I call this tow place because they are the ones that work with my building complex and the lady that answered the phone was super rude for no reason. The worst service. Rude and condescending she even hung up because I told her she was not being polite. I can’t understand why the hire people that bring loss to the business. Will never use their service again.

Pretty sure they practice illegal business practices. Parked my car in a Dennys lot, leave for 4 minutes to take a look around the block and somehow my car is already hooked up. I ask the guy to let it off and he says well you can give me $100 cash now or $200 in South Beach. It legitimately felt like I was being shaken up or robbed. I dont know how these guys feel good about themselves knowing theyre committing burglary.

My Drivers license, Bank card, and some cash was missing when I went to retrieve my vehicle which made everything even worse.

I called kings wrecker to have my car towed and the dispatcher was extremely rude. I tried to give her my information on the vehicle and my location. She then proceeded to end the call. Horrible and deplorable.

Without posting a lot of the details they stole vehicles (including a customers), say they filed liens, listed sales and sent notices but attorney can find no records.They certainly did not do the required due diligence as they had a phone number and email address yet never tried to get an updated mailing address.If they did file liens they had to be fraudulent as they refused to produce an invoice ever, so how could the invoice be unpaid?On the few vehicles retrieved they changed the price they wanted multiple times in a 2 day period and insisted on cash payments (illegal under FL statute) so there was no record .... except photos and witnesses!They are selfish crooks. Their time will come.[Id polish my rear view mirror if I were them, too many folks in that area are frustrated that they are getting away with theft on a regular basis.]Karma will wake up.Jane Hunter

This is the biggest scam. $150 down the drain to this shady business. People should be ashamed of working in a place like this and ruining peoples day. Especially in 2020 when people are struggling. They towed my car from my own apartment complex at 3am.

Not upset about the tow of my sons car (it was his fault), but furious that there is nothing that can be done about his personal belongings that went missing from inside the car while it was in Kings possession. In addition, on the night the car was towed, I was told over the phone that the cost to get the car back was $150. When my son showed up to your tow lot less than two hours from that call to retrieve the car, your price went up significantly. Im glad he was smart enough to challenge the lady at the window and not fall for being taken advantage of. According to numerous BBB complaints I have just read about your company, this is a common practice of yours. And, yes, Ill be filing a complaint as well. Although Im sure you could care less considering the F business rating you historically have had. Spring breakers beware! If you are parking anywhere in Miami, take a quick photo of anything you plan on leaving in the car. Read the Google reviews and BBB complaints for yourself. This company has multiple accusations against them for theft of personal belongings inside the cars they tow.

I was concerned about the negative ratings this service received on Yelp. However, my experience with them was quite positive. I found the manager and security guard helpful, courteous and professional. I would use them again.

I must admit I parked in front of my condos dumpster and got my car towed. Was surprised at how clean this place was for being a tow company & the gentleman at the window & Gate was very nice & respectful. Gave them my DL & Registration and was out of there within 5 minutes.

If I could put zero stars I would. This company hid themselves behind a gas station and had a man who would check outside constantly for any people who hadn’t paid. I was inside a restaurant with my mother and we were there for about 35 minutes at most. We go outside and the car was gone. We got an Uber and and went to the place where they kept the cars. As we got proceeded to pay for the car back, a boy probably around 15 was in the office he played on his phone as he spoke to us paying 0 attention. As we paid, my mother was in complete distress yet the boy laughed at my mother and and was very rude not taking in mind the fact how much money we had to pay and how we probably weren’t in the best mood (obviously). This company plots everything so well just to take money from people, we ended up having to pay about 200 dollars.

I’ve been towed by them before as part of the scam during Art Basel. Worst experience. Yesterday night I was towed by them (hydrant) and was expecting the same experience this time aswell. Upon my arrival, “KM”? was nice and understanding (as I had all the documents notarized and cash). I was about to give them a good review because of KM’s positive attitude. When observing the receipt later, i noticed why this was so. They forge their receipts and pocket money from the company. 123.5+26.75 is not 180. Homie “waived” the miles and the admin fee just to pocket it and rip off the corporation.Also lady who worked 2/29/20 around 11:30, who is “new” is a BIG BIG C.Stay away, check your car before signing, and always check the receipt when paying these scammers.

