Friday night my computer failed to start. Saturday, everything I did resulted in a failure as well. My desktop wouldnt even let me reset it! The man, the myth, the legend (along with his wife) make an amazing team and they have been servicing the community for 16 years. Called in yesterday morning because my three year old “gaming laptop” was acting slower than a 10 year old HP and Mike was available to help right away and I brought it in an hour later and he got it back to me 24 hours after. For less than 200 dollars, my laptop was diagnosed, fixed, and I was given a wireless mouse and mouse pad and education how to prevent what I found out was malware on my laptop. Mike installed a bunch of programs that tell me my specs and clean up my computer of viruses if I ever make another mistake again. I’m off to college soon and I needed this laptop for gaming and work. Really satisfied and glad to have a new contact in the Mesa area to service my tech needs.

Purchased an HP (purchased at a local bulk store) about 2.5 years ago. It never did work well, but I adjusted as I was out of state and needed something. Unprofessional to say the least, and not very Knowledgeable. Was told my computer was pretty much trash, and they couldnt wipe a hard drive... didnt really have the time, but ended up doing it my self. I took a year break in school, and when going back I had to take a placement test. When finally using my computer after a about a year (and saldy allowing my family to use it), it was a mess. Very slow and my speakers didnt work. Going into a complete panic because school is completely online now and I started in 3 days. My computer quit working so I bought a new computer and transferred my pictures and documents from my external hard drive only to discover the backup was bad and I had lost most of my pictures and documents. We had been having computer issues for a while. After ignoring the issues for a while we were finally unable to use the computer. We called Advance IT to schedule an appointment. We were able to drop off the computer in a couple of hours and got it back in a short period of time. The computer issues are gone and it works great.As we were discussing the computer issues we also discussed our old computer which was 12 years old and still using windows 7. We decided to purchase a computer to replace our old computer. The new computer is great and all our old files were transferred to the new computer.We are glad we decided to have Advanced IT work on our computer. AITS is very skilled at fixing computers. However, there is a serious ethical issue with the owner, Mike, and the extortion scheme he participates in to secure discounted inventory for his business. He purchases products online, then strong-arms sellers into providing him the products he purchased at a discount, while refusing good-faith attempts at customer service. When his attempts at bullying a vendor into a discount are unsuccessful, he resorts to middle school-level name calling, throwing about remarks such as “moron” and “cow”. Do you feel comfortable giving your business to a “professional” who conducts business in such a way? There are plenty other IT businesses that don’t act in this manner that are far more worthy of my money.

Had an old Dell laptop that had seen its last days with a very slow drive. Mike told me he could bring it up too the 21 century for a reasonable price. It took a day longer than plan and it was well worth it!!!!!! It is running better than before and I will go back to Advanced IT plus recommend them to my friends.

By the way, its all Mike, theres no team.ORIGINAL POST:My experience: I have a 2012 MacBook Pro that was having issues as of late and had a buzzing sound coming from the computer and the power seemed to be waining when shutting off. Called and got ahold of Mike and in a harsh voice, he immediately asked me, Who is this? I told him and then he said, Oh, I thought you were another customer. Guessing it was someone he clashed with recently and who wasnt happy with him. After my experience, Im guessing this might be a common theme.I explained my issue to Mike and literally within a minute he seemed to have it all figured out. Told me I somehow must have gotten a virus, Macs dont last forever, and that his professional advice would be to replace the computer. He then recommended I trade my computer in to him for another computer he could provide me with that was a little newer and with similar specs as mine, but at just half the cost Id spend on a new computer. He quoted me $1500.Odd he could give me all kinds of brilliant professional advice after only hearing about a minute of an explanation and having never seen or diagnosed my actual computer. I told him Id seen plenty of similar computers on OfferUp that matched the description of what he was offering me, but at half the cost of his quote. He told me if I did that I would simply be inheriting the problems from the previous owner. My thought - isnt that what YOU do? Fix computer with issues? But apparently Mike has super powers - he knows all other computers being sold come with issues that would account for that additional $800 Id have had to pay for his computer compared to those I could find elsewhere. After my OfferUp comment, his tone became condescending and belittling and essentially told me he couldnt help me. Weird, he markets as a computer repair guy, but I didnt hear him mention or allude to computer repair or diagnosis once. Not even a suggestion of it if I were to buy another computer elsewhere. I think its fairly obvious why ... read below ...Bottom line: I never took my computer to him. I did find a quality computer repair service and trustworthy individual who diagnosed my computer and fixed it for $120. Runs like a champ now. If Id gone with Mike, I would have paid him $1500 for a computer (Id guess he bought somewhere else for maybe $500-600 and then done some basic repairs or change of parts that might total $150) I could have gotten at less than half the price. Wonder what he would have done with mine? Fix it and sell it for $500-600 Id guess. Great payday - Im guessing if I had walked unsuspectingly into that little scenario, it would have netted Mike somewhere around $1200-1500 in total. Far better than doing repair work on my system and only making a couple hundred bucks (or if competing with the other gentleman who fixed my computer, $120).I deal with companies and business owners all the time and havent felt a need to write a negative review. Mike earned this one. Sounds like hes just looking for naive computer-illiterate individuals to take advantage of.Buyer beware.

