My go to for rental car services. Good rates and they work with you. Earning points for free days is cool. My tire light came on after getting on the road and being in Miami I didn’t know where to go to put air in. Good thing the tire stayed good. When I took it back, they gave me a discount because of the tire issue. I respect that. They have my continued business.

I recently rented a vehicle from Enterprise which I picked up at the Miami Airport. The check in and check out process was extremely fast and the employees I interacted with were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend renting a car from them. The only struggle is finding your way back to the rental car return center. Make sure you leave yourself plenty of time to miss a turn and do the airport loop again!

Enterprise always treats me well. I almost gave four stars, as the wait to actually get my car was a bit long, but their overall service is just to good.I sometimes rent when taking a longer road trips. Maybe for some extra space, or maybe just for something different.They make it so easy, and hassle free, I sometimes get a car for the day, or weekend, just for a change of pace.After our trip to Florida, I am certain my girlfriend will use Enterprise from now on. She was surprised by the service they provided.I should mention, after the longer wait in Miami, they offered me an upgrade, but I needed the extra space I had. They did offer though, and it was appreciated.

They gave us a car that was much better than what we booked and they gave us discounts that made it much better. The process was so fast and their staff are all incredibly helpful. Overall I had a great experience with Enterprise! I hope they never let me down because anytime I travel in the future I’m using them!! Affordable prices, respectful and kind agents on the phone and on site. Only thing I didn’t like is the long hold time for customer service. Besides that, thank you Enterprise!

Rented a car from this location for 3 days. Nothing but professionalism. The staff are very friendly and attentive. No-one trys to force you to buy any extras. Everything was straightforward with them, no surprise charges like other rental companies do. Overall, Im very happy to be a loyal enterprise customer. Will definitely use their services again.

We rented a convertible car for my husbands 30th birthday. The car was great and the staff were super helpful and nice! The check-in process was fast. Once we arrived to the pickup the gentleman was waiting to escort us to the car and gave us a tutorial of the vehicle! We had an issue with the top not coming back up but the representative resolved the issue in a timely manner and as soon as we arrived back to pickup there was another convertible waiting on us! Thank you so much Enterprise for your making our trip to Miami amazing!! We will not use another rental provider!

I have rented from Enterprise for over 20 years from various locations and Miami is right up there with smooth experience. I arrived walked right up gave my credit card, license and picked out the car in less than 10 mins. Fast, easy and very nice people. Go here and of course rent from Enterprise. Trust me, do not go with off brand car rental companies, its a horrible experience. Companies like Enterprise know how to take care of people.

Prepare to wait 2 hours in a parking lot even if you have a reservation! Of course they hide the line in the basement so that you don’t see it when you’re checking in at the counter and you can only see it AFTER you have already paid and can’t switch to a different company! What a scam.

When we got to the airport and counted our bags we realized we were going to need a bigger car than what had been reserved. The desk attendant was very helpful and helped us upgrade. Once we walked downstairs to pick it up the attendant in the garage said we should have something bigger than what had just been reserved. He upgraded us again. The only issue I would suggest is have all attendants on the same page as far as knowing what space a person will need when booking a rental. Other than that; fantastic service and quick drop off.

We travel at least 4 times a year and rent a car from airport. Enterprise has been perfect 100% of the time. There have been several bad experiences with other companies which makes Enterprise our go to for the past several years. Fast, clean, reliable, affordable and an easy pick up and return process!

The rental didnt start out the greatest. Checking in was flawless; however, the first car shown had a strong smoky smell, so we were given a free upgrade. The vehicle upgraded to was impressive until we drove it for awhile. Nothing physically wrong with the car, but I was not impressed. The service we received was top notch even when I had to call and advise of something overlooked when we were looking over the vehicle. With that said this will not alter my decision or opinion about renting from Enterprise in the future.