It takes minimal intelligence to understand your own companys policy and even less to regurgitate it considering it is printed right in front your face. With that being said the female over the phone is borderline illiterate and stated that I cannot pick up the car since it was in my fathers name (understandable) and also the car cannot be released even with a notarized letter. Five hours of driving later for my father and we get there and there is a sign saying proof of drivers licence, insurance, primary owner OR NOTARIZED LETTER. ***I dont understand how any business would hire this company as it reflects poorly on their behalf. Lack of knowledge regarding their own policies, combined with abhorrent customer service personnel makes Kings Wrecker Service seem amateurish as compared to other towing companies. *** Prospective Consumers, TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.***

I have been living in the ssme building for 2 years, with the same parking spot options. I have the sticker in my window. Today i woke up and my car was gone. I called they told me management called and signed off at 3am. The thing is that management is not even in the same building and are located far away. I spoke with management they said they never called. I called the towing company then they said that it was a resident that signed off. I pay for parking, i have the decal sticker they took my car.

My underage daughter was arrested in Miami and her car was towed to Kings Wrecker. I was beside myself, I was very upset, I had so many questions. Over a 3 day period I must have called them 40 times. God they must have been so sick of hearing about my troubled daughter and my difficulties trying to get her car out of their impound. But they were so nice, SO HELPFUL, and so kind. I know dealing with a towed car is not a pleasant experience but these guys were very very kind. Remember before you write a bad review it is not their fault that your car got towed.

Terrible place, and even worse employees. There is a hairy armed lady that is very nasty in the office. You ask her a simple question and she gives you the rudest attitude. Just a horrible business overall. I only gave it one star because you cant leave it at zero.

Was involved in a car accident which landed me in the hospital for 3 days. Once discharged I went straight to Kings Wrecker to pickup my belongings and was helped to my car to retrieve my personal items. $642 was in my purse along with my Tom Ford sunglasses and my sons iPad mini. The girl in the window was very pleasant and gave me a discount for the 3 days of storage after I explained to her that I was in the hospital. I am very happy to see that theres still good, honest people out there who care.

These people are crooks. In every shape or form. Towards cops and people both. I worked there. I know they scam people and steal from the cars. I also know that they park by coral gables in the dennys to stalk people down and take their cars.

If I could give zero stars I would. My car got towed away from where I was staying. There was another old car right beside mine and that one didn’t get towed (my neighbor’s car). I thought it was weird so when I called, I asked the lady why that vehicle didn’t get towed as well. Her response was, “ma’m that’s non of your business. Worry about your car worry about yourself”, in the rudest tone! When I arrived to pick my car up, it was $131.i asked her again, why didn’t the other vehicle get towed if it’s a no parking zone. Her nasty response again, “that’s non of your business worry about yourself”. My car had been parked there for 30mins. The big manly lady with the hairy arms at the office was the same rude person that I had spoken to over the phone. I had $140, She didn’t have any change so she sent me to go get change or I wouldn’t get my car. The way this person was speaking to me.... I’m not sure if she thought she was speaking to an animal or what. I wish I’d gotten her name. No type of customer service skills, the only reason this place is in business is because they keep trying people like myself.& to the 80 year old man (my neighbor) who called the towing company to tow my car because a 25 year old (myself) didn’t pay his sickening, disgusting self no mind... the man above see’s everything!!!

My experience with Kings Wrecker Service Towing was like many others horrible. First and foremost they are thieves in every since of the word. My car was towed there after my accident. They stole my headphones pods, change from the console and I guess he had a date with my change cause they even took my mints. Sad to say that this company needs some better customer relations and show there workers whats in ppl cars should not be touched.

The young lady in the window was so helpful from the moment I called to the very end in letting me know my insurance company can pick up my car & pay the fees. She’s a sweetheart & very positive.

Refused to offer drop fee and when we got in the car so that the cops could come, the driver literally tried to get into a physical altercation. The police showed up and we left happily. Could tell the manager was unconcerned with employee behavior. I understand they have to do their job but physical violence is not ok.

My car broke down in the beach, and contacted Kings Wrecker service they arrived within 15 minutes as promised. Driver by the name of Jose dropped my car off at my mechanic shop & was nice enough to give me a ride to Enterprise to pickup my rental.Nice people & great prompt service.

Worst towing service ever. After calling for weeks one driver showed up to post towing signs on the property. Very bad customer service, their dispatch is a rude ghetto guy with little to no knowledge of customer service.

