Great and speedy repair. I contacted Gabe regarding a possible issue with my battery. I was able to get my computer in same day (called in the morning), and within a few hours he had a diagnosis, and a price for me. The price was very affordable as I am a college student. The fix was easy (battery). The battery arrived quickly, and my computer was fixed promptly. Gabe let me know the status every step of the way, and let me pick my computer up Saturday evening. All around great service. I would highly recommend Grandsons to anyone who wants good reliable service, fair prices, and to support a local business.

Not only has a very impressive skillset for both hardware and software, is extremely convenient with schedule and fast-paced on his deliveries. Came in with a computer that wouldnt come-on and had it working in just an hour, then when the drivers were wonky was able to resolve them entirely over an afternoon. Gabe was great! When my Mac no longer decided to turn on I took it to Apple where they couldn’t diagnose it and then wanted me to pay 500+ Where they would ship it off and maybe find out what is what and then maybe be able to repair it. Before spending the money I wanted to get a second look. I found Gabe and after dropping it off he called me 10 minutes later and had it diagnosed! Turns out it was dead for good (which I suspected) and was able to transfer all my pictures and files to a hard drive for me quickly. He was responsive and helpful with recommending me a new laptop! I would recommend him to anyone looking for any type of computer repair or issue!!

I was very happy with the service Gabe provided. I schedule an appointment for the next day and he was right on time. He kept me updated on what he was doing and the communication was excellent. I even texted him several times about various questions that were not related to my repair and each time I felt like he was happy to answer them and never gave any indication that I was annoying. I felt the price was fair. It was clear to me he wanted me to be very satisfied with his service. It was equally clear he is a man of great integrity and I felt safe knowing my personal data was with him. I like the pride he has in doing a good job. They were very professional, courteous and respectful. i had them come home to service and they were very punctual. had lots of issues with my system and network. got everything resolved. they go the extra mile to satisfy a client and they really do care that the customer gets the best service for their money.

I found this shop online yesterday and upon reading the reviews, called them up and got it back in excellent working condition today. I brought in an old Asus laptop, the screen was about to snap off and an employee at an Asus store gave me the wrong Windows software (?!) in the wrong language AND failed to give me the activation key. Gabriel found the replacement part for me but in the end I decided to have him glue it cause I needed it urgently. At first he said it would take 24hours for it to dry properly but he sped up the process and it was ready the next day! I was very afraid Id have to replace it but he gave me a reasonable price. Overall very happy with the repair!

Grandsons Computer Repair And Service are the best! If you have any problems with your PC or laptop, I highly recommend you contact them for help. I had trouble loading forex expert advicers onto my virtual private server. Gabe and Ryan took a look at it and were able to figure out the problem plus also installed an automatic restart. Now Im able to run my expert advisers with no problem

Good guy, super responsive & very easy to get ahold of as well. other than the pricing not being super clear up front it wasnt that bad. pc wasn’t turning on, paid him the $50 diagnosis fee, about 30 min later he calls me and says he fixed it & basically just took apart the pc and put it back togetherhe added on an extra $75 for just that which i felt was a bit much given the short amount of time it took him to fix the problem but altogether not terrible

My computer had been down for about 4 months and everyone around wanted outrageous prices to diagnose it, and most wanted me to bring my computer to them. Since I was not able to do that, I needed to find someone to come to me and that usually would cost more.After some searching, I found Grandsons Computer Repair. I gave Gabe a call and he came out within an hour. After some initial troubleshooting, he narrowed it down to things I didnt even think of. At first, everything worked for the night, I paid him and he left, but the problem continued then next morning. So I called him back and he came over and swapped out my PSU as part of his service warranty, and it worked. So I just went out and bought a replacement part and everything is all good.I will definitely be using Grandsons for any future computer repair and even to help setup future computers/servers for my business.
