Ive always had bad experiences with towing companies because they treat you like garbage when you’re already in a horrible situation but not NU WAY TOWING! Javier was so kind & very helpful & very professional. He even gave me advice on my vehicle & situation! he made my horrible situation a little more pleasant! Thank you for your amazing service!

This company was utilized by the city of Miami when my car was involved in a collision. Two of the most outstanding representatives there were Javier and Carlos. Both of these men were very helpful in assisting me with my car and my personal belongings and sorting out everything necessary during my time of despair being that my vehicle was deemed a total loss. Trying to navigate repairs of a car in any situation can get difficult, but put over 1000 miles between yourself and the car…After accident the police recommended my son have the car towed, after weeks of miscommunication and no progress I spoke with Javier. He helped me navigate the situation from home so that my car could get retrieved and repairs begun! What I anticipated to potentially be a very difficult situation, seems to be taking a turn for the better thanks to Javier. It’s always helpful to have someone willing to listen and work with you!

I always use this company, first time my truck overheated and needed some assistance and called Nu Way Towing Services and they arrived in less than 30 mins. They took my truck back to my house and charged me a very reasonable price. The second time I locked my keys in the truck and they were there fast, they unlocked the door under a minute and I was on my way. They are reasonably priced, fast, and consistent. Great service and customer service!!!

Hands down best towing company I’ve ever dealt with. Not only are they reliable and respond quickly but they are reasonable and compassionate. I had car trouble yesterday and needed a tow. I called and they arrived in less than 10 minutes. Dispatch was amazing. The driver was very respectful and courteous when addressing me and my car. He quickly hooked up my car and off we went. He knew exactly where we needed to go , was very straight forward and to the point which I really appreciate. Overall very pleased with my experience.

Completely rude, I got my car towed I asked very kindly to provide me with the reason why I was towed and got nothing but complete disrespect from one of the employees if you hate your job so much then why be in it? The drivers a rookies. They pulled a car that sank on a boat ramp. Instead of just winching the car out the guy kept trying to pull it with the tow truck and he kept stalling and burning tires.

Incredibly fast service at a fair price! I was picked up within 35 minutes and towed to my mechanics shop. The driver, Roly, was quick and friendly. Overall great experience, couldt have asked for more. :)

I was visiting Miami and had my rental car towed by this Co, it was my fault and I own it up for parking in a spot that I knew could get me towed. I give them 5 stars because they were professional on the phone and when I went to pick it up. I had no problems with the car and everything went smooth.

Be aware , very aware, when they ask you for your keys to pull out your car after towing it, DO NOT hand them over, call the police and have them be present... these people will take everything in your car... just be aware! Moldy and filthy inside, not sure how they by pass inspections .... DO NOT be fooled when they tell you it’s their policy to take your keys because your not allowed on property ... it’s a scheme... heads up, just call the police.Thanks for the quick reply! Hired and confirmed to tow my car to a repair shop. They said it would take 80 minutes. After I had waited for an hour and fifteen minutes (on asphalt in mid-afternoon heat), they canceled due to not having the equipment. Prior to posting this review I called to asked if they had any clarifications of what happened that they wanted to share before I posted a review. I said I wanted to be sure I was being fair and reflecting both perspectives in the review. The woman on the phone told me that they are not required to assist anyone and she doesnt care at all if I post a review about their company. She then hung up on me. A bit startling since I was behaving empathically and professionally. I do not recommend working with this company. Mistakes and unfortunate circumstances are fine, but not taking responsibility or being professional and courteous is poor business practice.

The best towing service in Miami. They work 24 hours and they are very fast. I have had the best experience with them and I always call them when I need them and I have referred friends. The boss is demanding with his employees and they manage to be a good work team.

I was recently wrongfully towed by this company! I have been parking in the same exact spot for the last 2 years. The company stated I parked in a guest spot but in reality I parked in the same resident spot I always park in. I had to pay a fee of $121 dollars plus and an Uber driver free to be able to go pick up my car. The tow was so severe that my airbag light indicator is now flashing red! I have to take my car to a mechanic to see why. I will be inputting a complaint so no one else has to ever go through this situation again!

My car broke down and after calling a few companies who either didnt have towing trucks available or were absurdly expensive, Nu Way Towing Services pulled through with a fast response, professional employees and very reasonable rate I would use them anytime.

A driver from this company illegally removed my visitors car from private property. in fact he took advance that gates were broken at the time. the vehicle was taken sometime between 2 am and 5 am. Very Sneaky. i will be filing a report with Miami Dade County and get a refund. be ware of your drivers. they are stealing cars illegally from private property. i wish i could not a give a single star

My car got towed out of my condo with the decal parking on the rear view mirror hanging. They said they didnt see one. When I get here the clerk is asking me for my keys to move my Car. Why would I give you my keys? I didnt ask for valet service. I have the right to go and get my car after I paid the 101 dollars.