Got my car towed, and ended up having to go to the place. As terrible as it is getting your car towed, it was my fault. I went to the place and ended up getting my car back. Andres, the guy who helped me, was really nice! Terrible at firt but good towarda the end :)

They are utilizing illegal towing practices, my car was hooked at the Dennys in Coral gables I did step out for 5 minutes which I understand but the tow truck guy was actually doing surveillance to see who left and hooked it within 2-3 minutes of me leaving the parking lot.. I have no problem with them towing but their disgusting practices I did step off the property this what they actually did illegal as per Miami Dade towing practices website.It says that they must request authorization by owner or agent to tow vehicle which he did after hooking my car up and going inside not before which is illegal cause he was spotting and hooked it without authority from agent and/or owner yet.Most importantly the scam artist company Kings wrecker charged me a whopping 100 dollars as a drop fee when this is illegal since my car was not actually impounded when the drop fee for Miami Dade is $50.50. please king wrecker challenge me on this because I have my bank statement with the charge since it was paid with a debit card in the parking lot.

I thought the other reviews looked similar to my story I got my car towed by these folk to describe them snakes in the grass they gave me thee hardest time in the world to get back MY car! Today my daughter and I had to go to DownTown. We found a parking in front of the Subway on 1st n 2nd. There was a tow truck from King Wreckers Service and he saw us behind him and he pulled up and made a uturn and stayed across the street. My daughter got off and went to pay for the parking ticket while I waited in the car. Ticket stamped 12:58 by City of Miami. She came back and told me to place the stub on the dash board. I did and we left to  appointment at Legal aide. We were so focus in our appointment ,very nervous to remember everything we needed to ask for our court day next week that we didnt realize that the sign was confusing. That it was a loading zone but from such and such hours you can meter park there. Anyway , when we finished with the Lawyer and start walking towards the car I notice my daughters car was not there. To make a long story short. We were told by City of Miami Police that our car was towed by Kings Wrecker Service  for improper parking. Let me tell you, I dont know how these people sleep at night because they have no conscience. When we went to pick up the car at the King Wreckers Service we saw the same man in the tow truck that moved so we can park there! They work with City of Miami or like we were told that they do business together. The ticket had the time of 1:07 in military time!If this man had a heart he could of told us Mam, you shouldnt park there you will get towed and we would of moved. No, instead he wanted to make money and towed our car. Completely ruined our day even more than what we are going through. I told the tow truck driver who had a breast cancer sticker on his truck that I am a cancer patient and hoped he can sleep real good at night knowing what he does to innocent people. I know he doesnt care obviously because he chose that job but another thing that bothered me is that City of Miami works for them and allows this to happen.

These people are rude. They dont work with you. I forgot my registration home. Although I showed them my driver license and i described my car. I showed them the insurance paperwork that has the vin number, the make and model of the car with my name they didnt let me take my belongings from the car.

Payments can be made in all different forms and they accept all major cc but no where does it states that payment has to be made by the owner of the vehicle being picked up. They claim the city of Miami has established that. Which I doubt the city of Miami would not have a sign indicating it. They are full of lies and clueless. They just want you to use their ATM and charge you more fees. No wonder this place has the worst reviews. Not even one star they deserve but that’s the only way you are able to write anything. They need new management and new ppl working there. During a police impound, they destroyed my front fender, bumper, and grille, and they shredded my gas tank shield trying to tow my 4WD SUV instead of using a flatbed.

Nasty attitude people, and also thief, they stolen my kids tablet, who does that? and they have the gut to say the dont open cars and when my husband tried turning on the car it almost didnt want to turn on. i believe in God and i hope they get what they deserved..

Absolutely horrible. Went to pick up my belongings out of my vehicle and everything was stolen. Brand new iPad, G shock watch, oakley glasses, portable car jump box, and a bunch of paper work (for some reason?). The kid working told me he was doing me a favor for letting me get my stuff because it was a rental car. Said he got yelled at from managers for allowing me to get my stuff. He was getting yelled at because they got caught for stealing my belongings. I filed a police report with Miami police and hopefully they will investigate these people from all the negative reviews. Terrible place with terrible employees. They didnt even have paper work to file for stolen items. Ridiculous. Absolutely ridiculous place. NEVER USE THERE SERVICES!

