill the request lots of people waiting outside sitting on suitcases waiting for hours.. We got on a shuttle 2 hours after getting off the ship standing only to wait again another hour and a half at the Budget place in Miami only to find out we are at the wrong place. We had to go to Miami beach from there we were lucky going to Miami beach a 35$ cab ride . Yet a few people were there also and waiting for cars to come. Our car being an older car was not checked for existing body damages and cleanliness so I took pictures I hope I will not be charged for these scratches and dirty seats. The car was very dirty. But I am glad we had a car for the week.

Horrible service from Miami cruise port. Waited an hour and no shuttle from port even though me and a few other groups reserved a car from them. Totally unprepared for cruise line passengers. Had to arrange our own taxi. We saw one small shuttle bus on the way to the rental location. Save yourself the aggravation and rent from Enterprise, Alamo, as I saw a huge shuttle bus from them picking up passengers. Finally arrived at the rental location after 2 hours and heres the lineup. The bad experience continues! After 1.5 hour lineup at the pickup desk we got our Pathfinder that was incredibly dirty. The tank was shown as full on the paper, but was only 3/4 to 7/8 full. Had to fill it up and when I tried to explain this to the desk, they said nothing they can do. So basically paid for their gas. Definitely not concerned with customer service. Wont use budget ever again.

Worst customer service Ive ever experienced. Rented a car well in advance and show up and two employees are on their phones and tell me they havent had cars in a day and no cars in the area (this was proven to be a lie as multiple other nearby Avis/Budgets have cars). Would have taken 1-2 minute to call or email me this in advance but I guess that would have taken away from cell phone time. Unfortunate for the Avis Budget company to lose a customer for life because of one location, but it just happened. If you decide to save a little to rent here call the day in advance and the morning of to make sure they have cars because apparently its too much for their old system and employees to let you know if theyve overbooked.

Cruise ship pick-up was a disaster. Had to fight for a seat on the shuttle and it took 60 minutes with only one shuttle bus. Then it got worse. Reserved my car, confirmed the reservation one week before pick up. The wait times at the lines was 2 plus hours. Not enough cars for the reservations. I reserved a minivan for five people and the agent said, “you get what you get and you need to call Budget, I cannot adjust the price.” I was lucky the entire process took 2 hours. I got a car and I have an opinion about Budget Port of Miami on 2nd St. - Never again!

This is the closest budget rental to Port Miami. It proved that it is not prepared to handle the onslaught of cruise passengers every weekend.The size of the shuttle van was laughable for the amount of customers being shuttled from the terminal to rental location. We were packed in like sardines anyway. The wait for reservation pickup was over 40 minutes with only 2 employees working the counter who conducted transactions with no personality and little conversation with customers. We were handed the keys with little direction on where to find the vehicle. In addition, the hours of operation for the weekend were horrible, especially for a downtown location that sees so many cruise passengers. We had to return vehicle at 4p on a Saturday. Check out consisted of handing the keys to an employee and then being kicked out of the waiting area.Would give 1 star, but the condition of the car was good and we didnt have a negative driving experience. Would opt with a different rental agency next time near Miami Port or choose to rent at the airport.

Very unreliable and unprofessional. For the second time, I reserve a car two days ahead of pick-up day, show up at the store to pick my car and the attendant surprises me saying that he doesn’t have any available car. They don’t even call you or send you an email to let you know. Very unprofessional!!Besides, they don’t make any effort to help you find another car at a neighboring car rental.

I got a rude call from Juan downtown. He told me the car i rented a month ago wasnt there less than 25 minutes before i was to pick it up. He then told me tp call customer service to see what they can do. Now im on hold for the fourth time calling the national call center.Juan kept hanging up on me and would do nothing to help me— completely inept. I highly recommend firing him, he had absolutely no customer service skills, is a poor communicator, and did nothing to help me solve this issue that put me in a serious bind.