This company violates Miami Dade County regulations by having pre-signed affidavits and towing vehicles at their own leisure and also takes vehicles outside of the allowed 10 mile radius.Businesses and condominiums must beware of working with these people because they can cause some violations or fines. Not to mention, they are very unprofessional.

Police recovered my stolen vehicle three years ago and yall have the audacity of charging me close to $200 to get my car back.

I wish we can say good things about this company, but we can not. A few weeks ago they towed one of our buses from Miami to Pompano Beach. Here comes the story!! First the 1st tow truck they send was to small for a bus, so my driver waited for 3hrs for the a final tow truck to arrive. From what we know now, and we have used many other towing companies is that they had to disconnect the drive shaft, which they did not and later on, found out that they melted our transmission on the bus. We have called the company, and a driver called us acting as a manager, refusing to pay and was pretty rude. They a day later a manager called by the name of Grace, and apologized for the problem and promised that they will pay for a transmission we had to replace once she receives 2-3 estimates from other transmission places. We both agreed and we waited. Its January 5th, 2017 and no calls back, no replies to our e-mails since Dec 27th, 2016 about the promise Grace made. So now we have no choice but to go forward and have our attorney involved. This $400.00 tow caused us over $6,000.00 in damages which were unnecessary. We never write negative reviews, but wanted to share it with others in the event they need a tow. Also please google NU Way Towing complaints, and I can not believe how many negative reviews from injured people are out there. Sorry to write this but its the truth.

Today my Ruck was broken I contacted Nu Way to pick up my truck in a parking building 5 floor They took the truck without any problem with a full parking and a very small space ..., and fast I recommend 100% very nice and polite people

Worst place to call when in need! I called at around 9:30 am and was given a 15 min ETA. 15 than turned to 40. 40 than turned to 2 hours. I consistently called in and it was like they didnt know what to do with there drivers. One person is telling me they are down the street and than the driver personally calls me and tells me he is in Miami Beach. There was lack of communication between them. The boss gets on the phone with me and says if the driver is not there in 15 that it would be free. 15 than turned to 20. No driver. The driver finally came around the corner and I had no choice because I needed a truck. I call the company line and tell them about the what the boss said on my free ride, they said that I would have to pay a discounted price. I was confused. I wouldnt have mind paying a discounted price but dont tell me its a free ride and than say I have to pay. It was corny man. I will never call Nu Way again.

This company has horrible drivers!!!!!!!!!!!! I had a driver try to tow my car while I was already backing up from dropping off my niece while having my children in my car and he still tried to ram in to me and also telling a car to block me and I guess he got upset that I was able to pull out that he literally followed me down the block and almost hitting me on the back while my kids were in he car!!!!!!! It’s sad that they will try whatever even hurting someone to get some money... Filed a report with the Police for the driver following me and almost hitting me with the kids in the car and for if anything happens after that. Unbelievable the people they have out there working trying to hurt others!

Too bad I couldnt give 0 stars. They took a car from the front of my house saying it was parked in the grass. There is NO grass in front of my house, just pavement and dirt. Now they want $100 to give the car back. Do yourself a favor, if you see Nu Way Towing and you can help I, call someone else. They just find excuses to get $100 out of you knowing it isnt worth it to get your attorney involved.

Thiefs who come take your car where it is properly parked and then try to force you to pay them . They do not allow you to show proof of correct parking . Had to call police just to prove I was right . According to the front desk lady the tow truck drivers do not look to see inside of the car to make sure if it has a sticker and a right to be there ,they just get the call pick it up would highly discourage anyone from using them . The police even said they have a history of being called there .

Worst place to visit or just do business with at all. They towed my truck in a public place. It was parked outside a building on the street. The lady at the towin office came up with this fascinating story about that a cop was the one that put in the call and that if they didnt tow away the vehicle he would arrest them. I called to have a car removed from the premises that was blocking the spot for the residents. Not only did I have to resolve the issue myself but it was over an hour and no one showed, didnt get any type of call saying they were still on the way or had some type of difficulty but would be showing up. My name is in the lease along with my husbands so there shouldnt have been any issues.Just like the shity complex we pay rent for, just as shity service. Incredible.