Picked up a car on November 19th. Beginning on November 20th through November 29th 11 charges showed up on the credit card that I used to pay them. This card is rarely used and kept at home. Hope theyre enjoying the stuff they bought from Amazon and Nike with my stolen credit card info.

All the way, crooks, probably gang members, rude, disgusting looking people, they stole tools from my car, keep the car keys, so charge extra $ 30 (did not give me a receipt) to pull the car out of the lot, plus $ 75 more for covering a broken window which was in perfect condition.It is a waste to time talk to those animals. THIEVES!!!! I understand they were doing their jobs towing a car that was parked incorrectly but is it their job to also search the car and STEAL work tools ?? My husband had his work truck towed and when we went to get it back his truck was trashed !!! they searched it and also STOLE items !!! his work tools that cost $250 EACH they STOLE both which is $500. Based on our recent experience, we believe that King’s Wrecker Service and Mr. Carlos Espinoza (of Carlos Private Transportation Services) are involved with an illegal towing racket. When my friend’s vehicle was towed on December 18, 2016, we got the police involved and got the vehicle released without having to pay anything. On that day, my friends and I parked in the Uhaul parking lot at 1000 NE 1st Ave, Miami, FL 33132 and went to breakfast at All Day Café next door. Upon returning to the Uhaul lot, we found his truck was towed. Immediately, a suspicious man (Carlos Espinoza) pulled up in a Toyota 4Runner (License Plate # X87IE) and asked “Was your vehicle towed?” and then he offered us a ride to the towing company. Initially, we passed on the offer. But upon doing some research, we discovered that Uhaul did not call in the towing, even though they had sole ownership of the parking lot and no towing company has a contract with them to tow vehicles from the lot. We called the police and the towing company that Uhaul normally uses, and neither had any record of the towing. The Uhaul employees agreed that something fishy was going on, because only they should call for a towing on their lot. An employee also told me that the suspicious man (Carlos) was often seen hanging around the lot and in the nearby corner bar. We were able to track him down and he again offered to take us to the towing company. This time we accepted. (I wouldn’t recommend this for others; I’m a Green Beret.) Carlos tried to act as though he didn’t know where the vehicle was towed to, but it became evident that he knew exactly where it was towed. He took us to King’s Wrecker Service, which had the truck. The employee at King’s Wrecker Service claimed that they had a contract with Uhaul. However, he did not have access to this contract to show us, and Uhaul managers refuted that claim. Furthermore, Uhaul always uses Torres Towing, not King’s Wrecker Service. When I explained that the truck was illegally towed, the employee still refused to release the vehicle. (We do not dispute that we wrongly parked in the Uhaul lot, but it was clear that the towing was not called in or authorized by Uhaul.) At that point, we called the police. When the police finally came and got both sides of the story, they ordered the vehicle released without payment. One of the police officers actually encouraged me to write this review, to hopefully help other victims of this illegal towing racket. Unfortunately, this series of events cost us most of our Sunday. For this series of events, we believe the illegal towing was orchestrated by this Carlos Espinoza and King’s Wrecker Service as an illegal money-making opportunity, and we are sure that they exploit others as well. If you suspect that your vehicle was illegally towed as well, I encourage you to call the police to have it released, and then to write a similar review or even to initiate legal action against these scam artists. Unfortunately, that can take some time but it is worth it to save your money from a scam, to make a stand on principle, and to hopefully discourage others from getting exploited by this illicit towing racket.

I didnt give them 5 stars simply because I had to pay. I admit I parked on the wrong place at bayside to not pay for parking and they towed my car. Oscar the guy at the window had me laughing the 5 minutes I was there after and even had some Cuban coffee.Ive never reviewed but leaving from there laughing & smiling from an unpleasant situation of having my car towed made me want to give them a good review. Even had selfies taken with the driver.We all get mad from having our cars towed, in reality their doing their job and we should park where were supposed to.I learned my lesson the hard way but they made it better !!!!Saved their number on my phone & will call if I ever need a tow.

I went yesterday to my car to retrieve paperwork and they were very polite cordial all my stuff was still there I guess I got lucky or theyve some employee changes but otherwise they still are crooks. This towing company is taking illegally, cars from the street with out the owner knowledge, on 17th and Flagler Street I was one of the fortunate that got lucky and got witness and video to prove theyre doing something they should be shame , and people like this should be behind bars because there are no difference between a thief.