We flew in to Miami and I had rented a compact car to drive from Miami to the Keys. The counter staff were friendly and efficient less than 15 minutes. They upgraded us to a convertible for free...we were happy! I would definitely use them again! They didnt pressure is into getting extra insurances either...no hidden surprises. If I had one issue/complaint its that the car could have been a little cleaner....windows were dirty on the inside...but it was a minor thing... Overall great experience!

It was extremely hard to find my confirmation number on other enterprise locations so made it extremely hard to drop off vehicle and add days to keep vehicleTheir was really no other cars available for days to upgrade and a lot of representatives didn’t share proper information with myself about the billAll in all my experience this time with enterprise was not a good one but at the end a manager refunded my 120 dollars for all my troublesEven though I could not make up the hours I lost fulling around with enterprises reps and the lost of time being on a vacation it is always good to save money!Even though I love going through enterprise I will try other car rentals☹️

I have always rented from Enterprise and had no problems. This as we know things happen and really how it is handled is what counts. We had a shredded flat tire in poring rain in the Florida Keys on US 1 on a Saturday evening. I had not taken roadside assistance but I was able to put the run flat spare on and make it back to the hotel. I got right in with Enterprise and told of the only Enterprise location within fifty miles that was fortunately open on Sunday and they would call the location so my arrival would be expected and I could just exchange cars. When I arrived at the location in Homestead, the desk person said there was nothing in my file and they did not have a vehicle I could switch to. I asked if they would at least change the tire and put a regular tire on replacing the run flat spare. No, but they had a contract with Tire Kingdom for that which I could go to up the road five miles. When I got there, they didn’t have the right tire but would call around their other locations. Luckily unlike Enterprise they were normally open on Sundays. They confirmed they had one tire in my size. This location was another five miles “up the road”. I got there, the tire was there but it would take about two hours to put the new tire on because they had to get Enterprises authorization. The whole process took over 7 hours including drive time which wasted a whole day. The whole process could have been expedited which a little more planning, effort and follow through from the first person at Enterprise that I contacted. As I initially said, things happen it’s how they are handled that matters. When I dropped the car off at MIA the next day, I told the check in person about the flat tire and he immediately reduce my bill fifty dollars. The bottom line here is I give the details here so maybe Enterprise will review their process .

Great rental experience. Was our first time renting a car so wasnt sure what to expect. It was easy and $40 cheaper at the counter than it wouldve been had I reserved ahead of time! And then, our vehicle (Hyundai Elantra or equivalent) wasnt ready in time, so we got a free upgrade to a 2020 Toyota Rav 4. Was kinda worried about gas mileage, but it was excellent!! Very pleased!

Staff were very helpful and worked hard to satisfy. When needing to change elements of reservation I was able to easily extend contract with one call. Car was a bit older and without more modern elements such as a USB charger but overall, for price, was happy with selection.

I needed a very specific vehicle for my vacation and he was able to accommodate me despite there being a shortage of inventory. I ended up with a better vehicle tha. expected. I had a horrible experience at another enterprise location and they sent me to the airport where these guys understood the issues and were creative in making sure I wouldn’t change companies as I almost did on the spot. I’ve spent more than 4K in 2 months on cars with enterprise and they saw all the issue I went through so at their location, they upgraded me and allowed meTo bring in my prior car without charging me to makeup for the other branches screw up. Rented a rental car for vacation from a competitor and prepaid. Got to vacation spot and they would not let me take the car because I do not have a major credit card. Went to Enterprise and they had no problem with me renting the car. It was a little more money however the earned a forever customer because I would have been out two excursions that I would not have got my money back for. Very easy process.

All transactions at the Miami Airport were fast from check-in to the return. Selection of mini vans was very good in relation to recent industry shortages. Vehicle was clean, full tank and the rates were very competative. A surprise was that there was no walk around to ID any scratches, etc. Noted that this was filled in on initial paper work aparentlyto Enterprises satisfaction. Recommend Enterprise Rent-A-Car highly.