They are not good people, and completely unethical.We recently had our car stolen by these towing company from our apartment complex, the car was parked right behind out apartment. We had done so in order to drop off and to pickup a couple of things from the house, the car was stationed for less then 5 minutes (no joke) when we notice this tow truck pull up, we immediately ran outside to alert them and to move the our car. The driver of the truck, did not stop, in fact he speed up to hook the car and drove away, we ran after him yelling and he accelerated away.I know he saw us come outside and wave at him, and instead of having the decency to speak to us, and allow us to explain that we were just there temporarily and would be moving soon, he took the car anyway just so he could get his commission.Apparently several of my neighbors have had similar experiences with them, so we will be filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau, about their predatory tactics and their driver’s behavior which was completely acceptable.DO NOT USE THEM!!!

This company is really stealing money from people I live in Sweetwater they towed my car because my tag was expired, first of all nobody calls them to tow cars my condo doesnt even have the gate entrance working well is a new condo, I spoke to one of the drivers and he plain told me that he does rounds at night looking for expired tags and cars parked in public spaces they basically police themselves withouth any supervision if I work as a driver and get paid by car towed and at the same time I will make the decision to tow a car I will tow thousands this is what makes this company horrendous and the management company here is complicit I bet if I start digging probably they got the contract because they brobe someone from the Management company towing my car from my parking space for a expired tag WITHOUT any warning sticker on my windshield they are crooks thats the new Miami scam I would love to see this people on help me Howard the way they do business is tasteless classless and on top of everything they post fake reviews in here

This towing company needs to be put out of business and Im going to file complaints, write bad reviews. Im also going to see what can be done with these tow companies getting away with ripping people off and damaging people cars and nothing is being done about it. I just brought a car and parked it in front of my mom house until my next off day in order to get it insured & transfer tag. The property management ( which is another issue, Im going to deal with concerning this issue) claims to just take over and had several people cars towed starting 5/8/18 from miami gardens all the way in the city of miami. I was not upset about my car being towed. Im upset that i left work once i was notified of my car being today and arrived at nu way. Paid for my car only to find out it was damaged by the driver. The driver whose name is unknown, tried to get $50 extra just to bring my car out of the tow yard. And he became aggressive with me when asked about my damages, stated my car is garbage and started using profanity towards me. Called police and Grace stated her boss was not available to speak with but from the other review listed below from Raphael. He was present and didnt say anything and when i spoke to him over the phone. He did not apologize for the behavior of his workers, stated the call was being recorded and didnt offer to see my damages or hear what i had to say below shows a review from grace who claims to be the manager over the drivers and her customer service sucks. She yells, scream and uses profanity while speaking to you and tries to justify the issue by saying im just mad because my car was towed and they dont consider you as a customer. She also admitted the bad behavior of the driver to me and the officer. Raphael claims he fired the driver but he was seen again in the same area towing cars and other residents called miami gardens police on him. Im going to continue to address this issues until something is done. Cars are expensive to repair and fix and something needs to be done. These tow companies should be more professional, customer friendly and held accountable for damages caused by drivers especially if you can prove the damages was done by them. Also when you walk inside nu way to the window, mold is also visible were customers wait to be assisted. Im also going to look into any violations that may have been commited from the distance/miles cars are being towed from to this horrible place.

Well I dont do this very often but I am required to leave a one star review on this company. I had requested a tow from this company and I was told that it would be about 30 min. As I sat an pondered for around for about an hour I decided to call to enquir as to where the tow truck was. In doing so I was informed by a young lady with a little bit of lets just say a Latina fire emediatly heatedly fired back stating and I quote You Dont tell me how I do my job I know how I do my job and then hung up Need I say more. but apon further investigation I found that the truck was canceled due to inadequate equipment to make the tow within minutes of them verifying they were on there way but they did not notify me. Either way I dont care what you guys do but if you read this I would just sigest that you make sure you you contact them and ask to speak with the Little Latina Firecracker as that made my whole day.

By far the one of the most unprofessional business I have ever worked with, I was only 0.8 miles away from where they are located says the MAP. I explain to them that I have a 4yrs old in the car with me and how hot it was and she replied ok she that she understood, and then she TOLD ME IT WAS GOING TO TAKE 20-25MINS TO GET TO ME. I called them back 2-3 times within 1 and 1/2 hour, at first she said the tow truck was running a little later then they finally told me that she never did put in the work order

This is the worse tow company by far. My car was in a parking space that had to be steered out of, which ment my car had perfect stearing. Their tow truck person bent my tire rod and now the company doesnt want to take responsibility for what happened. My tire rod was in perfect condition before then. I even went to them with proof and PICTURES, and all they said is that they wouldnt take responsibility.On top of that their management is a mess. I couldnt get in contact with a manager until Monday when this happened on a Saturday night and they even dared to try and put the blame on me for not comming sooner when I was told by one of their employees to come in on Monday. Do not use their services, take it from me, youll regret it.
