My computer started running slowly. Additionally, I had an anti-virus program I wanted to stop auto-renewing. Mitchell and Phil cleaned the computer up. The issue with the anti-virus auto renewal turned out to be with my email account that no longer worked.How they did it I dont know but they found the problem in the email program, fixed it, and because of that, were able to turn off the auto-renewal. AND that email program now works.They were awesome.

Just gave my 9 year old Samsung a mid-life boost with a SSD from Data Drs on McKellips. These guys have serviced my computers before and are always very professional. Prices are good and promises kept. Their shop is always neat and clean which tells you a lot about theirProfessionalism. I brought my phone here to be fixed a year and a half ago and they did such a good job I decided to bring my desktop here for some issues it had and never looked back. Ricky went way beyond the call of duty to help me get set up with Windows 10 and get all of my existing, old software to carry over to the new system.

Brandon was our Tech and understood my issues/concerns with my lap top. I have a ASUS lap top and its 12 years (been a great computer) and I used this computer for work and home. After the diagnostic testing that was performed it is time to replace this computer. I was disappointed when I agreed I wanted to replace my lap top the prices were very expensive and the only computers that were reviewed were HP. I was looking for something reasonably priced and not a lot of bells and whistles. Brandon did state that if I found a computer elsewhere to bring it in and they would download my current computer to the new one. All in all I would highly recommend Data Doctors

I took a dying hard drive in to recover some data. They recovered it and stored it on a flash drive and the whole process was painless for me. They did a great job.

We took our laptop to Data Doctors because it was getting the blue screen. They fixed the problem in timely manner. We had to take it in again yesterday to see why some new hardware wasnt working.(my error) They fixed the problem while I was there. Evan and Troy are very helpful and very professional. Knew I had a small problem, which was getting our laptop to connect to Wi-Fi. Originally went to the big box store for assistance. Got there, and was told need to wait an hour just to meet with a rep to discuss, and submit the computer for repair. Told it would be a flat rate repair cost, decided not to stay. Went to Data Doctors, on McKellips. Met with Paul, who was extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Looked at computer and saw it was just a simple solution, which he completed on the spot. Said no charge since it was so minimal. We saved a bunch of time, and money. Rarely do you get service as we did, any more. Highly recommend Data Doctors, and personally want to thank Paul for being so great at what he does. We will always use them again from this day forward.

I went to the location off of McKellips and Greenfield.I was completely locked out of my computer and Doug troubleshooted my laptop and was able to resolve the issue in less than 30 minutes! He was very personable and funny! I highly recommend Data Doctors.

I brought my lap top in to Data Doctors which had nearly 200 viruses and was very slow. Evan and Troy were very professional and fixed my computer. It acts like a brand new computer now. I also set up with their membership which costs $25 per month. With this I feel very comfortable that I wont get viruses going forward or at least they will handle all issues and keep me running efficiently.

Do not waste your money here. These guys told me told I needed a new hard drive for my dell laptop charge me $60 just to tell me that. I took it somewhere else and fixed it for $50 without buying a new computer nor a hard drive. They are fraud!

Computer systems will have problems and there are bad people out there that make it worse. Often, more harm than good is accomplished it you go the do it yourself route. Data Doctors offers a highly professional and (quite) affordable service to keep the home, and small business users, up and running. They provide great service, excellent results...and the maybe the most important of all...worry free piece of mind. Troy and Evin were very professional, customer/service oriented, patient, highly technically qualified and persistent...even with difficult problems. These guys did a great job figuring out what was wrong with my PC so I was able to fix it for as cheap as possible, very friendly staff.

Went here to get my laptop repaired. They charged me $60 and told me I needed a new computer due to water damage . Turns out that my computer had no water damage and just needed very minor repairs.

I am coming up on 64 years of age soon but I have been using computers since I was in my 30s, now that doesnt mean I have become an expert w/the “MACHINE” but I probably know more about the inner workings than many but I still need the help of techno geeks (I mean that in the most affectionate & respectful way) and your store and the techs within that represent your company have been spectacular. Your techs have effectively rescued me in times of computer stress (when I don’t know how something works), breakdowns and simple general knowledge when asked for information. The reps at my neighborhood store @ McKellips Rd & Greenlfield Rd in Mesa has been nothing less than exemplary. Now let me call them out by name present to past: Trevor, Evan, Troy, Phillip, Ash any of the temporaries who fill-ins while one of the regular out. Now let me also comment on the cost of your services, “TOTALLY AFFORDABLE” and I’m on a fixed “Old Mans Budget.” My son-in-law cost about the same but in cases of beer. I’m from California and when I moved out here 3 years ago I was totally worried about my computers service. Data Doctors have absolutely eliminated that concern and I thank your company and my friends at the store for relieving that anxiety. I brought my laptop in because the blue screen of death came up, and it kept shutting off by itself. within two days they had the viruses removed and updated the soft wear. They found the problem was probably caused by the last company that worked on my laptop in Wisconsin added some items that may have some unwanted programs with them. Thanks to Data Doctors my computer is working fine.