Mike was great!!He was responsive, communicative and honest. He fixed my computer really quickly. He gave me updates every few days with no pressure and very up front with my options. Glad to have found him. I highly recommend!!

I first met Mike when my fathers computer kicked the bucket. He was very nice to my father and took the time to go step by step with the new interface to insure he knew how to use his new computer with no problems. Alright Im not one to sit here and write reviews that often but I had to for Advanced It Solutions! I needed my hard drive to be replaced on my laptop and after weeks of searching, I decided to take a chance here. Mike and his team are absolutely fantastic!! My laptop was really slow and not completing any updates so I reached out to Mike and he took care of it quickly. I dropped my laptop off on a Friday and less than 30 minutes later, he called me to explain what was wrong with my laptop and ask for my approval to fix the problems. Not only did they charge me a reasonable price for their service, they also completed the work fast. My laptop was ready to go on Monday. I tried to build my own PC and I couldnt quite get it to work (would not connect to my monitor) so I gave Mike a call and he said he would look at it for me, fast forward a little bit and I got it to him and he said he would fix it for me and call me if he ran into troubles before starting to fix it again. He was very professional and was able to get it to me the next day. He showed me how to setup everything and even walked me through what each program he added did. Im amazed at how fast this was able to be done and how amazing the machine looks! Mike, Rebecca, and Diego are an all-star team. I lost 4TB of precious photos. My hard work and some precious family memories were stored on a 4TB drive and I thought it was gone forever. One call to Advanced IT Solutions changed it all!!! The all-star team at IT solutions spent about a month working tirelessly on the data recovery. They were able to recover all of my photos in the same folders and format that I had the photos stored in. The new photos were placed on a new 8TB hard drive and formatted for a MAC. I am so thankful for such reputable business that is provided at Advanced IT Solutions.

I received top-shelf professional help with restoring all data possible from a damaged 11 year old 500mb hard drive. The data was restored almost flawlessly as far as that goes-and it was also carefully orgainzed and written onto a new external HD of course. It was also the professionalism of Mike, and his staff, that enabled it to be done in the right sequence and time-frame. I was very regularly updated with everything I needed to know - they were all very knowledgable and pleasant to work with. High Recommendation.

Mike is the man! My hard drive went kaput on me and I needed to get my trusted desktop up and running again. Mind you, my desktop is a 9 year old IMac. I called to inquire about the company, when I called there was no answer. However they did call me back promptly even though I had not left a message (Ill give a star for that). I attempted to explain what I was looking for, but before I could get a sentence spoken, the gentleman I was speaking to said he wasnt interested and to loose the number, loose the number, then he hung up on me. Without letting me finish a sentence.So I believe that I will loose the number.

I contacted AITS since the company I work for was having people change to work remotely. My laptop was not up to the task, running so slowly, and I needed a machine that I could rely on to be able to do my job. Mike immediately got me an appointment for me to drop off my laptop with him the next day. Went in to get a simple assessment. Over the phone, everything seemed great. The problems arose when I walked into the store and the owner was standing, with his arms sticking out in a way as to appear as if he was crucified, halfway between the desk and doorway. I thought it was weird but Ive seen worse. Then as I got closer to him he started chanting in tongues at me while spaghetti noodles began to pour out of every orifice on his body. When I was finally able to process what was going on, the chanting stopped and he stared blankly into my eyes and called me the N-word. Thats where I draw the line. Never doing business with this establishment ever again!

