Great wait time, reasonably pricing and great customer service

When i call them they make sure they show up unless they are over loaded picking up other vehicles.

My familys car was recently towed and I get it, the job has to be done but I honestly have to say; working in that kind of business really makes the people there heartless. Whoever towed my family members car left tire marks in my front yard and messed up my grass. Not only that but they charged me $125 to get my belongings back. Whats insane is that they dont allow you to search your own car for your own belongings, you just have to hope that they got everything. They bagged everything in one bag as if my things dont matter and handle it to me with no shame. What hurts the most is that although its not my car, my stuff was also in there and at the moment Im also without a job because of covid and my glasses were thrown inside of that bag along with shoes and a bunch of other items that could have easily broken my glasses. Since I dont have a job, I dont have insurance to afford a new pair of glasses! The lady in the front was nice, I have to admit that but she had no response as far as what would happen if they would have broken my glasses. My familys member watch was also thrown in there like nothing. They also misplaced the tag to the car and had to search for it. But then again, you have to sign and pay for their services first. So, who to say what would happen if they would have not found the tag. Leading to my next complaint, we had a gift card in the car and that also vanished and was never found. It wasnt a lot of money in it but still doesnt give anyone the rights to keep it. At the point, I was too stress to want my gift card back and just left with what was given to me. I can go on but for what purpose, they dont seem to care. I get the job isnt easy. Its not like we didnt want to pay for the car, weve never had a car repo before but were still all human and it would be nice if the company would of taken a little more consideration of other peoples valuables.

AWFUL Service, never pick up their phones, never gives you answers, tried to make an appointment online and its like blocked, what an awful company, the worst definitely dont recommend them. Its better to hire some Hialeah towing owned by one person than this company

SCAMMERS ! Why they running this wack business and why they even open?

Called them for emergency towing. Told me they be here in an hr. They never showed up or call me back.

From 1 to 5 Ill give 0 zero. They dont arrive on time , if they arrive. I recommend to not wait for those guys , call another company.

These crooks siphoned gas from my tank. Didnt even to bother screwing the cap back on and closing the lid. Nuff said

They were pretty suspicious handling me retrieving my car. I called and asked if I get there within 30 minutes how much would it be (because I know they only accept cash and I needed the time to withdraw their payment.) So, I did just that and when I arrived they were going to charge me $30 more.

For obvious reasons COVID - after loosing my job - I fell behind - my car was of course repoed. But Specialized goes out of their way to delay the process all the while price gouging and ignoring STATE LAWS REGULATING THEIR $$ & business practice. Ex #1 there is a cap on How much they charge for towing(depends on the class of your vehicle) if your car is kept outside storage fees should be $20 per day. Therefore they attempt to delay the process.Ex#2 initially after two full days of constant calls between the finance co - being hung up on - left on hold for crazy amounts of time The tried to give me an appointment for THREE days later FOR NO REASON saying it was due to COVID, AND an amount of $365 to pick up the in cash. Do your homework people - according to the prices set forth by the state I ended up only having to pay $150!!!! THEY lied and when I asked about it the question was ignored. CONTACT THE FTC & file a complaint they WILL investigate. Research the “breach of peace” clause.

My car was repo, but i never received any notices so i can remove my beloning. I had finished catching up and had request help for covid... no one suggested to refinance but recieved NEW payment book. I guess i failed

Just as all the reviews say, absolute HORRIBLE experience with this company not only is the receptionist CRYSTAL HARTLEY rude. The manager was also rude and incompetent. In a nutshell my car was wrongfully towed on the and even with documents proving my car was up to date, they decided to not assist me and make me pay in full prior to even being able to see my car. Not to mention we are currently in quarantine and these blood thirsty individuals can care less. Not sure how this place is still open but we will be following up with the BBB.

I read these reviews after my car got towed, and although it’s never a pleasant experience getting towed, I accepted the fact it was my fault for where I was parked, and I had an okay experience with them. When you call to retrieve your vehicle press 1, and someone will answer immediately. They let me come right away to pick up my car (it got towed around 3:30am, I called when the office opened at 9am, and picked up my car around 10am). It cost me $122.40. I had to show the usual ID, and registration to prove I was the owner of the vehicle. They only took cash, which is inconvenient, but whatever. Crystal at the desk was nice. I think they’ll treat you how you treat them. Like I said it’s never nice having your car towed, but try to be a decent human, take the L, and I’m sure they’ll reciprocate good energy back.