Before you pay $299 for a look-see, and sadly end up with $399 and no fix, consider this: I just saw a brand new computer at Frys Electronics website for $479. It is incumbent on every man and woman who has a computer to get as computer savvy as he or she can. There are books to read, and friends to consult and pages on the web where you can post your problem and get an answer by reading the other answers or waiting for someone to post an answer. Not even sure how to begin. Both Evan and Troy made my life so much better by solving my computer issues for my graphic/web design business. After my weak attempt to determine why my Dell workstation kept locking up, I knew I needed help and Id heard Data Doctors was the best and most trusted.Because my computer holds all my clients data and many websites, I wanted someone I could trust. I was greeted by Evan who promptly plugged in my computer and found out quickly that I would need some serious diagnostics run and I needed to leave it with them until the next day. And within 24 hours, Evan called as promised to tell me what was wrong (one of my hard drives had died and the other was having so many problems, it too was about to go). He went over the cost, options, etc. I was able to discuss all options and costs with him before any work would begin. In short, both hard drives were to be replaced and the entire machine tweaked; I also wanted them to add more memory as well. With seeing how thorough these Data Doctors guys were, I decided that I wanted them to be my permanent IT guys and I joined their membership program which allows me many benefits and saves me a tremendous amount of time. With their membership, I now have one of the best security softwares running on my machine as well as having my data backed up regularly - it was a no brainer and well worth the inexpensive monthly fee.The amazing part is that within only a few days, I got a call that my computer was ready for pick up. I was absolutely pleased how quickly they took care of me and my computer. They even scanned all four of my external hard drives for any possible problems as well.Upon pickup, the guys were happy to answer any of my questions, never rushing me along. They went over the tweaks that they had done that would help keep my computer more secure as well as how the backups worked.There is no doubt that Evan and Troy will be my go-to guys for ANY computer issues. They really are in touch with ever-changing technologies and understand both hardware and software and how they work together, which is so critical to getting great IT support. My computer laptop/workstation is a bit more complex that the normal home computer as it has lots of extras as far as software and hardware, and Evan and Troy knew exactly how to not only repair it but to also make it run far better than before.Thanks again, guys! Over all it was all negative from the beginning to the end. The staff was full of know it alls who just wants to take your money and run. I Took my lap top in to get repairs on 5/4/16 i paid the $60 fee for evaluation i got a call back (couple days later)and was told there was nothing wrong with my unit as far as my browser but if i paid them $30 they can un install chromium (it was corrupt) and could cause the problem i was experiencing. So i said ok to that repair (i could of un installed it) I stopped in to see if my unit was ready today 5/10/16 (no one called letting me know it was ready) I took it home and went online and with in 4 min firefox crashed. I called the store and the kid told me for $249.00 it can be fixed.........Said it needs a fresh install of windows 10 (just installed windows 10 3 weeks prior to the repair for free) So be aware of Data DoctorsUp date 5/11/16 I went online and found out you can re install the previous version of windows or do a pc clean (re fresh) just by holding down the shift key and restarting the unit if your not worried about certain programs due to having the license key or the disc do a full wipe or click just remove my files it took about 4 hours to do so but i have been on the said laptop all morning and my browser (firefox) is running awesome with no money out of my pocket. Thanks Data Doctors im sure ill be getting good reviews on this info.

Brought in my laptop as it was running slow and The fan was having a problem working. I told them this but still payed 60 dollars for them to tell me something I already know. Was told that it would cost me 300 dollars to get a new fan (which is bullshit btw) and I mentioned that I was going to eventually get a new laptop so I dont see the point to paying out that much they said alright and that they would put my laptop back together. WELL THEY APPARENTLY CANNOT EVEN PUT A LAPTOP TOGETHER CORRECTLY AND CAUGHT THE HARD DRIVE ON FIRE, TOLD ME SORRY BUT YOU WERE GOING TO GET A NEW ONE ANYWAYS, AND THEN DIDNT GIVE ME A REFUND OF MY MONEY BACK! so I payed 60 dollars to have an okay laptop set on fire and then I had to pay another 800 to get a new one within the week. Im a student, dont have the money for this bullshit. Dont ever go here. Ever.
