This company is very good to use when you want to have your car towed away. I spoke to Caesar who was informative, helpful and understanding since this was the second company I had to called to assist me with situation I had.Richard came to my house between the time he said he would. He was was professional, informative and respectful towards me when he had to ask me questions for the service I requested. Richard had no issue towing the car from my drive way in front of my house since the car itself could not start and the way the car was park. He did this in a timely manner that I was able to go on my day.

Richard at prestige towing was amazing! He got to me very quickly and had me home within 10 minutes! He took care of the whole process and was very knowledgeable about everything. Even gave me some tips on my car. I will be using only prestige towing from now on and exclusively asking for Richard

They towed my car from my assigned parking only because I had not attached the plate renewal sticker. The registration was actually valid! When I went to pick up my car I had to wait more than an hour under rain for someone to show up! Then I had to deal with an aggressive and rude person to finally get my car!

When I arrived at the lot and as i was paying for my toll, Richard really helped my day get better. He drove me to the location of my car and helped get it out of the lot. Richard is a very ambitious and wise person. He has a lot in him that’s makes him a great individual. The time and the assistance he gave me did not get unnoticed.

My car is a problem starting and I called Prestige doe a tow and repair. Richard, the tow truck driver was amazing! He performed some mechanical magic on my car to get the front wheels to turn straight so it could be towed to the repair shop. I wasn’t able to figure it out, and he patiently explained how to correct the issue, so at least the car could be towed properly. I highly recommend Prestige for all your towing and car repair needs.

I got locked out of my car and my husband called for a tow truck to come and open it. I waited for less than 30 minutes and it is safe to say I will be calling them again because this happens far to often with me. The employee Marti was super caring and a gentleman, when he got there he asked if I wanted anything to drink which was super considerate of him! And I appreciated it every much after that he immediately started to open the car and in 5 minutes he had it done. They are not open 24 hours. They also provided the wrong info when i spoke to them over the phone. They said that from 6pm-7pm they are not opened. So when i showed up at 7:05pm, the front office was closed, so rang them and no answer but left them a message. Then i get a text from a number saying go to another address to pick up the car 14700 SW 137th st. Then when i go to the address, I tell them that they should have a sign that after certain time to go to the 2nd address, the towing tech guy ignores me completely and when i asked if he heard me he rudely answered dont take your anger out on me because someone else gave you the wrong information, then i responded by saying im not taking my anger on you but providing you feedback since you work for Prestige, and representing the company, and that i will definitely leave a google review and he said it was fine with him.

My pick up truck got towed from the Condominium where I just moved 2 days ago because they had the Park Head in Only Rule. Anyway, I accept it. My complain is the following: I called the towing company PRESTIGE AUTO TOWING at 5 am that is when I noticed my vehicle was towed, because I was leaving to go to work. They told me I could not pick up my truck until 8 am because office did not open until 8 am. I though that was RIDICULOUS, people need their cars, trucks, etc to get to work. I was at 8 am at the office paying to retrieve my property and the person at the window tells me now instead of $165.00 is $185.00 because there is a extra storage fee of $20.00 because they kept my truck for more than 6 hrs!!!! I said you guys would not give me my vehicle at 5 am because your office was CLOSED. Obviously they did not care and they added $20.00, what other choice I had. That should be illegal, they should not charge for storage if they dont have the availability to release car at any time. I lost 3 plus hours of work because of the inflexible schedule, are they going to reimburse me for that???

I had my husbands car towed and when I came to collect his personal belongings all 3 men working ignored me then asked me to return later after their “lunch” I later returned with my husband, the man at the front asked for our vin number which we did not have since the earlier employee failed to mention I needed it. When walking outside to get signal to call the bank for the vin number the man helping us LEFT so when we returned inside we were told the man helping us is the only one that could get our personal belongings but he just went home for the day! I was then told it’s not there problem and I would have to return tomorrow when the gentleman comes back

PREDATORY towing. This business is unethical. They inspect all the cars every night/ early morning in my apartment complex and look for any little reason to tow, disturbing other residents who are trying to sleep.Other people who left good reviews for repairs are referring to a repair place called Prestige Auto Body. And in response to owner comments: parking that does not follow strict association rules does not mean the parking is illegal.