THE WORST car rental experience EVER. Watched several other car rental shuttles come and go at the Miami port before Budget finally arrived, only to tell us they had room for only one person left on the shuttle. Waited several more hours in line once we finally got to the Budget rental facility, even though we reserved online in advance. It was completely disorganized and workers moved slowly. Cars that had been reserved weren’t actually on the lot, and workers clearly had no idea how to manage the issue. One party of 3 people monopolized one of the two desk workers for two hours minimum. It was hot and everyone in line was annoyed. A total waste of a sunny Florida day.

RENTER BE FOREWARNED!Would give 0 stars if possible. We really should have read these reviews ahead of time. If we had we would have avoided the >1 hour line at the cruise ship port for pick up, the long line at the rental counter, and the charging for the luxury car that we requested when we received a full size instead. No fast break either. Go elsewhere! We wish that we had made other plans.

Be careful from Budget- about additional charges! Before and after gonna be different bills. A lot of tourists from in/out houses become victims of these hidden charges! Also poor customer services, long processing time seems they are not efficient on their job. Neither go to them again nor recommend them to anybody!

Terrible place to rent a vehicle. I dropped off a van before a cruise and confirmed my reservation for the return trip. They promised the same rate. Still arguing because I was charged $70 more and changed for gas when it was returned at the same level.Second visit there was to pick up a vehicle and it was terrible!!! Waited 1 hour and 50 mins. Two people at the counter. Could take care of a customer without walking away for 10-20 mins each transaction. After my lengthy wait, I was given keys and told that the van was parked across the street. After returning to the office twice to tell them that is want in the lot, I was sent out a third time. I found another employee that worked outside. He was VERY reluctant to help but called someone and found out the van was parked in the lot beside the building. Mean while my family is standing at the port of Miami with all the luggage for over 2 hours.I’ve rented from Avis and Budget for years with minimal to no troubles, but this time was the absolute worse. A can’t help but to believe it is the location that was the problem and not the company. I had to call corporate Budget to get my fuel refunded but still trying to get ahold of the office to fix my “promised rate” for my second rental.

Do not use this location on a Saturday for a cruise ship drop-off or pickup...youve been forewarned. 1/2 day of standing on the sidewalk is not my idea of vacation time used wisely. Walk, Uber or bus to the airport it will be less stressful. Crawling on your hands and knees will be less stressful.

⚠️ THEY ROBBING YOU WITHOUT YOU EVEN REALIZING!!!!! ⚠️I was told my car rental was going to be $175 flat rate plus taxes now I’m being charged $668.54 for 9 days of car rental. I’m being charge Ridiculous fees that are worth more than the car rental itself. When I called in the request a refund the supervisor and costumer service rep were rude, unprofessional, and extremely unhelpful. At the end they only wanted to refund me $60 dollars. (Would not even rate a 1 star)This was the worst Budget rental experience I have ever had. We waited at Miami port trying to flag down the Budget shuttle, traveling around in circles at the port picking up more travelers and also dropping people off at the other ports to board. Then we finally arrived at the Budget office waiting outside in the heat for over two and a half hours (an hour until closing at 2p). Very little office staff (two), we figured getting off the ship around 10am, taking a shuttle to the rental office would give us plenty of time to get to our flight around 5 in Fort Lauderdale, this was NOT the case. We now have to hurry to the airport, wasting our entire day.I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUDGET LOCATION, choose option B.

Terrible service, go with a higher ratings company. I always decline the insurances (credit card covers it) and so on they offer and I would ask for other things such as the e-toll by day, and they put the unwanted insurances and make different toll plans. Lousy, lousy lousy. It was the best rate I found but in the end I would rather have rented with National/Enterprise or Hertz which are the ones I used before and never gave me a headache. I would pay just the same. Second time with Budget, second time with problems.

If I could give them a zero I would. We chose this location because it was close to the Miami port. We waited for almost 2 hours for the shuttle to come after getting back from a cruise, then there wasn’t enough room for my family, the driver was also extremely rude (we ordered a Lyft). We get to Budget only to learn they didn’t have the van that we ordered, they gave us a Ford Flex & said it was the only thing they had that was similar. After waiting in that mess for an hour we took it because we just wanted to get out of there. Our luggage didn’t really fit but we made it work.You could tell they were extremely disorganized & there were a lot of unhappy customers. Lesson learned, if you’re reading this trying to make a choice DON’T CHOOSE THIS LOCATION. Hopefully this saves someone from making the same mistake we did.

