I had a portable hard-drive that failed - one that had my entire existence stored on it. I initially tried an online app to recover my data, no help at all. Then to a store-front computer service company that also proved unable to recover the data. Finally to Data Doctors of Queen Creek. Not only did they recover all my data, but did so quickly and with many good hints on how to avoid further problems. They saved my bacon and I cannot thank them enough.
These guys at store 203 Lost my computer.I took it in a month ago for repair a hard drive, when I went in today to see why they have not contracted me. (after i paid a $59,Check in Fee)1st they said I picked it up. Which I did not. Then they said they recycled it because I did not pick it up. They said the called me 5 times, which they never called me once. I asked why they did not send me an email. They said we just call. I asked where is their policy that says they can throw away my equipment .(they dont have oneThen they said let me call my boss and see if we still have itIt is simple,1. The return my laptop repaired.2. They replace my laptop.3. They pay me for the laptop (that was less then a year old)4. They get sued
