I am visiting Miami for the weekend . I went to eat and came back and my car was towed for supposedly blocking and service entry . There were no signs posted . The employee was unhelpful and wouldn’t clarify which company made the call . However there were 3 other cars parked in similar location and even a different car park in the same exact spot my car was told from .When i got to their location to retrieve my car . I was the only car that had been towed .

Was worried when I read the reviews but was thoroughly impressed. Office was very clean and service was professional. Specifically young lady named Elisandra was very attentive and made the process of getting my car back as smooth as possible.

Well if I could have given this company zero stars I would have. My car got towed so I went to the location to pick up my car and the workers at the front desk were not helpful and beyond rude , they gave me a number to call which made no sense to me when am standing inside of your establishment .But I did manage to get my car back which I was happy about so I could go about my business 😌

The tow truck driver was very polite & arrived within just a few minutes, will surely use this company again if needed !!!

Specifically called for a LOW CLEARANCE TOW. Clearance space was 6’8. The operator said no problem. Stated it had to get maneuvered into a parking garage. Again, no problem. The car gets picked up, he can’t get the car in the garage, his truck was too high. Argued about price. Should’ve have pay in full since they messed up. He threatened to take the car to his impound. Left the car in the middle of the street. GREAT COMPANY.

Process is fast, but facilities are extremely dated and unsanitary. Staff was stern but respectful, the only reason they got 3 stars. Longest part of the process was waiting for the release slip to print .

They wrongfully towed my car. I parked in a parking meter spot and behind the parking meter spot is the tow away zone. We are going to the BBB to destroy these guys. Im also going to blast them on channel 7 news and social media. Theyre reputation online speaks for itself. Reviews are all 1 stars everywhere.

My car was towed by this company and was very worried after reading all the reviews online.. When I called, a man answered the phone who was extremely polite and helpful his name was Nick.. When I arrived he allowed me to go to my car and grab my things.The company looks very dirty and is located in a bad area. The parking lot is FULL of holes. I would never use this company for my personal towing but Nick was extremely helpful.

I know nobody likes their car towed.. We all know this kind of business is one of the worst out there.. My Challenger 2013 , was parked on a parked slot perfectly marked in Downtown Miami , in front of Space to be exact. When got out of the Club found another car where mine should of been.. To discovered my car was towed by these crooks. I took a cab and went to recover my car, when I got there after paying 118$ to recover my car , now my car is making all sort of noises from the front wheel.. In other words they messed it up.. What enrages me the most is how powerless you are with this kind of business.. You call the police, the dont do anything. You sue them, it will take your time and money to recuperate your money.. So in other words , is like being rob in front of your eyes and you not able to do anything.. So if you are reading this, you probably are having a bad day like did after your car being towed and wrecked by this company.. Thank you City of Miami, for calling Molina to tow my car for your miserable parking 28$ ticket. Thank you Molina for messing up my car.. I learned my lesson!

Zero customer service, unprofessional, unapologetic, and damaging to vehicles. I feel it is my civic duty to warn other people about this company. I had them unlock my car and they completely botched the job. Door frame bent, scratched paint and window tinting.Lazaro was unskilled with the conventional method of opening a locked vehicle (catching the lock with wire). Instead he opted to reach for my keys attached to my purse inside the car. He couldve just gone for the keys, but instead tried to wrench out the entire bag from the small space inbetween the locked door and car frame. This bowed the door.I noticed the bent door right away and said something. Lazaro shrugged and told me it was my fault. My door will no longer seal to the elements now. I called the company and was rudely told to file a small claims report and hung up on. Companies like this should have no business. I made a costly mistake having them work on my car; dont repeat it! The Better Business Burea rates them as an F.

The worst people who dont have an ounce of respect. The owner should hire better people. The worst costumer service. They dont want to help or give proper information. They dont give there name just not to get into trouble...hanging up the calls when all I wanted was acurate information in order to collect my car. They are the worst. If there is a Dishonest Towing Award This place takes First Place. Rude Nasty Perssonel. Runned like the Mob and you get the feeling the City of Miami is behind this Scam. To many complaints and ripping of people. Cant imagine why and how this place continues to be licensed to do Mob Style buissnes in Miami, some commisioners or city officials must be taking bribes cause it makes no sense.

Shady company. They never reported to Miami PD that my car was picked up. Its been listed as abandoned for 3 months. I called them and the lady hung up on me 3 times! Literally! Their lucky they make money by force otherwise they wouldnt be in business! AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!

Very upset at this company. After pick up my Car, hours later I realize the tow hook cover was missing. I call and the lady there was rude, didnt let me finish talk and said we dont have it, and I ask to speak to the supervisor, she said its not at the time, not sure when he is gonna be there. Worst of the worst people I’ve encountered in my life, worst customer service, especially the night crew. Don’t want to go into further details but this place should be banned.