One of the closest car rentals to the Port of Miami. 10-15 min. ride with a free shuttle from the port. The facility could use a little clean up, does not really look attractive from outside, as well as inside. Our car was not ready upon arrival had to wait for about 30 min. for it to be cleaned. However, were pleasently surprised to get a brand new car! Call first to make sure your car is ready, otherwise you might get stuck in the long line.

Good way to get to a cruise. We rented a car and drove here, then took the free shuttle to the cruise port. The rental return is right downtown, so there is traffic to get there, and on Sunday at noon we had to wait about 20 minutes to get the shuttle, but it was a quick ride, and the employees were helpful, professional, and friendly

He immediately made arrangements for us although the guy we cut in front of reservation was not too happy. I really appreciate the humanity they showed us that morning in such a scary situation.

They don’t give you car if you book same day saying they don’t have cars. They even try to overcharge you if you agree upon taking car. Never ever book luxury or premium cars here because they will give you least economy car for a premium price. Must avoid this place. I had to face lots of trouble with this location. They wait for other bookings to show up even when you are present.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Avoid this Budget location at all costs. I was scheduled for a cruise out of the Port of Miami on January 28, 2018. I booked a car rental with Budget from Orlando to Miami. Budget told me to return the car to this location in Miami and that there would be a free shuttle service from this location to the port of Miami for my cruise. However, on the day of the return, there was a marathon in downtown Miami. I could not even get access to this location despite driving around in crazy, bumper-to-bumper traffic for over an hour. I parked the car on the side of the road with the permission of a police officer and walked 1 mile to this location. At the suggestion of the police officer, I asked the Budget representative at this location to pick up the car after the Marathon. He was completely unwilling to do so and was totally unsympathetic even though I could not get to him and was in danger of missing my cruise. This was his stubborn position even though he had two employees just standing in the parking lot next to the office building just talking and doing nothing. When I pointed this out, he said that it was the customer’s responsibility no matter what to return the car to this location. I have a video of this exchange. The guy was a real ass. I ended up returning the car to Budget at the Miami Airport, and then taking a cab from the airport to the port of Miami. I arrived just 18 minutes before the terminal doors were closed. It was extremely stressful and Budget didn’t give a rip about the problem they had caused. To add insult to injury, Budget also charged me for delivering the vehicle to a different location than was originally selected. I had to call Budget to get this additional charge removed, but Budget was unwilling to do anything else, including reimburse me for the $27 cab ride from the Miami airport to the port of Miami. Totally sick. I will not use Budget again.

DO NOT USE THIS BUDGET!!!!! We waited over an hour at the cruise port, watching the other rental companies large buses come and go. When the driver finally showed up he had a small van and there were +35 people waiting with luggage. We had been at the front, waiting the longest, and were the first on the van. Then a large family, who had been at the back of the crowd, walked up to the driver and handed him cash. He told us and everyone else who had loaded into the van that they would have to get out, he then loaded the family that had paid and refused to take any other passengers. I asked him why he was only taking one family, that had not even been in line for the shuttle. The driver then became very aggressive and said he wasn’t taking anyone else because he didn’t have to. I asked him for his name and he became more hostile and said he wouldn’t give It to me. I took his photo to identify him and he became irate. He ended up departing with the one paying family, leaving everyone else on the curb. We cancelled our reservation and booked with another company. WORST RENTAL CAR SHUTTLE SERVICE EVER. Just wanted a ride to the rental center and ended up with a shady shuttle driver who only took people who paid him upfront and wanted to fight when called out. I use rentals a lot for work and leisure travel, but I will never use Budget again!

