CROOKS! I paid $407 for a 1 day towing service my car been towed from the highway when I went to pick my car up everything went good until I gave the boy $507 and when I ask about it he only gave me $80 back he stole $20 FROM ME!! I already got my lawyer and fhp involved fhp said it should be no reason I paid a lot of money from that service !!!!! This place needs to be closed down

The guy answering the phone sounds like he has mental problems (retardation) . I called to ask about my vehicle and the guy was very sarcastic. He couldnt help me out of course and was very unprofessional and rude. If youre reading this please come back and leave your honest review. Im sure it wont be pleasent at all. HORRIBLEEEEEEE. This has got to be the worst company open. Charges are not what they list, customer service? Ummm none at all. Owner and/or staff are rude, hostile, extremely disrespectful. I have never seen a towing company keep copies of your drivers license and registration, it is ok for them to see the documents they request but never have I ever seen any company keep them. What for???? their response was, if you dont like it, call the cops. If your car needs a towing service, do yourself a favor and hire a different company that at least treats you with respect.

Worse company ever! The office staff is not professional, gentlemen in the office was rude, unprofessional, and cursed at me. The driver said he only takes cash after delivering the call but had no change, therefore resulting in “large tip”

Picked up my truck in 15 minutes!!! Smooth experience. Not the best to have your truck towed by police order but glad was able to have Haul O. Way help us get it back in the expeditiously matter in which they handled everything!! Thank you

Lied to me about what was needed to release my vehicle to my insurance company. Very poor customer service and used foul language on the phone.

They are worst people and the worst service ever they have not respect for the customers at all. They are the most disrespectful company and staff I have to deal with.

Haul a way was very helpful and gave me all the information I needed to retrieve my car since it’s under my dad’s name and he otherwise would’ve had to flown down. The man was very nice on the phone and really helped me out.

This place is an absolute joke! They towed one of my work trucks there after an accident. My employee went to pick it up and they requested that I send them documents over night. I did and they said they never received them. I then sent the docs to my employee to take to pick up the vehicle. They said they needed more docs and even got in a physical altercation with my employee and still didn’t allow him to get the vehicle, or his tools from it that he needed to work with. We are now on day 9 and they still have my truck and tools. They have issued a restraining order against my employee. I plan on hiring an attorney to shut this scam artist down for good.

This place doesn’t even deserve one star for their horrible service. These people are thieves and crooks. Michael (Real name: Jorge Garcia) is a rude and ill-mannered man. He is the owner of this place and clearly has a big attitude problem. He yells and screams at his customers and purposely holds their cars. The only good review this guy has is the one who posted himself online. I had to make three trips for this guy to release my car and give it back to me. When I did get it back, this guy had put scratches all over my passenger door and and rear bumper. On top of all that, this guy wanted cash only so he could avoid paying taxes. This is a ridiculous place and should be avoided at all costs. All the bad reviews regarding this guy is 100 percent true.

Hes the only one who answers the calls unless it is a woman during his lunch time at 12. The woman claims she doesnt work there and its only an answering service. I would rather deal with the womans lies than Jorge who is a CRUDE, HEARTLESS, ILLOGICAL jerk.I recorded everything he said on the phone when I tried calling back. He kept cursing in Spanish, telling me my mom should have never given birth to me, he was making sex noises and being immature. This guy has serious mental problems and instead of just trying to figure out what someone wants on the phone, he keeps hanging up on them.This guy BREAKS FLORIDA LAW on his own invoice and a lawsuit will be filed against him. He already has 2 lawsuits against him. Verona v. Haul-o-way and Perez v. Haul-o-way. BE CAUTIOUS when dealing with this guy. He is a thief and a crook and this is why he has horrible reviews and lawsuits.He charged us the maximum allowed for storage (which under FL law is 7 days) but did not deduct the auction price of the car that was totaled from the towing prices. Under Florida law - you MUST use the proceeds of the sale towards the towing. The invoice CLEARLY stated that he only charged us the towing prices, with no deduction.When I confronted him about this on the phone, kindly, he hung up and said he didnt need to talk to me. This guy is absolutely insane and you will not get anything you need from him if you call.

I wish I could give this company a ZERO. My car was towed and the owner was extremely rude and hostile. I should have contacted the police because he was so threatening. All they want to do is get as much money from you as possible. This company has a very bad reputation in the community. I spoke to another owner not far from where they are located and they said, He is a bad man. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. Please do not use this company if you need a towing service.

I am in 100% agreement with 99% of the reviews posted here. The only way this place stays in business is with contracts they have with FHP & local agencies. Worst Customer Service in South Florida. The guy told us they close at 5 when it was about to be 5 so were wouldnt be able to pick up the car, but we saw they on their sign that it says they closer at 6 and when so were told him about it and he said they have never returned a car after 5 and that no one would be there after 5 he was very rude and hung up on us 3 times. We went to the place before 6 because we knew that they are crooks and want to steal money like thieves but when we got there of course he wad there and had no choice but to give us the car he seemed annoyed that we werent fooled by his lies. To the owner or owners son, you are not good people by lying and stealing from others I hope you repent for all the money youve stolen, have a great day

ZERO stars is what this place deserves. The owner is the rudest most arrogant person that I have dealt with in longer than I can remember. My girlfriend was involved in a crash where our vehicle was totaled. The Trooper called for a tow truck, unfortunately Haul O Way towing showed up. My girlfriend was alone and was visibly shaken up after going through such a traumatic crash. After her brother showed up to help her remove all of her personal belongings, the owner told her that she was not allowed to take her own personal belongings. The Trooper chimed in and said that she was and the geico adjuster also stated that she was able to take all of her personal items.The next day, I attempted to go release the car to geico per their instructions, however, the owner was there again, telling me where to park, ordering me around and generally just being a bully. At this point his son Adrian came to the front and would not allow me to enter the office. He would not allow me to enter where it was cool with AC, and made me stand outside while I called the geico adjuster to figure out how to release the vehicle.Whatever you do, dont do business with this company, they are the worst. They are what makes Miami have a bad reputation, horrible horrible service.

How does this company of thieves stay in business. How does the FHP still use them. IMO this company is a nothing but a front for money laundering and fraudulent activity. They will steal from you and break the law and threaten you.

Extremely rude. Horrible customer service, bad communication. My boyfriend’s car is registered under his father’s name so we were told the information we needed sent by him in a notorized letter. His father called and was also treated poorly over the phone. After the letter was sent, we went to pick up his car and were told BS excuses as to why the letter was not enough, and when we questioned them we were told it’s just what the owner said so we had to do it. The owner does not make himself available to customers to combat these claims, and won’t even reveal his full name. Associate was short with us and rude. I urge businesses not to hire this towing company.

Why is Haul O. Way Towing towing hurricane Irma survivors cars while theyre lined up waiting for several hours for relief? And then taking those cars to a lot that is extremely far away from the lot in which they were parked? Is this company and this city seriously okay with extorting money from People that have none? My mothers car was towed while she waited in line for assistance from FEMA, already Going through a trying time following a disaster and these people have the audacity to take her car, tow it over an hour in away from where it was parked, then try to charge hundreds to get it back. Despicable, morally bankrupt, downright sadistic evil people.

They dont received credit cards because the sistem is down best way to wash money . They dont like to pay taxes.

This company is not professional at all, the people who take care of it that I imagine are the owners, they do not show respect towards people, their attitude is rude and they yell at people believing they own the world, just because they tow cars and you have to pay them to deliver it to you, they think they have the right to treat you badly. They think they know it all and they dont show good customer service.