Great service, they were able to assist me with towing my porsche 911 at a very fair rate.

These people are hustlers. They have some sort of deals going on in coconut grove. Somehow they come 30 mins away to tow your car. The parking enforcement calls them and once they arrive you are ticketed and towed. They dont wait even 5mins. This is pretty shady deal going on here. My space was half the time public half the time commercial with a small sign indicating that. Beware these signs. I pay for valet now since this awful experience.

Is there any way I can not give them a star? Where do I begin. Well they towed my car, and damaged it as well. When I arrived, I arrived with my friend and another person and their family member. We were all towed from the same location that had signs that were very conflicting. But thats an issue for MDPD. So we walk to the tow company and when we arrive, my friend and I were blatantly discriminated against. We were 2 African American women in dresses. Very harmless, yet they treated us as if we were a threat to their lot. While the men we arrived with were able to roam the lot and do as they wished. They made sure to keep us seperate, while other people were allowed to go to the office with their entire families. Upon arrival, I was told to go to my car to get my registration. When I got to my car I noticed it was damaged. I asked for a manager and he basically said they did not do the damage and he was not going to do anything about it. Cool. I let it go. I get inside to process my car and there was only one window open at the time. As I walked in another opened, to my surpise I end up with the assistant that clearly was not raised right or knew what customer service was. I asked if they had a business card or anything with their business info, I didnt hear her the first time so I asked again this time she rudely said like I said NO! She then began to refuse to process my paperwork threatened me and cursed at me several times. I called her manager who was reluctant to come in to assist the situation. Eventually he came in and processed my documentation and I was on the way. Meanwhile my friend was outside being harrased by the manager and lot employee while I was being verbally assaulted by the assistant inside. She was being told that she was not allowed to stand on the lot, but there were other car owners who had their entire family with them and near them. She was threatened with police calls for her removal. Overall this was a horrible experience that was made worst by a shady company that lacked any sort of customer service.

These guys put up temporary tow-away zone signs on 12th between Brickell and Brickell Bay, and then towed all of the cars that were legally parked there. $118 extorted.On top of this, their details werent noted anywhere in the vicinity, leaving me to call every tow company in the phone book one by one until I found the right place.

You call to find out what day is the auction for car sale and they give you wrong day information to keep the vehicles amongs themselves. Shady big time.

BEWARE, if you are dealing with these frauds, youre in for an experience -- and by no means will it be a good one. Apparently, to work for this company, you not only have to be unnecessarily rude, you must also have no common sense and a deep desire to ruin a persons day/night. These people are crooks -- to the say the least. They do not even deserve one star. They should be sued for every penny they have stolen from the people of Miami. I have never written a bad review but this needed to be done. Its sad that such horrible, awful, nasty people can get away with this. I feel bad for anyone who has ever had to come into contact with them. But at least they will be stuck in their dirty ways and we can get on with our lives and treat each other with the respect and kindness we all deserve.

The only reason I put a one is because 0 is not an option . I understand youre not dealing with people at a Hilton resort but WOW, Ive never spoken to such horrendous , unpleasant people in my life . The two girls in the reception area had a terrible attitude from the get go , almost like they had been picked off the street for the job with no training on how to communicate with people whatsoever ! Una compañía con muy mala atención a clientes, personal con poca información y tiempo de atención. Nunca había visto una empresa (si se puede llamar asi) tan mala reputación. Se llevan los autos de nuestros estacionamientos correspondientes. Normalmente en la madrugada cuando la personas duermen. Es mucha injusticia de su parte y aprovechan del sistema. Esperamos que la discusión legal afecte y corrija esta mala práctica para que dejen de actuar de tal forma.

A filthy place. Everyone who works there with a terrible attitude. They also invented that one of the banknotes that I gave them was false (something that was not possible because it had come out of a VIP office of Banco de Crédito del Perú). I asked to see the cameras, they pretended to see them and they told me that it was my ticket but they did not let me see the cameras. I was alone because they hadnt let my cousin in. They said that she should enter alone. I couldnt do anything else. I had to give them another ticket, everything very conveniently prepared to do whatever they want. A place that should pass an inspection, no doubt. A place that shouldnt exist the way it is.

They have to spend it on medicine ... it is a dirty and easy job ... they earn money at the cost of sacrifice and the sweat of others ... my husband was stationed doing construction in a building from 7 a.m. to 7 a.m. and 40 a.m. the night ... all tired and exhausted ... and these children of poorly-born mothers come and tow your car ... instead of letting you know or putting on a warnig..he realizes that they are towing him and he falls back in a bike and when he tells the driver of the crane that please see what time he was working ... the hp told him to go home by bicycle .... That has neither mother nor father .. .is a bad paridoo .. and hopefully that 150 we had to pay .. I have to release the medicine for some family ....... they make money at the expense of pain and sweat from others .... too badd ...