When we got to the area to pick up the rental car, it wasn’t on site and and an employee had to go get it from where they keep the rest of their cars. Since we had been waiting a while the manager didn’t want us waiting much longer so he put us in an suv instead that was on site. Which was a better vehicle than we were expecting! The customer service was great at the Miami airport location, would definitely recommend!

My SUV at Enterprise was the cleanest vehicle I have ever rented. You can tell this company actually makes an effort to clean and sanitize their vehicles before you pick them up. A small package of Clorox wipes that was provided was a nice touch as well. The young lady at the desk was very nice and efficient despite the fact that she was working alone that day. Once I went downstairs to pick up my vehicle the gentleman that attended me was courteous and went through every part of the SUV to make sure all dents and scratches were accounted for. Id pay the few extra dollars for this type of service any day of the week!

Enterprise Miami International Airport hit it out of the park from the minute I got to the rental center to when I brought the car back. Every employee we interacted with was kind and courteous. Other rental agencies had long lines of people waiting while Enterprise expedited each customer quickly. We had 7-8 customers in front of us and the two girls working the counter got though everyone and had us on our way within minutes. Everyone downstairs was eager to make sure we were taken care of and we had our car and were on our way again within minutes. WELL DONE!!

In April of this year, I rented a car from Enterprise for an upcoming July family vacation. I arranged a pick-up for July 17 at the Fort Meyers Lake Drive car rental location. Before arriving, I was supposed to receive a Ready Pass check-in. I never received that notice. We spent the night at the Hampton Inn, Fort Meyers Beach, FL with hopes of continuing on to Sanibel Island. In the morning when I asked for transportation to the Enterprise location, they informed me that location had permanently closed. They offered another location, but we discovered that location had also closed. A taxi driver kindly recommended I try to rent a car at RSW Airport instead of paying money to drive all over Fort Meyers Beach hoping to find an open Enterprise location. All this would have been avoided if Enterprise had merely sent me an email notifying me of these closures. Instead, Enterprise left my family without a car to continue our vacation and stranded us without any advice. After several hours of research, I finally was able to secure a car with Hertz/Thrifty car rentals. They were extremely understanding and solved a very distressing issue. Needless to say, I will NEVER deal with Enterprise again, and recommend no one else does!

Checking in at Miami airport was a hassle and we waited forever! However, we rented a car on June 4. When we finally got checked in and walked out to the car lot, there was a gentleman waiting for us and I wish I could remember his name. He was extremely friendly and asked us if we liked the colorred. We said yes and he pointed to our rental which was a red convertible mustang! We were in shock! We had so much fun driving that car in the Florida Keys! We started our trip in Key Largo and ended up in Key West. I have used Enterprise in the past, and the employees in the car lot are always so friendly.

Booking was a breeze, however it took over 2--1/2 hours to check-in to get my vehicle at MIA airport. Only 2 kiosks, which were both out of order and ONLY 1 representative working the window with 100s of people in line. After about an hour of waiting in line, a second rep came and manned a window which helped the line mover faster. Terrible process and no one addressed those of us waiting to apologize or inform us as to why the wait was so long.After getting my car, the rep was very friendly and informative. Same with return...very friendly and answered all questions we had.

I only rent with Enterprise. At the Airport you will see long lines at other rental companies and I think, why are people doing that? maybe to save 20.00? Not worth it! Enterprises in Miami had me out and on my way quickly. I was one hour late, so my car had been given away and they happily upgraded me to a minivan that I loved. Great experience.

I made the mistake of not registering that my rental return was not Miami but Fort Lauderdale. While the associate at the desk expressed Enterprise Policy and the possibilities available via the website. We were told by the dispatch manager this was not possible and expensive. While I am not a fan of the Miami Airport location, there must be more flexibility granted to me as a consistent customer.

Poor customer service. Elderly couple in front of us who couldn’t remember general information. Cashier kept rolling her eyes. We Arrived to Miami at 11pm, the person working was very rude and demanding. Didn’t explain the process of an additional hold, nor did the reservation process. Got more distraught when I could not find the hotel information fast enough or airline confirmation. Would highly recommend customer service improvement.

