This company is amazing! I had originally scheduled my car (Aston Martin) to be shipped from Miami to Los Angeles then had to change plans at the last minute. Max was extremely understanding and accommodating. Then three days later our plans reverted back to the original ones and Max was still able to make sure my car got shipped on the same day I notified him that we were going back to the original shipping date. Professional Auto Transporters is fantastic! I have worked with them twice now, and both experiences were great. They are honest, up front, and keep you informed. Just this June (2018) I had to ship my Jeep Wrangler from California to NY. They have me a quote around March. When the time came to actually find a carrier, California was slammed so the drivers were asking for more (supply and demand). Max at Professional Auto Transporters took less for himself so that I did not have to pay more. To say that again, he took the loss instead of charging me more. That just doesnt happen anywhere else. I cant recommend them enough. They will always be my first call for transporting vehicles.

They had my car towed from Dallas to Houston with the front hooked up and the rear wheels on the road spinning the entire way causing the transmission to go bad. they should know better. Its not maxs fault but the the company he used should be black listed.

I hired Max to secure me a great price, along with quality shipping services, to ship my Landrover Evoque from NJ to CA. Max clearly articulated all fees and the process and had booked a trucking company for me within a couple of hours (same day). I had a car transported from Florida to California. This was my first experience using an auto transport company and I was anxious about the whole process. I went with Professional Auto Transport. My contact person was Max and he was great to work with. He made sure that I clearly understood the process. Everything went very smoothly. The car was picked up the date I requested and was delivered in California two days before the anticipated delivery date. Initially everything seemed fine with the transaction. Then things changed once my cars were shipped. Unbeknownst to me, Max outsourced the shipping of my cars to another company. I esigned a contract fromMax for a certain amount. When the driver arrived with my cars, the amount of money I owed the driver was more than what Max said I owed. The driver showed me the contract he had with Max showing the price discrepancy. Essentially, Max undercut the driver and the difference was put on me. I called Max and he said he would refund me the money immediately. He never did. I asked him for several months to refund this money. He actually lied about it several times, initially saying that he would refund my credit card which he did not. Then he said he would cut a check and send it to me, which he did not. At one point he said put my refund check in the mail himself, which he did not. He repeatedly lied about refunding my money. I am now in the middle of filing a complaint with the better business bureau and USHIP.I recommend using caution when dealing with this company.

Excellent transport servicesThe car showed up yesterday, On time . I was impressed with the professionalism and on time service. Never have I received a call from the owner asking if everything is O.K. Not the cheapest, but Only a few dollars more than the cheapest. Coming from a guy who has used the cheapest, The price to be paid is high. Been there , done that with a 63 Nova ss. If there the cheapest , there is a reason. But they were far from the highest. Our transaction with this company was placed via UShip in Nov 2015. We accepted Maxs bid after he responded to our questions and concerns. After a few days, he cancelled the transaction saying he was unable to secure a driver for the route we needed. We accepted the cancellation and he said he would refund our money within a few days. Days turned into weeks and then months. We filed a claim with our credit company and his credit company claimed the transaction was completed, which it wasnt. I called Max and he said he would work with us and his credit company to refund me the money, but the refund never actually happened. First it was the credit card company that wouldnt do it because too much time had passed and then it was a check from him that never arrived. At one point he said put my refund check in the mail himself, which if he did, it never got to me. I finally filed a complaint with the better business bureau in May, 2016, but that did no good either. Max claimed that he did his part to try to secure a driver. (But no driver was found and no shipment took place). USHIP did refund their portion of the transaction, but Professional Auto Transporters did not. $197.00 in their pocket for a job not completed and with a website that says theyll refund your money 100% if for any reason we cant ship your car (or truck, in our case). Clean and easy transports may be no problem, which is why we went with them and their great reviews, but be wary if you have to go to an area that is in a very difficult part of anywhere. For us it was from Texas to Hilton Head SC. Sorry Max - you said you were working with us on the refund, but it never materialized.

Max was absolutely amazing in the service he provided in finding someone to transport my daughters truck from Arkansas to Milwaukee. I literally was in a crunch, and needed someone ASAP after having a company flake on me. I literally called on the 11th and needed the truck to be picked up on the 12th since I was leaving on flight. Max called me that same afternoon on the 11th saying he found someone who could transport my truck for the 12th(next day). This was an amazing, and stress free experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Absolutely the worst company on 4 wheels - took my deposit and never arranged transport for my vehicle and has not returned a phone call in over a week -Max is a cover name for a scam - buyer be warned
