I took my Samsung Galaxy S8 to get a cracked screen fixed.They did an awesome job, and the guys that I met when dropping off and picking up the phone were very friendly and very personable.

Took my Samsung A51 in to get the screen repaired Zac was the one I spoke with he was very informative and helpful he told me of other options, in the end I decided to have my phone repaired. The time to fix my phone was quicker then they told me which was perfect. Alex was the one who waited on me when I went to pick up my phone, he also was very friendly and helpful. Took my IPhone 6splus for a screen replacement the same day my lens to the camera fell off and I have had the screen replaced one before and never had an issue. The screen will freeze in the middle of things and a phone that’s battery used to last 3 to 5 days doesn’t last but maybe 2 hours now. Sadly I won’t go back and nothing was done they were going to give my old screen back so I could get a refund. I’m not okay with 93 dollars and a phone more messed up than when I went in the people are so sweet and nice but I’m so out of luck now I don’t have a working camera for my job and I’m broke so thank you for the unbelievable service I won’t be back again

Went in for a repair and the tech identified a simple physical obstruction and cleared it up on the spot. If I can find something to purchase here, I would. I will recommend this store to all that need repaires or a good refurbished samsung or iphone. Just plain nice people. They are are young and eager to please..I can overlook this flaw.

Beware! This company does not honor the 90 day warranty that is clearly written on their receipt. I paid over $100 to have a screen fixed on my iPhone. When it started messing up I brought it back expecting it to be repaired under the warranty. They refused. They said I damaged the phone. Although clearly, the screen is not cracked or broken it’s just not working correctly. They do not honor their work.

This place is amazing. My daughter smashed her iPad screen on Christmas Eve day and they fixed it in an hour, even staying after closing for 15 minutes to make sure we got it back to her quickly. Highly recommend them!!

My daughter busted her iPad at 1pm. She cracked the digitization layer so badly that there were splinters and it seemed unsafe to use. I dropped it off at 3, picked it up at 5 (though it was ready before I could get back to it) and it was good as new, for $170. These guys were total pros and I’m sure we will be back!

Brought in two devices to get fixed. Cost $125. They never even called me back on the status of my Apple IPod. Said “think it’s fixed”. Got home and getting the same prompt on IPod to contact Apple Support. For my IPhone they would charge me $190 to fix it but no guarantee. Much better places to get Apple products fixed such as Orchard in Mesa. These Fix It Mobile guys were a rip off in my opinion

Max did fantastic work on my iPhone XR when apple or their support didn’t even help me out. He was very friendly and completely redid my phone with EVERYTHING backed up when I didn’t even back it up. Full restore like its brand new with all my stuff back on it. If you EVER have issues with electronics come to them. You will not be disappointed at all plus he’s very reasonable with his prices, if he even charges you that is! I will be back to his establishment with any future issues. Try them first before dealing with apple or anything. You will not be disappointed with their work.

Very happy with the 4 or 5 repairs to date to my family fleet of iPhones . Recently my phone failed about 2 months after a screen replacement. I returned it for repair, not knowing if the warranty would be honored, as it could have been a different fault. The guys cheerfully replaced the parts under warranty. and the phone is up and running like new. Easy to do business with, fast, reliable, cheerful and honest. Love these guys!

These guys are the best! I can always rely on Mike to fix my iphone. And they do a sweet deal with a repair + case/accessories + waterproofing (they have a super deluxe water proofing machine) and include a sort of protection program option so that when you come back for future damage repairs itll cost you about half the price (more affordable then the provider insurance). Worth it. Really nice people too! And on top of it all, they always fix my phone in a timely manner!

Just got done with Mike servicing my phone, he put a new screen on as my touch screen quit working due to a fall on a tile floor. His service and customer service is exceptional!! I went in there expecting to spend a considerable amount of money to fix the charging port on my Galaxy Note4 tablet. It was a super easy fix.It took them less than 2 minutes. They didnt have to replace anything, didnt charge me anything and they were very friendly and courteous. Will definitely use them again if needed

My phone wouldnt charge anymore so I took it in, expecting an expensive repair. Found out it just had lint in the charging port. Best of all. there was no charge for cleaning it out. I will definitely use them in the future and feel confident that they are fair.

Extremely nice. WAY better than the Verizon store. Unless I am buying something, the Verizon store is useless. IQue guys had a perfect opportunity to rip me off by selling me a battery I did not need. Not only did they diagnose and recharge my phone, they gave me a charger; apparently my old one was toast. Dealt with three different people. All three were courteous and professional. They wouldnt even accept a diagnostic charge when I offered! Amazing! I highly recommend! If there was a five star plus, these guys would get it!

My iPhone 7 suddenly wouldnt charge. I blew it out with air and tried multiple cords/connections. Nothing worked. I drove to Cottonwood to see if I could get it fixed quickly since I run my business on that phone. Jacob was AWESOME. He took it in the back, came back and it worked. Seemed a piece of alfalfa was stuck up in the charging port where I couldnt see it and the air didnt dislodge it. He smiled and wouldnt charge me. What GREAT service. Ill be back, for sure!

We had an iphone 6S that we couldnt hear when we received a call. They got it fixed, protected the screen and waterproofed it for a little over $100. We were psyched to not have to pay for a new phone. I will go here first every time before heading to Verizon where they will sell me a new phone. The staff was helpful and polite. I went to the Verizon store near Frys for help with my phone and was given a hard time by the district manager. So I went to iQue and they were a great help. They didnt even charge me for my problem they fixed! I highly recommend these guys!

Incredible helpful and gracious! I got stuck dealing with a not very helpful cellular provider who sent me a SIM card that didnt fit my device. Mike helped me with an adapter and resolved the issue, even activated my phone. If I have further techie needs, I will not think twice about going to iQue. Highly recommend.

Very great customer service. They are very friendly and work with integrity. Mike looked at a missing screw for my computer and tried to replace it. There was a bigger problem with my computer and because Im leaving town for a few months I didnt have time to get it fixed there, but he gave me some new screws anyway and told me what would need to be fixed.

The reception staff is very cooperative. i gave them my iPhone 7 for Rotation problem. the response was very quick. they took my device late evening (bcoz I went late afternoon ) and give it back on 10:30am next day.They change the main board under warranty. Personally satisfied and would highly recommend!

Mike was extremely helpful with being able to get the pictures from my cracked/broken phone. Also, very informative about what needed to be done while giving me other options. During my time waiting, he had lots of other customers come through and was very attentive to them as while and they all seemed very pleased as well.

I walked in ready to pay money for a new battery for my Pixel 2. But Max showed me that the problem was not a bad battery but settings on my phone that were draining the existing battery. He spent about 30 minutes going through all the settings on my phone get rid of stuff I didnt need and changing settings that are running in the background so that would it. run more efficiently. When I asked about the fee for the diagnostics...No charge! Pretty amazing to have such a knowledgeable business in the area that also cares about its customers and isnt just out to make a buck. Will definitely be recommending these folks!!

My Apple Watchs screen had cracked. I called them up and asked them to arrange a pick up and drop to my place They might have delayed my .pickup by 2 days but it was because they didnt have the stock come in yet, but once they picked it up, they sent me an email the same night that it is fixed and also sent a payment link. Great! They were able to pull my treasured photos off my broken Samsung Galaxy S3. I dropped my phone and screen went blank. I tried to get the photos transferred at 2 other places and they couldn’t do it. It was worth the price and now I have all the pics on a flash drive. My husband passed away this summer so it was especially important. Glad they were able to pull it off.