I had been renting with them for over 10 years in different countries. They used to be very good but lately we had disappointments on two different occasions within 2 weeks of two different rental agreements.1. Minor issue to me although not expected from one of the top companies in the business.2. Major issue with the rented car. The car had weed smell which became intense due to harsh hot weather. There was no washer liquid for the vipers, the dashboard kept giving low air pressure warning and finally the brakes were weak.With all that, I tried to get this car swapped with regional enterprise locations but they were of not help, kept bouncing me back and forth between different branches, promised me to call back but never did and finally never resolved my issue.I will never use them again and will never recommend to 100s of my colleagues who travel on a regular basis to USA.

Our experience at the Enterprise at the Miami airport was not a good one. We waited in line for over an hour at the reservation desk. There were only 2 people helping at the counter and both self serve kiosks were not operating.The gentleman who helped us was pleasant, under the circumstances.When we got to our rental, we noted that the gas tank was on 7/8 of a tank. The car was very dirty inside and out. My daughter found a half eaten sandwich under the front seat. The car also had a rough idle. Overall not happy.

We flew into Miami on July 9th and arrived at 6:30pm. We had booked our SUV months in advance. That did not matter. We waited hours for one. We kept being told it wouldn’t be much longer. Around 10:00pm, they could see we were losing patience. Thank God for Alfredo. He stayed past his shift to help find us a car. My aggravation is not with the staff, but the company. The staff have no control over what the company rents out. The fact is, the company rents out automobiles that they know aren’t available with total disregard for the customers, not to mention that they put their employees in a difficult situation. The car we received was great, because Alfredo made sure it was. His customer service is why I am giving 3 stars.

Honestly, first time I am/was disappointed with Enterprise. At check in, I was asked for my ID and address and contact was verified. I dont recall that the price per day was verified, but no big deal...never had an issue. Check in complete and I proceed to get my rental. The car was by far the worst rental car that I have ever gotten for the price. I was just about to pay $87+ a day for this?! Not worth the price...dented & worn. To be clear the staff was courteous and helpful. the problem was the product was NOT worth the price.

Unfortunately, my last experience with enterprise car rental at the miami airport was the worst ever. after i checked in inside the car rental center the the wait for a vehicle was more than 40minutes.. this was due to the lack of vehicles that were clean and ready to be rented.. This was the first time i have ever been in a line to pick up a vehicle. i was moving my son in at the university and had to settle for a 2 door dodge charger. (just not practical for us )...this trip...

The car was very clean, very economical, and fun to drive. The agents behind the counter and in the parking area were very helpful and caring individuals. The only problem we had was when we returned the car at the Miami Airport, we had a hard time finding the rental car return area. It wasnt marked well, at all. Very disappointed. Several issues with truck rental. Customer of many years and I am no longer an enterprise fan. When multiple managers opt for inconvenience the customer as opposed to taking initiative of a policy existent at all branches but at airport- its time to take our business elsewhere. Where the customers reasonable and within the policy needs are whats important.

While my car was being repaired at Braman Honda, They co-ordinated with Enterprise here in Miami, Bird Road and sent a driver to pick me up and take me to an awaiting rental. Alex was very efficient and involved in obtaining a rental vehicle for me and off I went. Returned vehicle three days later to Braman Honda where I picked up my car and left the rental to be picked up later. All went smoothly and all goals accomplished. Thank you, Bonnie Watts.

I also like the convenience of your locations. I like I can reserve online and pretty much customize my order at home. When I chose to travel by car Enterprise will be the cars I choose to drive.