Do not.. I repeat do not use this location. We reserved a car 2 months ahead of time. Get to the Miami cruise port and wait for over an hour and a half (along with half the cruise ship passengers) for the shuttle ( a large mini van that holds 11 people!) To pass us all by several times. I got sick of waiting for them to go by and wave at us in the hot sun.. So we decided to took an uber. We get to the location where its packed and we finally get the car. Well we were supposed to have a car.. Instead we get a huge 8 passenger van that was not clean and had the seats all filled down.. with half a tank of gas. Yes. Didnt have enough money to cover the $200 hold that is placed on credit card for car rentals because previous hold from hotel stay 5days earlier still had not been released by bank. Budget was kind enough to work with us and placed hold for a lesser amount so we could rent car. We were so appreciative of them working with us and highly recommend Budget rental car and will use them again in the future.#BUDGET CAR RENTAL ROCKS!

Place is soooooooo busy. Wait time is an hour plus even with reservations. Port fees are charged due to the location. A shuttle to the port is offered but not worth the wait. Too many families with boat loads of luggage. Line is always out there door. One customer had reservations for a sedan and was given a 15 pack van due to availability. Select a different place if you can.

I just wanted to chime in that contrary to many negative reviews, I had no issues and was pleasantly surprised by the customer service. I jumped off a cruise and arrived to a slight line, but nothing overwhelming. The gentleman who helped me was the manager and he was very pleasant. I reserved a mustang convertible and he politely informed me that there was a nationwide recall and he was not able to provide me the car (the hose to the oil pan dislodges and drains all oil resulting in a blown engine). A proactive call would have been nice, but that is why it wasnt five stars. However, he without any prompting offered me a very well equipped Volvo SUV at the same cost. This car retails for double what the mustang does, and with the moonroof, leather seats, and complimentary navigation, it provided a very comfortable drive. There was no hidden costs and no surprises.I refuse to discount any of the challenges other people have had, but it would appear that they are working on the problem. They certainly offered the best price by over $100 as well.

Had a reservation months in advance but when we got there they had no cars. hundreds of people were waiting in the parking lot for over 2 hours! We waited over an hour at the port of miami for the shuttle. I will NEVER use them again - horrible!

This place is very very busy. Do not go here if you are in a hurry. We waited in line for over an hour and then we did not get a car to rent because they ran out of cars when I had a reservation. We finally got a car but we were there for almost 2 hours. The employees are very nice, it is just a long wait. My husband waited outside because it is a small building and got a sunburn... that is how long we were waiting.

Had to load my own bags into the cruise port shuttle - the van was at capacity with children and elderly, yet the driver still drove so quickly the electronic speed limit signs entering the tunnel to the port did not display our speed. In the short trip, there was at least one emergency brake application. Driver then demanded a $5 tip.

Horrible service!! I couldnt believe my eyes when the transport van picked us up from the Port of Miami, it was pouring down rain, and he didnt even try to help us put our luggage on the van!! Then, when he dropped us off at the store in downtown Miami, he threw our luggage out of the van into the pouring rain! It was completely drenched. We hurried to get it under the cover, all the while he was starring me in my eye and then shoot his head. I assumed he was waiting for a tip!!! Hell no!! He does not deserve one!!!At the store, they were pretty quick, considering they had a lot of people in the lobby. The paperwork was completed and then they sent us on our way!! It has been my experience, when I have rented a car in the past, to do a walk around with the staff and document any blemishes. Not here! We did call him out to look at a mark. He documented it. Its a shame that we had to complete the job for two employees. I wont use Budget again!

Cars were clean, the people were nice, the shuttles youll wait on for hours so take an Uber if youd like to make it to the ship. Also its listed as Fast Break but trust me, theres no fast break service. You wait for a long time to get your cars, but the return was actually rather quick.

We were in and out in 15m without any hassle and the guy behind the counter was very helpful and pleasant. I dont understand the negative reviews at all. Maybe theyre under new ownership or something. My only complaint (and the reason for knocking off a star) is the shuttle driver demanded a tip. Very unprofessional on his part. But the staff at the actual location were great.

The issue with this location is probably from the higher ups rather than the employees; mostly understaffed. Looks like they dont have the resources to accommodate the influx of tourists that come in the weekends. My experiences renting during the week is different than renting in the weekend. Rent at your own discretion.