Terrible company, they practice predatory towing in various communities. My wife got her car towed from our community pool during the day time at 5:07pm. The car was parked perfectly straight inside the lines and was not left overnight, in fact the car had only been there 2 hrs while we enjoyed the pool. The signs clearly state no parking overnight and parking is allowed from dusk till dawn. 5:07 pm is clearly day time! She did not leave her car overnight. Upon calling they didn’t give me a valid reason as to why we got our car towed. The guy who answered the phone had terrible customer service and simply said read the signs, you parked illegally, I explained to him what the signs said and we did not violate any parking rules and took pics of all the signs but when I tried to be persistent with asking for more details on how was I parked illegal the guy hung up on me. I was not being rude or upset for him to hang up. I show up to the address provided to pick up our car at the lot and I waited for 30 min until someone finally arrived. It’s definitely not how they portray to be on social media as friendly and honest. In fact, my neighbor got illegally towed last week from his own front lawn which HOA bylaws clearly state is our own property and can not be towed. He was able to stop the tow truck driver and was told it’s $100 to drop the car or he can pick it up at the lot. He paid the $100 only to find out later by law he was suppose to get charged $50.50. He filed a complaint with Miami dade county. Be careful and stay away from this company. Shady business practices.

I live in a complex thats completely new... i live very close to the entrance and so i can hear everything through my bedroom window. this company comes EVERYDAY around 1-2 am with at least 2 towing trucks and usually the drivers are doing nothing by the gate screaming being loud, waking me up. and then they start towing cars for no reason. my roomate got towed for barely touching the line. They are problematic they always being disrespectful and they fight the owners of the car when they realized they getting towed for no reason. i undertand they are rules and people need to follow but this association made a contract with this company and didnt let anyone know about the rules to scam people. BEWARE!!

My car was towed from my own, newly purchased condominium from my own parking space. Granted, the association was at fault for not providing me with the proper decals upon purchase and they covered the cost of the towing service. When I went to go pick up my car, however, I instantly noticed that something was wrong with my brakes as the car was making a screeching noise. I went back to Prestige to advise them that my car is making a very strong sound after they had towed it. A person by the name of Carlos went to go to inspect the car and upon hearing the sound just brushed it off and said that wasnt their fault. I insisted over and over to try to get him to understand that the car was in perfect condition prior to them towing it and that now it is grinding metal as I drive. He did not care to listen, did not care to help, he simply said that it wasnt their problem and walked away. I went to the mechanic and surely enough they had bent a metal plate behind one of the rotors, damaging my vehicle. Excellent service and honesty is definitely not what they represent.

Great work on my 2010 E350. Fair prices and very professional. They had a chance to get me for a couple thousand and chose to be professional and show me options instead. They have earned all of my future business. They also detail your car when you pick it up so it not only drives like new, it smells new as well.

Call the police If this place try to tow your car! They pirate company! They stole $50 from me..they didnt give me a receipt. I already contacted the police. I will be taking legal action. And I have proof that they try to take my car even though I have sticker showing I live there. And the worst part was the driver who was trying to tow my car he claimed to say hes a new towing company for my Association. Which didnt make any sense because our association should have given us a notice if we are getting a towing company. I shouldnt be towed when paid for parking decal. Prestiged towing company knows of very well they shouldnt tow any care with the decal. So instead of coping the damn same thing say about every other bad review you get.

What a crock of sh**. Pardon my French, but seriously. I call to request services and the guy tells me oh, we are really close by and will be there in 10 minutes. Sounds great beacue I have my 2 year old daughter with me. To make the story short, 1 hour later and the driver finally shows up. Throughout this whole ordeal, I called several times and and the guy who answered the phone was rude and asked me to stop mentioning that I have my 2 year old daughter with me and gave me attitude. I hope he never finds himself in the position I am with his little kids waiting for a tow truck in this Miami weather.

I was told they would pick up my car and they would take about 40 minutes to arrive. I called an hour later and they said he was on the way. Atfer 3 hours I called because no one showed up and no one was answering the phone.

When I called they were very friendly and all, very flexible about how I could drop off and pick up my car. The problem was that they didnt give me options for the parts they had to replace in my car and half the bill were labor charges.. total of 537 dollars.. Very poor communication about who I needed to call for anything and then when they called to tell me the diagnostics result didnt specifically ask for the green light to do the job, because I asked for an invoice and gave green light to one item they took that and assumed it was okay to do everything, so when I found someone who could charge WAY less for the labor I couldnt cancel.. Im sorry guys, but I aint coming back!