RENTER BEWARE!! Make sure your getting what you paid for!! I flew in Miami on 1/3/21. Very busy day. After waiting for almost an hour in the garage to get a SUV, they pulled one up and said here is your car as they rushed to get to the next person in line. I left and realized the next day they gave me the wrong class of SUV. I reserved and was charged for a standard and they gave me a intermediate. At that time, a price difference was over $70. I called to have this corrected and was told that because the rental was still active, nothing can be done. I was told to have it adjusted when I return it. When I returned it in Tampa, they told me they cant change it because I didnt pick it up from there. Tampa person told me that Enterprise would call me to have it adjusted. So after waiting a month for them to call me, I called again. The rep told that yes, she can see that I didnt get the right class of car. After waiting a long time for her to figure the difference in price, she tells me there is a $9 difference. I told her that is bulls**t! I know the prices fluctuate on rentals like the stock market and that today there maybe a $9 difference but when I rented it, it was over $70. I had to yell at the rep that it wasnt $9. I wouldnt waste all this time for $9. She eventually came back and said that the most she could do was a flat $70 and if I wanted to fight for the full amount, she would send it back to the Miami office, they will back track the price that day , and reach out to me in a couple of days. I laughed and said I will take the $70 to not deal with promises of return calls.I have always rented from Enterprise and probably will. It just pisses me off that it is taking all this work to recover from their negligence and recoup some of what is owed me. Such a shame.

The worst experience ever! If I had an option to go somewhere else, I wouldve done it. (Fleet Vehicle)I went to the first Enterprise in Miami (36 ST NW 29 Ave) at 4 pm. My company made and confirm reservation. They were supposed to have a truck ready for me at 3 pm, and of course, they overbooked everything. At least the manager was sweet enough, to be honest with me.Next, the airport was a totally different story. I went up to the customer service representative, and she was rude. I explain the problem I had with the first enterprise, and she didnt even show any concern. I had to have my company representative speak to them. That did nothing. We tried again for the second time, and nothing. The third time my company representative had to communicate with their corporate office. After that I finally saw a manager. Then I went to the manager he treated me like he was doing me a favor. He said, We dont do any fleet rentals at the airport, and he needs to get approval to rent it to me, and he was doing me a favor. I thought all Enterprise are the same and customer service excellence would be throughout the company values regardless of any circumstances.The favor I got is a very smelly truck and an attitude from everyone at the airport enterprise at 7 pm. - I lost 3 hours of work.The staff is very unprofessional. - It cost nothing to be nice to customers.I plan to stay away from this place for the next century and warn everyone in my company of the Enterprise Disaster.

The wait at Miami International Airport for the Premium Luxury SUV was over 45 minutes to be brought around to the Departure Area was to long. The Staff tried there best to accommodate the inconvenience,but They couldnt figure out why it was taking so long. Other than that, My Experiences with Enterprise Rentals has Always been a Great One!

Miami International Airport Enterprise staff were rude. We booked a Tahoe or Similar as it is advertised as being able to accommodate 5 passengers and 3 suitcases. Upon arrival a Nissan Armada was presented. Not even 2 suitcases would fit. We asked for an alternate vehicle, and were basically told pay additional $1200 on top of the $670 or leave. Currently re-evaluating our future rental car needs. Enterprise is no longer the quality company they once were.

I’m very disappointed in my experience with Enterprise located in Miami Airport. Not only was my card charged $500 and then stated that my transaction was “declined”, the service was horrible. I have never experienced this type of service at any other Enterprise. It was a very busy weekend and my friends and I were left carless due to a mistake ENTERPRISE made. They did not try to accommodate me at ALL and I was treated unfairly. It has been 5 days and the $500 that was “declined” has yet to be returned to my account. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. Spend your money with people value you and your money.

I rented a Ford Mustang Convertible at Miami Airport Enterprise to drive to the keys. The top was down when we first saw the car and still down when we left to go to dinner in Miami. When we put the top up we realized that the back windows did not go up all the way to meet the front windows. There was a 3 inch gap! I drove back to Enterprise and they told me that all of the Mustangs have that issue. They told me I had to physically pull the windows into place. So that is what we did for the week. I wish they had informed us of that before we left the first time.Also, Enterprise called me to confirm what car I rented and what my license plate was. So odd. It appears that they had no idea.One suggestion Enterprise. It would be helpful to have a well lit area when returning the car. It would make it so much easier to gather all of our belongings.

