They communicated well with us on their ETA - responsive via telephone and the tracking application. Safely transported our car and the driver was very friendly and nice!

These reviews are true. These people are not proffesional dont use them. I made a complaint with element who sent them my way. They wanted to leave me in the middle of turnpike.

This company is so rude and I do not advise anyone to go through them unless you want them to talk to you any kind of way and hang up in your face I will never ever go threw them ever again this was the worst mistake ever trying to give them business no wonder the have half a star

If I could give them a ZERO I would!!!! I have leased my vehicle for many years from Nissan. When my tire unexpectedly blew out, I was told that I had free road side assistance service. I called them at 9:15a.m. this morning and at 12:30pm, after numerous phone calls and attempts to get help, they still had not shown up. I actually flagged a AAA guy who helped me in less than 15 minutes! How can any company stay in business when you are so unwilling and moreover, unable to help anyone in a reasonable amount of time! What if I was somewhere not so safe or off an expressway!!!! What if it was your wife, or daughter??? How dare you think you should take that long for any call! I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING EVER!!!!!!

Swerving in an out of traffic with a long bed on US-1 when cars are stopping and going between traffic lights. Called the company and they tried everything they could do to say it wasnt theirs. The funny thing is... after the driver cut me off and tried to get through traffic by cutting off more people we ended up next to each other a few traffic lights further down in Pinecrest. POS.

They were scheduled to come and NEVER showed up. When my roadside service tried to contact them 1.5 hours later (at almost 2 AM in the morning!) - there was no answer. Called 4 times. Who runs this company? Terrible. I will be filing a formal complaint with BBB.

The drivers cut off elderly for a handicapped parking spot to run inside of publix. Unlawful and disrespectful.

One of your employee’s truck parked in a handicap spot to get food in a Publix! Saw a handicap person needed that spot and your guy didn’t care!!

My AT&T roadside assistance chose SFL Wreckers LLC to assist me. AT&T stated it would take 30 minutes. After confirming with the company, it only took 2 1/2 hours for the driver to arrive. Unprofessional and deceiving.