Mike made the whole experience so seamless. I am absolutely technologically impaired when it comes to change. Mike set up the new computer as close as he could to the way my old computer was set up. I was worried that I would not be able to access parts of my computer with the same ease as I had. Not to worry though, Mike did an awesome job at an awesome price. My second computer through Mike and Advanced IT Solutions and I will return for a third one in 6 years or so.

I am a student and my laptop stopped working unexpectedly, (it wouldnt turn on because there was an issue with my cooling fan). I decided to take it into AITS for a check up. The owner, mike, surpassed my expectations; he gave me a reasonable quote to replace the battery and cooling fan as well as fix some software issues, and he stuck to that price. He kept me updated through phone calls for every step of the process, and he finished the job on the date he said he would (it took less than a week to order all of the parts, install them, and fix the software issues). I appreciated the honest price and the fact that he had gotten the laptop back to me fairly quickly (as a student i use the computer daily so it was nice to get it back within the week).Overall i had a great experience and i would trust Mike with any future repairs i need on the computer.

Had my laptop hard drive failing and any warranty repair would require up to 14 days for them to authorize any repair or replacement. As a business owner, no way could I be without my computer for that long for an answer and then the time to replace/repair it. I called Mike, gave him a quick idea of what I was dealing with and he sent a quote for repair. I looked at the quote and then dropped the computer off later that day as I decided to just pay the repair cost and then deal with the warranty coverage. Mike replaced the drive and had the computer ready to pickup by the next afternoon, on New Years day no less. Quick service, reasonably priced, worth it to have the repair done and the computer ready to reinstall all the data when I got it back home.Thanks again!

IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS, I WOULD. This place is a scam for people who dont know computers at all. As a Gamer, I have enough skills and knowledge to fix most of my own issues, but aside from writing customer reviews for his own company on clients laptops, read along to see further why this place is a BLATANT SCAM!The owner will TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU and complain in the reviews, but if you just read these facts, you can determine for yourself what kind of loser this owner is. 1st off, they say theyre open until 11pm, but we just drove over to this place at 6pm on a Friday and doors were locked. The shop is NOT OPEN that late, but no big deal I guess. So we called to see if they could look at my hard drive the next day since the computer wasnt booting right and when I ran my own diagnostics, it said HDD bay2 was malfunctioning. THE TECH BLATANTLY LIES and says, Any work on an Hard drive requires a complete overhaul of the system. The second I questioned this and told him that it might just be the connection thats damaged and he should probably look at it, he went full PSYCHO mode and accused me of being unprofessional for calling him out. I told him that if its just the HDD that needs replacing I can do it, but I need to make sure its not the connection that got damaged. Before I could even get a quote,, he ASSUMED I wanted it done for free and said his company was INCAPABLE of helping. Not because they didnt want to, but because they couldnt and didnt know how. I double-checked to make sure it was because they didnt know how and not because they didnt want to. The unprofessional tech said with glee, Yep! We dont know how to do it!So either these losers are scam artist looking for people who dont know computers to scam, or they are far too incompetent to repair a Hard Drive. Either way, SAVE YOUR MONEY and go somewhere else!P.S. The owners responses to legitimate concerns should also be noted before EVER coming here again including w/e terrible excuse he comes up with here.

I have taken an outdated 2011 MacBook in to get updated, cleaned out, proper security installed, in order to get it running again. It works like it is brand new again. I have also recently purchased a refurbished 2017 iMac elsewhere. I brought it in to have Microsoft Office installed along with the security software. Advanced IT Solutions is trustworthy, professional, timely and friendly. I now have 2 older Macs that I saved a bunch of money on by having Advanced IT update rather than buying new. I would highly recommend their services.

It was very helpful in m decision-making process to be able to speak directly with Mike, the owner. He was able to diagnose the issue quickly and accurately, and he provided a competitive quote for the job. In less than one day, my computer was fixed and ran better than it ever had before. Mike took the time to show me all the upgrades that had been installed and answer all my questions.