Horrible they are running a scam in marathon Florida. The location has limited hours. Always get charged for an extra day when it’s required to drop keys in drop box. Waste of my time and takes months of arguing to correct. Keys are dropped in drop box. Employee gets keys next day and they charge till employee check s in car. Happened several times. Huge scam. Last time it happened I went to enterprise in marathon for them to correct and he notified me it has to be correct through corporate

Recently booked a compact car at Miami International Airport. Arrived and didn’t have to wait terribly long to check in. Then proceeded to the garage and discovered there weren’t any compact cars available. They said we could have the next available vehicle regardless of what it was as it was being cleaned. Turned out it was a BMW X3 at no extra charge. Couldn’t have been happier! Very nice manager in training we dealt with as well!!

Booked a 15 passenger van out of Miami International Airport at a decent price despite current rental price gauging that seems to be frequently happening these days. The issues I ran into were the van I got was a box looking Chevy 15 passenger van that was not in good condition. I was hoping for a Nissan or better model based on the pics online when booking. Van had clearly not been taken care of inside and smelled. Rattled when you would hit bumps. Was pushed by the agent at the facility the get their insurance because they swore that my insurance company would not cover me because I did not drive a commercial vehicle back home. Well. I took their insurance to be safe but when I called my provider they said I had liability coverage no problem and would be covered for property damage as long as the people on board did not outweigh the vans weight capacity and in fact they didnt based on the specs I pulled on the van. All in all the van got the job done but things could have been much better.

Do not rent from this location! I see most of the current reviews are negitive. This should be a red flag to corporate - hope so - they know who this rude person is. The man that works there is very unfriendly!! Plus he doesnt answer the phone - I called & waited for 13 minutes listening to the same commercial over & over only to be told after 13 minutes - no one can answer my call - call back, then call ends. So I called corporate & got a car in Miami - 45 minutes from home - only to be told, I dont have a reservation for you. So I give him the confirmation number and low and behold he finds my reservation. Then he tells me he doesnt have a car to come back later that afternoon and he probably will have one. No apology - no nothing - the inconvenience he caused just didnt bother him at all! And dont bother to tell me to email your care address - already have done that.

Alamo rental is excellent. I got an almost brand new Chrysler 4wd minivan. Very nice interior. But driver assisted software is annoying. It beeped a lot for no reason. My wife iphone was connected to the van and every time she worked with IM, the screen changed and I lost navigation temporarily.