Their customer service is very rude , non informative of their correct address to pick up my car. And they will do what they can to keep your car another day so you can pay and extra fee.

Really bad and hard time

Charged me +$450 for towing and storage, later found some things from my vehicle missing. If you find your car was towed by this company, expect your things to be stolen by these unethical scumbags.

This place is a joke! Save yourself the headache . They went through ALL OF OUR PERSONAL BELONGINGS in the car including my bag. These people are con artists to say the least they towed our car UNLAWFULLY . I’m so disgusted, if these people have your car good luck..

Stole items out of car when it was towed call no one know anything about it.

Unfortunately had to deal with this kind of people , very rude from truck drivers(the worst) guy driving a black dynamo behaved very unprofessional and low class, believe me if you can pay on the spot, do not go to the kendall location very dirty office and unprofessional people , its an experience you dont want to go through , unfortunately live in a condominium and my car was impounded cause they had to trim trees and my car was parked in their landscaping way , specialized in low class towing thats what they are , had to pay them $101 to get my vehicle back , anyways in this covid times , please clean your office (kendall)cause it looks very unsafe ,By the way i got a bottle of wine on my way home (caymus) that was about same price of your fee , just to forget about this dirty event i had to go through. One more thing if the #s on your website are true do something to your locations they suck!!!!!

If i could give 0 stars i would, had a car repossed and this company of repo sent it here, this people never answer their phones nor emails, they tell you to schedule and appointment to get your car and submit paperwork which i did and when i sent someone to get the car they said the could not release it until paperwork is showed which i uploaded to their page, then i am all the way in texas and saying they needed the money in cash for storage, they dont work with you, they hold ur car as long as possible so you pay more money in storage this is how they work! very bad!!!!!!!!

Very nasty staff especially the lady at the desk.Shes also a liar. Plus she told me I didnt need a registration to retrieve my car. Thats how much of a crook she is. Hope I never encounter them again.

I mean common who would 5 star a towing company right? If their customer service was good if they even knew what that meant and didnt illegally tow peoples vehicles just maybe they would get more than 1 star!! If your HOA uses them PLEASE kick them out!! They threaten you, they will lie and even try and tow a car with a person inside!! BBB should close them down!!! Period!!!!

The worst company i’ve ever dealt with, all low thieves who steal your personal belongings inside your car and promote illegal activities, had to get the cops involved to be able to retrieve my belongings. DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANYTHING!

They are not there to help you resolve your issue. Also dealing with them on the phone is a nightmare. After dealing with this company I would never recommend them to anyone. If I can give them a negative amount of stars I would.

Very irresponsable people.They used my car and gasoline. Left a mess in my car and then denied everything. They dont give a shtt about your property.I had to witness a fight while there in their lot.Its a hell. Its like if your car is in jail and you dont have a right.Why are these horrible companies are allowed without being questioned

Just tried to make an appointment to get personal items out of my car which I just needed one thing and they told me that would be 105$ so by the time I can get my car back with all the reviews I’m seeing I know it’ll be really expensive. Horrible

This company has the most unethical and disrespectful employees, I went to pick up items and a lot of stuff were missing.When I brought it up to an employee he said I was crying for dumb things...These people will literally steal from you if they want and lie to your face.If you have the option DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAMMERS!!

I was in the Kendall area they took my car all the way to homestead, lady over the phone was there rude. Insurance adjuster I just scheduled twice to pick up my car. They stated that they didnt have my car in the homestead facility

Its bad enough to choose a profession where the point is to screw people, but this place actively wont pick up their phone. Got to the yard and they told me my car wasnt there, if I didnt have a tracker they would have sent me on a wild goose chase. Then they made me sit for an hour while they did paperwork. God awful.

This company will rob you! Towed my moms car then they dont even charge by the day but by the hour!!! Absolutely ridiculous

Tore apart my doc seat took my driver seat off its tracks then tried to put it back on one piece of it broke off so now it slides a little whenever I drive.

They target people for money obviously. I have out of state registration and they would not cooperate with me to give me my car back. I have to wait over a week just to see my registration.

Very tense environment and also that most of the employees treat the customer badly. They have a bathroom and they dont loan it, but apparently it is the characteristic of the business.

Good attention and understanding from a young man named Ricardo, is Cuban, very attentive and understood my awkward situation and always wanted to help me !!!!