Small, crowded cruise port pickup with a van that only carries about 10 people at a time from a port unloading 6,000 passengers off a ship. They seemed to have the smallest of all the pickup vehicles. Upon arrival at the small, dimly lit, overcrowded office, there was one agent working behind the counter for 10+ people in line. The SUV I rented was dirty and not cleaned before pickup, sand was everywhere. I also was charged an EXTRA $10 PORT FEE. This was not mentioned anywhere prior to pickup. Upon drop-off of car, I was charged a $15.99 refueling fee which I should not have been because I refueled prior to drop-off. I disputed the charge with Budgets 800 number and had it removed, though I cant help but wonder how many others had been fraudulently charged like I was. Next time, Ill try another car rental, I suggest you do the same.

This place is a scam....... do not rent here... they take peoples money for the prepayment and then when you arrive they dont have enough cars for the reservations. They make you wait till people return them. We waited 2 hours and then I called corporate and got my money refunded. Took a taxi to the airport and it was totally worth the 75 dollars to not have my 2 year old waiting in the hot sun any longer for people that dont have a clue on the rental car business.

Great for drop off ... awful for pickup after a cruise. Waited outside the ship for 30 minutes for a shuttle, when it showed there wasnt even enough room for everyone. Had to take a $20 taxi. Then when we got there there was no fast break line even though they advertise it on the reservation. Had to wait in line for 75 minutes because they only had two people working the counter ... even though the reservation was already prepaid. Wont be back Budget.

Surly, unsympathetic staff.Completely different car to the one booked months in advance. An hour and a half late also... We dont have any cars, just mini vans. Whats the point of advance booking a car from a car rental company if they are not going to have ANY cars?The car was also defective, with steering that pulled to the right at all times.What a useless shower of incompetence.

My experience with Budget was a total disaster. Even though I had a reservation I had to wait 5 hours to get a vehicle, and the only solution I got was to wait and see if someone returned a car like the one I reserved. Everyone I talked to was very incompetent. I guess you get what you pay for.

DO NOT RENT AFTER A CRUISE! The wait to get on the shuttle and then another long wait at the curbside of 2 hours plus, with no room, just to talk to an agent. I recommend take a lyft to Miami airport from the cruise to rent a car. Wish I would have read these reviews.

Dont do this mistake! This is a tiny place that cannot handle the capacity of reservations. Huge lines! The promised shuttle from the port didnt stop at all (4 passed us full) so we had to take an Uber to get here. Awful experience, especially with kids.

Terrible experience! I rented a moving truck, when picking it up I questioned what were the keys I needed and they handed me 2 keys, the representative told me those where the only 2 keys I needed. Once I get to the apartment building I needed to move from I noticed a heavy duty uhaul master disc lock. I called the location where I had picked the truck up from and told them the situation and they told me to wait as they needed to contact the last tuck renters for the key! After 30 minutes waiting, the representative advised to break they lock, because even if I returned the truck they will not be able to open it, oh and the most beautiful part of this situation was that the representative said “brake the lock, do not worry we will not charge you for doing so”. As if I was expected to pay for their lack of inspection! Long story short after 2 1/2 hours, different hammers and lock cutters I was able to find a man to break the lock using an electric saw! Obviously I had to financially compensate the man for his time and help (not covered by Budget). I also received a violation from the building I was moving from due to me going over the scheduled service elevator time. After all of this nightmare I was able to contact Budget’s customer service department and they initially offered me a $20 discount! Yes $20! I found it insulting. Just suming everything up, the customer service department made me aware that the location where I rented from was obligationed to have send someone to me to help me with the lock, something they never even offered. It was much easier to throw the ball on my court.

Would give 0 stars if possible.Reserved in advance with times to have a car the Friday morning our cruise returned.We waited for 40 minutes (with some other disgruntled families) for the rental van to pick us up from the dock, and watched while other rental service vans and buses zipped by.After the short drive, we were subject to a VERY long line to the front desk (only staffed by 2 people!)...and a subsequent 1 to 1.5 hour wait for a car wed rented from early morning onward. Excuse me?Weve been waiting for 2 hours now, which is what prompted me to write and post this review.FIND A RENTAL SERVICE ELSEWHERE. YOU WILL WAIT HOURS FOR A CAR.