I flew into the Miami airport around 9:00 pm on a Wednesday. There was a long line to check in and only two individual were at the counter to assist. Once it was my turn, I asked if I could apply my points to obtain the car and I was told that I had to call and do that in advanced. However, I did call the customer service number in advanced, and I was told that I would have to wait until I got to the location because the car I was requesting to rent was not showing up on their end. Therefore, I was unable to use my point.The lady who was assisting me at the Miami airport informed me that in addition to the fee for the vehicle that I would have a hold for $400 on my card. I questioned this because I’ve rented cars and it is usually a $200 hold. She informed me that the policy changed and they now do a $400 hold. I agreed and proceeded because at this point it was late and I was unlikely to get a car elsewhere. I get to the deck to obtain the car and there is confusion about which car I was renting. Apparently upstairs they entered in the information incorrectly. I showed my reservation and they begin helping other people while they “figured it out.”I was told that because I had a Florida driver’s license they could not upgrade the car to a luxury vehicle, even though there were two SVUs parked close by. Finally the bring around a vehicle and the SUV was dirty and there were several lights on indicating issues with the car. I proceed to talk to the manager and he points to another car and directs me to check that one. Enterprise staff should be ensuring the cars are up to par, not the customers, but again it was late so I proceeded to check the car. There were crumbs and spills that were very visible. I asked if he could at minimum have someone wipe the car down and he indicated the car just was sanitized. The car may have been sanitized but it was not clean. I could point to areas of the car that were visibly dirty. He complained and wiped portions of the inside.I signed the contract which was on an electronic device. I like to read the document because I do not want to have issues. The staff does, however, scroll to the bottom of the document and rattle off some information and tell you to sign. I had to scroll back to the top of the document to read it and the staff are rushing through this process. It is in my nature as an attorney not to just sign the documents, especially when I am being told the policy changed.. The documents indicated I was being charged a $400 hold. This information was in bold and red on the contract. There was no other information about charges (other than the car and damages waiver) communicated at that time.The next morning, I realize the company charged my card with an additional $609 instead of $400. As I was concerned and confused I called the customer service number and inquired about this. I was told that they must have applied two hold charges to my card, which was not the policy. I was forwarded to the district manager who immediately acted as if I was inconveniencing him by inquiring about the extra fees. I was informed at that time that I was charged a 20% fee and $400 because I have a Florida drivers license. He indicated that it was a part of a “fraud policy.” However, having staff tell customers one thing and taking another amount of money is fraud and theft. Also, I was flying in and out of the Miami airport from the Atlanta airport and I do not reside in or near Miami.The district manager Nicholas had a nonchalant attitude about the fact that I was not informed. At this point, I had the car so there really was not much more I could do. I have lived in Florida for 7 years and rented cars in Florida and other states over the course of that time through enterprise. Never have I ever been charged an additional fee for having a state license. Further, having staff who either are ill informed or purposely spreading false information and a manager who is supporting this behavior is negligent, unconscionable, and bad business practices. This was a horrible experience.

Quick and simple process! Probably one of the best experiences Ive had with a car rental! The staff were all very friendly and happy to help. The rental was ready and waiting for us once we got to the garage. From initial check-in to leaving the garage took no more than 15 minutes! Fantastic service. I would definitely recommend!

Not impressed!!!!! I’ve been a loyalty member for years. Reservation Confirmed 72hrs prior. Flight landed. Checked in at the enterprise kiosk. Verified DL’s. Made payment via credit card. And made my way downstairs to the parking garage, where the line was over 1.5 hrs wait time to pick up a vehicle. Not to mention. The temperature was very hot.I feel we should have been offered some type of upgrade. Every other location has its logistical team together. Management please address this. The team members were professional.I’m disappointed with the Enterprises experience today.

Correction, zero stars. Right off the bat, the individual at the counter was rude and had a terrible attitude. Small hiccup with our reservation and she refused to help. We asked for the manager and instead of having them come upstairs, she told us to go all the down to the first floor to then later go back up to the fourth.“Manager” downstairs gaslit us by telling us he was doing us a favor by fulfilling our reservation with a full-size SUV. Told us they were sold out, we saw at least 5 on the lot, and clearly didn’t care we made a reservations months in advance. After a 5 minute conversation of telling us there was nothing he could do, magically they had what we RESERVED, a large SUV. Totally incompetent and completely out of touch with reality. Enterprise is great but man is the team at Enterprise Miami Dade Airport really sucks.

Picking up the car at Miami International Airport was a nightmare. It took well over a 1/2 hour to get from the gate to the rental car center. We are in our mid-seventies, so this wasn’t an easy task. Once there, no cars were available. It took about an hour to get a car. Terrible! I will say, returning was a lot easier. We normally use Enterprise without any issues.

Not very good experience, I rented a car from Coral Springs in University Drive and I went on vacation to Miami and Enterprise rent me a car with almost an year old expired tag, I call customer service because I got a ticket for driving with a expired tag and they told me to go to the Miami airport location, the manager there was very rude and after I drove all the way to Miami airport he told me that he can only give me a small four doors car when I paid for a mini-van for 8 people. When you call customer service they tell you what you need to hear to make you happy but they don’t really know what other locations have in inventory. So I’m driving an expired tag from June 2020 “almost a year “ until tomorrow that I’m going to drive back to the original location where I rented the SUV to see if they have an SUV so I can finish my contact.
